The most rude and arrogant shopkeeper I have ever encountered. I went to pick up an e bay parcel this morning on the way to work as website said it was open from 6.30 a.m I got there at 7.10 to find the shutters closed .I returned yet again to pick up my parcel he really made you feel like an inconvenience and was very dismissive. I asked what time they open for future visits as I dont wish to go out of my way if the store is not open .I was told 7.00 a.m I told him that it was not open this morning and he practically shouted at me ' well you got your parcel didn't you ' I am totally appalled how rude this man was .I also needed some every day items also .but as a customer this is Not how I would expect to be treated,So I took my business elsewhere. I will never step foot in this shop again !

Because the staff are lovely. They always have special offers on and I get my bus ticket renewed every month
