Seriously amazing! I had a family ring that I wanted to get sized and use as a wedding band, but I had concerns about whether it would last a lifetime of everyday use (it's a pretty delicate ring - old world etched pattern, made out of sterling silver and hand painted in rose gold). So, I didn't want to just take it anywhere. I found Siamonto Jewellers based on the incredible reviews and Raffi honestly exceeded all of my expectations. He was able to size the ring without interrupting the delicate etched pattern (which I really didn't know would be possible). He then used that ring as a mold to create my wedding band out of rose gold. I picked up the rings today and couldn't believe how beautifully everything turned out! It was exactly what I wanted. I can now wear the family ring on special occasions and have a wedding band that will last a lifetime. It meant so much to me to be able to integrate the tradition and pattern of the original ring for my band. The work was incredible and fast! Siamonto Jewellers will absolutely be where I go for jewelry needs from now on and I highly recommend them to all!

As a person looking for engagement rings, I was very disappointed with this store. I took my soon to be sister in law to several ring stores and siamonto was one of them. I had done my research before and after seeing their extensive selection on their website, decided to visit. This was a mistake. It is a small store, but several of the stores we went to were small. This one however had a VERY limited selection. When we arrived we didn't see any rings, so we asked if he had any. He then showed a small showcase kf maybe 20 rings and then we sat down in front of the computer to look at rings online. (Something we already did at home. ) We politely excused ourselves and left. I paid for an hour and a half of parking. My visit took 15 minutes. I wouldn't have been as upset, except that we had called ahead to ask if he had any engagement rings. I wish he had been honest and told us his inventory was very limited and that we would be better off looking online. :/ it was a waste of a trip.

Raffi is amazing! He is a great listener, incredibly trustworthy, and a very talented artist with the latest technology. I'm so glad I found him. My fiance gave me a ring that has been in his family for over 100 years. It was so sweet and special to us but it was a bit too old fashioned and chunky for my style and it was several sizes too big. Raffi was incredibly helpful and patient in helping us decide how to turn this cherished family heirloom in to the ring of my dreams that I just can't stop looking at. He was thoughtful and wise in making the ring fit my style while still maintaining it's original class. He was even able to make me a wax model so I would know what the new setting he created would look like. I have brought several other pieces to him and will continue to go to him for all my jewlery needs. Very happy to support a local business in downtown Seattle.

I’m so happy I came across this place after searching so long for a jeweler! I needed a gold ring resized up a little and Raffi was able to do that for me within only a couple of days! The ring looked perfect and was even shinier than when I brought it in. I was so happy with his work that I ended up purchasing a simple gold band and it was ready within days. DAYS people! Raffi is truly amazing!! I bought 3 rings at a boutique on a weekend trip in Portland. Two with stones (sapphire and moonstone) and one sterling silver. The woman working retail told me I could have them sized at any jeweler for about $25. Imagine my surprise when I called jeweller after jeweller and was either denied service (if you don't buy it in their store, they won't size your ring) OR being quoted over $100 per ring!!! Raffi was able to size all three of my rings for a significant amount UNDER $100!!! He had them done in just 3 business days, wow! And he's open on Saturdays!! The best thing about Siamonto Jewelers is actually Raffi himself. He’s warm and friendly and full of wonderful imagination for jewelry. He gave us so much of his time and he sat patiently with us while we figured out what we wanted for our ring designs. But equal to his personable nature is his great skill and craftsmanship. He was able to reforge my fiancé’s parents’ wedding rings into brand new rings for us and we were totally blown away by the results. If you have a design in mind, and particularly if you are working with rings that have been in your family, then you need to go to Siamonto Jewelers and talk to Raffi. You will not be disappointed.

I came in today with a watch that I wanted resized. The watch band was too big, and I wanted it cut so it could fit my wrist. The man was very transparent with me about how much it would cost, and offered cheaper alternatives(that I'd find elsewhere). Although I did not end up getting my watch cut, I would still highly recommend this place. The business truly cares about its customers, and isn't solely there for its own financial gain.

REAL REPAIR JEWELER! He went over each piece with me, told me the options and price estimates ahead of time. Takes his time with you and is really thorough! He isn't one to jump into soldering- he really hides the repair like nothing ever happened! Amazing pricing and works pretty quickly. He fixed 3 pieces for me within 4 days. Amazing and will definitely going back if need be. & his displayed jewelry is really beautiful as well!

Raffi at Siamonto jewelers is amazing! He set a 38 carat Alexandrite for me in such a beautiful and structurally sound way--he really listens and creates your vision for you. He also did wonders working on a very antique and delicate diamond ring for me. I wouldn't trust anyone else to work on family heirlooms for me. Raffi has the skill and precision to do very sophisticated jewel work. Siamonto is a gem!

Siamonto was one of the only jewlery stores in Seattle that would resize my ring in less than 2 weeks. Most companies have to send the ring to their manufacturer for resizing, which increases the turnaround time. Siamonto does it in their store, so it only takes 2-4 days. Not only was Siamonto quick, they were also very friendly. I would definitely recommend this place to a friend.

Had my engagement ring resized here - a late 1800s delicate little estate ring. Raffi did an INCREDIBLE job working with the ring, and when I picked it up, he had it freshly cleaned. I had no idea my ring could be even more beautiful than it was prior - but it was glistening and sparkling like crazy! We'll definitely be back to purchase wedding bands from him.
