I'm almost always around this center because of the mass amount of stores located in the area. It has a very good variety of stores, from groceries to toys to stationary supplies. Im pretty sure they have a store for absolutely everything in this center. Also, fun fact, the hill was used for millitary communications before it was designated a historic site in 1951. That's why it's called SIGNAL Hill! (Sometimes, the government is funny)

Signal hill centre is one of the largest strip mall in the southwest area. It is right by the highway making it easy to access. The mall have plenty of store and large retailers like Superstores, Lowe’s home hardware, And even a movie theatre. In my opinion the only downside is parking, there’s no underground heated parking area, which makes it really difficult in the winter time. Other than that, I like this shopping centre.

Stopped in at Lowe's to pick up an online order for a shower. Jose in the plumbing department was fantastic. He helped to check the inventory and make sure that each of the three pieces were in stock, complete and not damaged, before we ordered them and drove for over the hours each way to pick them up. At the store, the staff were helpful and had the order ready to go, then helped to load the truck as well.

Classic breakfast with little upscale twist. Poached eggs were done well, eggs over easy were cooked well, duck fat hash were tasty, and very unique bacon texture was interesting and flavorful. Staff were friendly and service was quick. They went to great lengths to make the dine in experience safe during these pandemic times, with table separators and staggered seating booths. Overall, very good.

One of the main and important sopt for calgary. Almost everything is here!! Right from financial institutions, food chains, multiplex, gas stations, superstore, restaurants ahh any many more.. One can have a list and come down here and get everything they want. Like I said this is an important sopt I would recommend everyone to visit once.

I do like shopping here. They have really great parking. I also appreciate the large number and variety of stores that are at the shopping center. It is very easy to get to. There are places nearby to get something to eat if you get hungry. And many of the stores are extremely large giving you a large variety of products to shop for.

Very conveniently located on the intersection of Richmond road and Sarcee. There is pretty much every store needed for shopping. Superstore, Lowes, Dollar store, Micheal's, Banks, Tim Hortons, Safeway, Marshall's, Winners, Sierra Dental, Doctor offices and many more. No need to drive longer distances for shopping.

  • Nony

I spend a lot of my Saturday there. Shopping for food at superstore. Shopping for cloth at Marshalls, Winners, Michaels and of course my beloved Dollarma. Drinking coffee at Tim Horton's and the for a lunch there are many options there too. It is a good spot for spending a full day if you ask me.

  • Mallorie

The only down side of this great little shopping spot are all the 4-way stops! Seriously, each and every intersection is a 4-way and after a while it gets tiresome. Other than that it is a nice clean place with a large variety of stores and services including some great little pubs

  • Ignacio Ottati

This shopping center has tons of store to choose, including one of biggest (if not the biggest ones) Winners in the city. Near by you can find supermarkets, movie theaters, car washes, gas stations, etc. Location is pretty good and parking is not a problem here as it is pretty big.

  • Peter Fuzessery

Ok so not all dollar stores are created equally. This is a smaller store and not much in the way of housewares or garden supplies. Balloons, party, toys, hokiday items etc. Long lineup at least when we were there. Wish they had more product than just mostly party and crafts.

  • Elena Ferguson

My favorite strip mall centre, have pretty much everything you need. This is a large strip mall so you will probably need a car to get around especially in the winter time because the building does not connect so you will have to walk outside. Good shopping mall overall

  • Ronald Scott

We had ordered pork ribs from Signal Hill by mistake, however it was to our advantage as my wife and l have never had such great tasting ribs. The sauce was nice and sticky... just the way we like it. And the meat fell off the bone. Perfect!! Best in Calgary !!

It's a great shopping area to visit. Lots of restaurants and stores. Depending on what you're looking for. But it has a good majority of what you want. Check it out one weekend. Or during the day if you can. Signal Hill Center has a lot to offer for everyone.

Guy tried to rip me off on a Amazon firestick it was 34.99 and said it would not work on my tv that I had to upgrade to the 4k version my tv is 1080p he only gave me the lite version after I started walking away then he took the sale sign off the firestick

Really good open outdoor shopping area. Groceries, movies, restaurants, dollar stores, Michaels, Indigo, Guess, Jacob, pet stores, coffee shops and more. Lots to do. Stores are far apart though so most people drive from one store to another vs walking.

  • Miranda H

Mall traffic patterns are poorly designed and even more poorly understood due to lack of signage. I am always very careful in this complex as often drivers are confused. Good services however and a good amount of parking in each area of retail.

  • Lesley Randal

Used to love Signal Hill, but unfortunately and probably as a result of cobid, it's now looking shabby, with a basic selection of low-end stores, which now houses a Dollarama - ugh! Even Superstore looks shabby. The entire area needs updating.

  • Tena Cormier

Went to Lowe's at Signal Hill Centre today and although they didn't carry one of the items I was looking for I was able to get the two other things I needed and the service was outstanding ! From the floor staff to the cashier and finally

  • Steve Gordon

I am kind of appalled this store is really in the state it is in sometimes. The men’s shoe section is constantly messy, they cram everything into the racks with eventually the clothes landing on the floor. The staff isn’t overly friendly

  • Rosemary McGowan

The service is getting worse and worse. I can’t believe how the staff packed my groceries at the pickup. Have a look. These are just two of the boxes. Thrown in with no regard. Mixed items. Literally threw them in the box in my trunk to

  • Erin MacIndoe

Great strip mall, lots of great businesses, and a great variety of shops and places to eat. The area is often quite busy and can be confusing where to turn into the strip mall, but once familiar, a definite go to for almost everything!

  • Colin Latouche

Watch out for open box's , I bought a new TV, but when I unpacked, it was a used, someone bought it back it had there Netflix account on it, and they charged me for a new TV, took it back , and told me they didn't know. Beware

  • Franky Williamson

I do alot of shopping in this area because it's convenient. Everything from groceries at RCSS to banking to using the registry. Haircuts, dollar stores and a great variety of restaurants to choose from. Love this shopping area!

  • Jason Moore

Nice place to visit; however, some of the traffic signals and flow could use some updates and maintenance. Also, some of the buildings need a little TLC. Opened quite some time ago, and little has been done to spruce it up.

  • Michel Gregoire

To expensive ,short staff, everything almost double since covid, very little sales, impossible to buy fruits or vegetables, usually have to throw away most fruits after a few days, no more, potatoes or always black inside.

  • Ralph Meyer

In 9am on a Friday lot is easy to find parking. As flyers start on Thursday it's easier. This is a bad place to go to when it's holiday or sales. People driving in this mall are in a rush so act rudely.

  • Tim Clow

This is an ok mall for its proximity to many other larger stores like winners, Michael's, Lowes, Staples, real can super store, indigo, Dollarama, wine and Beyond, Visions etc, and a ton of restaurants

  • Alex Moritz

This Visions is awesome. I’ve purchased 3 TV’s specifically from this location. Their staff is knowledgeable and most importantly not annoying in terms of trying to force you to buy something.

  • pris squibb

Itbis what it is. Parking availability varies depending on where you are going. There is a variety of shops, restaurants, and griceries. Superstore is always a zoo but thats the smae anywhere

  • DM Harvey

This outdoor mall has multiple stores on its site including Westhills theatre. Many major businesses are also here. Driving around mall can be frustrating due to many lights and traffic.

  • Sean Ward

Went to Sushi and Kitchen for supper. The food was fresh and tasty and the service was excellent! I do favor sashmi which was very good and nice sized portions. Good value for the $$$.

  • Emma Connolly

Love shopping at the Signal Hill centre. It's a large strip mall with variety of store, they also have a movie theater and even a bestbuy. Good recommendation for shopping here

  • Marlene Funk

I love these outdoor malls! You can go to one store at a time, no crowded malls. Very convenient. They have all the stores I need and with restaurants just around the corner.

  • Daniel The Canadian

Variety of stores to shop at, my only gripe is that there are very few trees outside which creates an urban heat island effect making it unbearable to stay outside.

  • Hanneke Janssen

Swiss Chalet. Not so good, the food. The colesla, was so small you needed a magnifier! The french fries where cold and reheated. Chicken and plates have shrunk.

  • BEN ORIBS

Nasir was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the various televisions. Thanks for all your help. I look forward to dealing with you on my next purchase.

  • Steven M

The food options are good. They range from fast food to nice steakhouses. The library is a nice place to visit here and Marshall's is a personal favorite.

  • aunty

This is a great shoppers destination off Sarcee Trail. Enormous variety of stores. Food, cinema, clothes, DIY and more. It’s my go-to center. 5star

  • Howard Hyungwoo Park

All Canadian Special is a "Bang for your BUCK" !!!! Also I love the Onion Rings and Yam Fries!! Service is excellent, free coffee, endless refill!!

  • Janet Y.E.

Can buy many things in one place, but it is allspread out, walking is difficult for me especially in the open, and in during winter months

  • Michael “Mike” Hayworth

Safe clean pleanty of parking and everything you need from doctors, physio, pharmacies, all the food stores and more. Very convenient.

  • Dave MacDougall

Optical center took care of my issue with my very expensive glasses without question, going out of their way to make a happy customer.

  • Shabana Shaik

We go to this place for library, Lowe's, Brick and other stores. Lots of parking. Superstore is a big plus at this shopping centre.

  • Che Blazenko

Lots of parking but the Tim Hortons / Wendy's area is a nightmare of vehicles that can be challenging to get through.

  • Jude Bailey

Easy to navigate, great mix of grocery stores, restaurants, hardware/DIY, fast food and clothing/home stores

  • Stephen Kwok

Plenty of shops here. I had to the a&w as well as the vietnamese restaurant in this particular spot.

  • Wes Murray

What a confusing parking lot. If you want to go to more than one store your all over the place.

  • Tara Symrustar

Went to Staples, found everything we needed. One of them items was 50% off, so that was nice.

  • Gordon Owen

Scenic inside and outside. Find everything you need at these stores, where service excels

  • Mike Chartrand

I enjoyed my visit to this BMO branch , the staff were accomadating and professional.

  • Mike Bosse

Typical busy shopping plaza. Good eats and good shops. Nothing to go crazy over.
