Dreadful station and horrible service. The overground especially resembles a 3rd world country. The train quality and cleanliness are appalling and the every 15 minutes train is pathetically inadequate for daily commute. Shame on the Mayor for a dying public transport.

On Saturday 10th of September(15:35) I went with the overground from Enfield Town to Silver Street. When I arrived I realized that there is no lift( my mistake ) afterwards I called emergency from the point that you have. So, someone

Suddenly a great commotion, then a giant man made of steel and glass appeared - powerful but clearly in tremendous pain and a state of abject confusion.

Only what really can be sometime enjoying at this station is ticket machine not functioning well or out of order, so can not top up Oyster card.

Adequate station, could do with some further investment, hopefully when ticket gates are installed the extra revenue might be put to good use.

No step free access but well kempt with a big covered seating area. No staff about usually. No ticket barriers either

Polite and welcoming staff. Well maintained station with regular trains to Liverpool street, Enfield and Cheshunt.

No ticket barriers, no step free access, no direct access/pedestrian crossing to south side of Edmonton.

Very disappointed! There is no ramp or lift for baby buggy or for disabled people!

I use this train station since 2005 and it is still same appearance.

I Think Silver Street should be Step Free access in the future.
