I never leave reviews, but i would give 10 stars if I could . My family and I have been getting scammed on all my diamond and gold jewelry for years. I used to pay extremely high prices dor low quality items. The first day I came in Robert and his amazing father Simon just explained to me for two hours about how the diamond pricing works and gold pricing. Thet explained high quality feom low quality. I came in to just fix a battery on my watch, and They knew I was not looking to buy anything at the moment. Knowing that, they still took their time to explain. They even said I can shop anywhere as long as I pay the right price (I never ever heard of these words from a jewelry store in my life). Since that day I been coming here for all my families jewelry and watches. I decided to finally leave this review because Robert helped me find my dream Rolex during this hard time for a price that no jeweler offered me. They gave me such a wonderful deal for my brand new Rolex a few weeks ago. It was so good, that I am getting higher offers for it now in the diamond district. I would never sell it to those thieves in the diamond district. I upgraded my wife’s engagement ring here a few months ago on our anniversary as well. Simon does it all. If they don’t have what you like, they make it without any questions asked. They don’t force you to buy anything, and they explain every detail as long as you are willing to listen. I upgraded to a 2.20 carat GIA certified VS1 F diamond. Simon did not have exactly what I was loooing for in stock, so he made it a mission to find me the stone for a decent price. He had connections in different states and countries and got me the diamond in a few days after I left my deposit. The ring came out amazing!!! Setting was so perfect!! Sizing was perfect!! My wife is in love! ❤️ I have been a musician all my life. I have thousands of students and I have been a perfectionist all my life. Some people say it’s a curse and some say it’s a gift. I can tell that Robert (the son) is a perfectionist just like me. Before I bought any piece of jewelry he made sure to examine every millimeter of the item. He made sure I understood exactly what I’m paying for and why I’m paying a specific price for it. Simons oldest son texts me and calls me during the process of any of my orders to make sure I’m updated. I showed them some of the jewelry I bought, and Simon is honest all the time. He tells me if I overpaid or if I got a good deal compared to today’s market. They buy gold and all in watches jewelry for top dollar, which I love. NO OTHER JEWELRY PLACE CARES FOR MY MONEY EXCEPT THESE PEOPLE. ANY NEGATIVE REVIEWS I SEE ARE MOST LIKELY BECAUSE THE PEOPLE ARE COMPETITORS OR JUST IDIOTS IN MY OPINION. I stand by this brand 150%! I have bought items and resold it even a few times to make a profit when my family needs upgrades. I will recommend this store to everyone as long as I have the power too. I USUALLY NEVER EVER GIVE REVIEWS BUT THIS SHOP DESERVES ONE. I have been buying diamond jewelry for myself and my family for over 35 years. I was in search for a 2 carat loose diamond to upgrade my statement ring. I searched all over the diamond district and companies like Tiffany, Cartier, Kay, Zales.... All these stores manipulate you into buying their product with kindness and comfort. The one thing they lack in is explaining important factors about diamonds and how pricing works. I happened to walk into Simon and Sons Jewelry Exchange a few weeks ago and Robert and his father Simon showed me GIA certified stones that I was looking for. For about TWO HOURS they explained to me carefully why GIA is the go to certificate, why every diamond has different prices, AND most importantly where are these numbers being calculated from. Every jewelry store gave me prices and told me it's a amazing good quality stone and that's all. Simon and his Son showed me every little detail to the diamonds they had and on top of that I got an unbeatable deal on the diamond they sold me. The same diamond with the same specifications was selling in the diamond district for 30% over his prices if not more. In Cartier and Tiffany this stone would be worth maybe 5 Times more based on my calculations!!! I bought the diamond and was still shocked at the price so I decided to go to my previous jewelry in the diamond district. I bought the diamond for around 15,000$ (I made a two month layaway plan) AND MY PREVIOUS JEWELER OFFERED ME 17500$ on the spot. I thought to myself if he wants this stone for that much it must be worth more and declined the offer. I went back to Simon and he told me, "everyone has to eat in America, I try to make a little profit unlike others who want to shred their clients bank account into pieces". I was so pleased with their service I decided to purchase a submariner mint condition on layaway as well(p.s. it was 1300$ cheaper then the other places I went and searched). THIS PLACE DESERVES 10 stars!!!!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

HORRIBLE SERVICE AT THIS PAWN SHOP. Everyone was so rude I’m appalled at the LOW QUALITY customer service and craftsmanship Left a bunch of pieces 3 weeks ago and the owner was extremely rude when I was handing him my valuables throws my stuff on the counter like he’s angry. Absolutely worst customer service I have experienced in a very long time. When I come to pick up my things I am told they are ARE NOT EVEN FINISHED & he starts working on them on the spot and when he’s “done” he throws them once again on the glass counter so disrespectful !!!! Like geez I know I only paid $30 dollars for everything to be “fixed” but that shouldn’t mean I get treated like that, who do you think you are ? You DO NOT get to treat your customers any way you like. You are very disrespectful towards your customers ! LEARN how to treat your customers ! You are extremely rude sir. But again G-D watches everyone and everything they do ❤️ Don’t like writing reviews but the way I was treated merited a review. I did text his son weeks before I came in and he was very nice through text, but in person I did not feel good. Honestly take your valuables elsewhere there’s so many repair shops in the area. Getting treated SO rudely by the pawn shop owner is NOT WORTH IT !

stay away, i went to have my diamond ring rhodium, i asked if the rhodium is done at their store, he said its send out, i said i do not feel comfortable sending it out,instead of reassuring me he told me to take my ring and get out, he did not stop, i am in business for years etc, i am sure if i were a man he would not be yelling like that, he was very mean, but stupid me let him take the ring, well over a week and i got no call so i went to the store, i was told it was not done yet, so i said give me my ring its been too long, when he gave me the ring it was done, i said i thought it was not done, he said nothing, then he said i fixed the crack in your ring, i told him i never had a crack in my ring,my ring no longer fit, the gold was thinner and it was bent on the bottom, do not trust these people

Most of their stuff is very unique and one a kind, so you won’t find anyone else walking the streets wearing the same jewelry as you which is awesome. One thing I love about shopping with them is the amazing customer service they provide. Robert is super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful, and he always helps me pick out the perfect piece of jewelry. Somehow he always knows exactly what I’m looking for. I found this pice of jewelry online and instantly fell in love. I've never seen anything like it. I contacted Robert and continued to keep In touch until I was ready to buy. They sell CVD Diamonds. Not real diamonds. It will pass a diamond tester but it's man made. Look up, "CVD diamonds" the jewlery they sell here is scrap jewlery that they have bought second hand, repaired, polished and plated and then sold to you.
