Owners are typically great. I've travelled out of my way to visit these guys for quite some time but today I brought an issue to them about their new "Puff Bar" products. The first four I purchased and used were great and lasted about 5 days each. I was hooked. Well after purchasing about 7 more that all seemed to be defective after about 25-50 puffs, I finally shared my issues with the owner informing them that there must be some sort of issue with that particular flavor hoping that something could be done since I've been in there getting these things so often. But I was informed that there were no refunds or exchanges, such as the sign said. I get the policy but given I've spent $100 on defective bars in a month, giving the shop the benefit of the doubt over and over, I would think something could have been done to make it right. The fact it was just a hard no without any understanding or sympathy leads me to believe these guys aren't worth the extra miles out of the way. And maybe they're not as down to earth as I've believed over the years. I'll admit I'm the idiot who has kept trying but regardless, I won't be returning.

I'm a regular there for their super unique and diverse candy and snack selection among other things. My kiddo loves going there to pick out some crazy candy you wouldn't find elsewhere. For myself, I absolutely LOVE Ebby! She is the hardest worker I've ever seen, and yet is so personable and friendly I dang near consider her family! You got a special request? She's on it! You're having a rough day? She's there for you! You just want a strictly-business station attendant experience? She's got you! She is literally just the perfect all-around got-you kinda gal! That being said, all of the other attendants are super great as well and I love them all. She's just the one who has personally left a lasting impression on me. This gas station has the BEST people you'll ever find. Visit them. You won't regret it!

All is well and dandy till there's a need to return an item. Then the customer is told *by owner " you're stuck with it." for reason 1st of the store ablity to do card returns aren't available then told the employees are not allowed to do returns on a card. As well as questioned why you bought the item at all! And please don't call the store it is the owners personal cell phone he will give you the above excuses then block you when you combat him on it. All is spectacular till you ask for your money back.

Sonny that owns this place is just really good people. His family helps operate this establishment, all amazing people. Sonny always chats with my kids and I (as he is a father with a child around the same age as my kids) my kids even ask to go to Sonny just to go say hi to him and people that work there. He is a positive person and business in this community and I encourage people to stop in and support his business.

They don't honor the Sinclair oil credit card. Pay at the pump won't go through, put card in says error pay inside. Won't honor the discounts given by other Sinclair stations. This has happened three times over a month. Not worth the effort to go if they won't honor their own card. BTW, the card works at any other Sinclair station.

I went here to use the restroom. The lady behind the counter banged on the door three times in 5 minutes. And proceeded to ask me if I was going to buy anything after I got out. I said no. She said very rudely “the restroom is for customers only” totally avoid this place very rude people working here

This is MY g station. I feel like a cheater if I go anywhere else. Sonny the owner is the best and there’s so much variety here of everything. And if they don’t have something you need, Sonny will make sure they have it the next time you come in.

These employees / owners are very nice dot-dot-dot way nicer then the gas station people on ambassador n Nw Barry Road!!! I traveled this mini blocks out of the way to go to this gas station instead of the other one!!!!!

The owner and staff are very personable. If you have a certain something you fancy Sonny does what he can to make sure you can find it here. Thanks for the great service as usual!
