The best service we have received on any trip. We did a 9 day safari starting in Amboseli National Park, then Serengeti, Masai Mara, and lastly Ol Pejeta. Everyone from the trip organizers to tour guides were amazing. Jong, the organizer, was so helpful not only in planning our desired safari trip, but even went above and beyond in helping us with our visas. He is very responsive and give great advice on where to go. For Amboseli, our driver was George. A very courteous, funny, and knowledgeable driver. He even pointed out a lion that no one had seen sleeping in the grass and drove up to him giving us our first experience being up and close to a lion. Amazing! George then drove us to the Tanzania border, waited for us to go through customs (which took about an hour), then made dropped us off with the next tour guide. In the Serengeti National Park, we had Ruben as a tour guide. Ruben is also very knowledgeable and lives up to his nick name, Eagle Eye. I don't know how he does it but he is able to spot animals from miles away. Because of Ruben's keen eye sight, we were able to see a leopard at a very close distance, as well as cheetahs, lions, and elephants at an arms distance away. Jong planned for us to stay in a tented camp in the middle of the Serengeti. I was not too sure what too expect but I was very surprised when we arrived. The whole camp site was very luxurious, well maintain, and very safe. The most amazing part about it was that it was literally in the middle of the park with the only thing separating us from the wild life were the tents we were in. At night you could hear lions, hyenas, giraffes, and even woke up one morning to a family of elephants eating and playing right outside of the tent. After departing Serengeti, Ruben drove us to the Kenya border where we were placed in the great hands of Solomon, our next tour driver. Solomon is also very experienced, funny, charismatic, and knows Masai Mara so well he can navigate with his eye closed. He drove us around Masai Mara for a couple of days spotting more leopards, lions, elephants, and other wild life. He was also our guide at Ol Pejeta where we were able to pet and feed a rhino. He also drove us up and close to the last two living Northern White rhinos. On the last day of our safari, Solomon organized for us to have a traditional Kenyan dinner, even encouraged us to not use the silver-ware and eat with our hands. The dinner was delicious and definitely a highlight in our experience. We cannot thank all the members of Sino Africa enough for giving us a memorable once in a life time experience. The entire time we felt very safe, comfortable, and had every request (no matter how big or small) accommodated. We highly recommend Sino Africa for anyone looking for an amazing safari experience.

Some decisions you never regret... Going on a Safari is one of them, and choosing Sino African is another one! When we began planning our Safari, we researched several tour operators, but Sino African stood out for their accommodating, creative, and flexible approach. They provided options that we hadn't considered and warned us when some of our ideas didn't make sense. It felt like a genuine partnership rather than a sales pitch or a matter of "choose one of the options" - which was the case with many of the other operators we compared. This partnership approach also meant we had greater control over the price, and we ended up with a competitive price point that met our goals. Sino African also provided a range of planning documents that made things like hotel selection, obtaining a Kenya visa, and health precautions very straightforward. Their agent was incredibly responsive to our emails and texts throughout the planning process, not just before booking, and they helped us to realize our wishes and ideas right up until the last day of our Safari. One word on the name of the company: Initially, we had reservations about choosing a company where the name implies a focus on customers of a specific demographics, implaying maybe a focus on that language or food. As American travelers, we were unsure if Sino African would be the right choice for us. However, our concerns proved to be unfounded. Sino African exceeded our expectations with their impeccable English and ability to meet our needs perfectly. Their level of service, professionalism, and attention to detail left us pleasantly surprised. Looking back, we highly recommend Sino African to anyone considering a safari adventure in Africa. Finally, our safari guide, Solomon, was simply outstanding. We realized in hindsight that even with perfect planning, our Safari experience would not have been the same without the quality of our guide. With Solomon, we hit the jackpot! He was friendly, patient, and a calm driver - a trait that was especially valuable in the hectic Kenyan traffic. Solomon was level-headed when it came to adjusting plans due to weather, wildlife, or other delays. Most importantly, he was incredibly knowledgeable about everything - from Kenyan politics, geological features, history, culture, customs of different tribes, back roads, and, of course most of all: wildlife. His knowledge of the animals was truly breathtaking, and he managed to share it with us in bite-sized pieces whenever we saw the animals in their natural habitat. This made our Safari experience truly unforgettable. Overall, it was Solomon who made our Safari adventure such a memorable and amazing experience.

Nos llevó al centro de Jirafas y a comer comida local deliciosa (Gracias Richard por todas tus atenciones!). Posteriormente 6 días de Safari por el Lago Naivasha, Lago Nakuru y Masai Mara con nuestro guía Francis, que es un guía muy experimentado, paciente y ameno. Nuestras recomendaciones en base a nuestra experiencia: - Lleva mucho cambio para propinas (i.e. billetes de 5 USD) - Loyk Mara Camp es muy recomendable pues estás prácticamente dentro del Masai Mara y la atención es inmejorable - Sabemos que hay muchos otros parques que visitar, pero los recorridos entre parque y parque son largos (6-7 horas en coche). Nosotros decidimos no pasar tanto tiempo en el coche y sacrificar otros lugares para disfrutar más. - Parar en Lago Naivasha vale mucho la pena. Más si es al inicio del recorrido. Se vienes de regreso puede que ya no sea tan interesante pues ya habrás visto muchos animales. Sino Africa Safari was the perfect company for our 10-day private Kenya & Tanzania safari. After contacting over 30 companies, Sino appeared the best one, and this was proven right. Jong was extremely friendly, helpful, professional and efficient, helping us with our itinerary and optimising all of the things we wanted to do in the time that we had (5 different national parks) and with our budget. He proposed us a really great price compared to all of the other companies, some of which were an absolute rip off. Jong was approachable and contactable for any questions we had leading up to our holiday, over whatsapp, email and video calls, and he was always helpful and reassuring including for any admin needs such as visa, jabs, etc. He even phoned the guides during our safari to check how things were going and see if we needed anything else. This was one of his many lovely gestures and showed that he genuinely cares about his customers. Our guide for Kenya, Tony, was knowledgeable, flexible, timely and professional. The roads were very bumpy and challenging but he managed these well. We also appreciated his patience when he took us around Nairobi on our last day, to enable us to see everything we wanted. Our guide for Tanzania, Ruben, was very friendly, approachable, flexible and knowledgeable. He gave us a lot of information about the animals, and also the Tanzanian culture. He was always very attentive to our needs. We felt safe at all times with both of our guides. We would highly recommend Sino. They are a very big and professional company who provide fair prices, treat their guides well, and provide all of the knowledge, safety and professionalism needed on a safari. The lodges and tented camps that we stayed in were comfortable and often very beautiful. Our family went on an 8 day safari to Masai Mara, Amboseli, Tsavo East, Lake Naivasha and Ol Pageta arranged by Jong at Sino-Africa in July of 2023. Jong was the most attentive and efficient agent I’ve ever worked with and all of us are very well traveled. If we had any concerns or requests of him, he got back to us within hours, the time differences, notwithstanding. I don’t think he sleeps. We asked for mid-range accommodations and the places he booked for us were outstanding in that range, clean, beautiful and with good food included. He even called periodically during our week to make sure we had everything we needed. All of this was wonderful, but our guide was who made our trip special. We had one of the most skilled guides you could ask for, Solomon. Because you will be with him for almost every waking minute, a guide/driver can make or break your trip. It is he who executes your carefully made plans. Your safety and wellbeing depends entirely on him and by the sheer time you spend with him, you better like him. Solomon had it all. He was a picture of knowledge, skill, maturity and good humor. We always felt safe both on the highway and in the parks. He knew where to look for game but he didn’t take unnecessary risks when we were very near dangerous wildlife. He made sure we had plenty of water and made rest stops. He even arranged for a cake on my husband’s birthday. We grew to trust and love him. I highly recommend Sino-Africa and especially with Solomon as a guide.

My partner and I just finished a 7 day private safari organised by Jong and guided by George. We're almost struggling for words to express what an amazing experience it's been. From the early interactions with Jong, we've had such a smooth planning process, even with this being our first ever safari. He prepared an itinerary that catered to our specific needs (to start in Nairobi but end in Mombasa) and covered all the things we were keen on seeing. He was also super responsive and gave us very clear instructions on the e-visa and QR codes we had to have ahead of the trip. We felt in safe hands throughout! Once in Nairobi, we met George who was our driver and guide for the 7 days. He was so fantastic! He is a skilled driver and very knowledgeable safari guide, friendly and funny, he was able to spot animals from afar, tell us about them and their interesting behaviours, and drive us to all the right spots. We were in a minivan and only upgraded to a 4x4 for one of the days in Masai Mara so we could go further into the bush (on his recommendation), and that was perfect for us. We ended up getting so lucky that we saw all the big 5 as well as lots and lots of other animals up close. A massive thank you to both Jong and George for one of the best trips we've ever been on! We'll almost certainly be back for more!

I had been planning my Kenya safari as a first anniversary celebration for me and my wife for 4 months. We did a 7N Safari + Beach Vacation and Jong was our coordinator while Solomon was our Tour Guide throughout our safari. Jong was helpful from the start of my planning till the end of our trip when we reached back home. He was cordial enough to answer all my queries be it about currency, weather, hotels, food, etc. He helped us plan some of the best stays and we stayed at Lake Naivasha Sopa Lodge, Mbweha Camp and the Fairmont Mara Safari Club at Naivasha, Nakuru and Masai Mara respectively. We also went on a trip to Diani beach where Jong had helped arrange all the logistics including the flight and the taxi for the internal transfers Solomon is the best tour guide you could ask for. It was raining in Masai mara in November but Solomon ensured we saw every possible animal by taking the roughest of possible terrains. He helped us with everything. He found the best places for us for lunch when needed. He taught us so much more about animals than we ever knew. If you are planning a trip I would highly recommend you ask for Solomon and also Jong for the trip. Thanks once again for a trip of a lifetime!

It all started from searching for a tour company which can provide us guideline about visit to Kenya for safari and meantime listen to our requirements carefully and suggest accordingly. Out of all the tour companies, Jong from Sino Africa safari was the most responsive person I have ever seen. We have exchanged 100s of emails, planned, canceled and replanned the itinerary many times and he was very patient all the time. What an amazing experience and trip arranged by Mr. Le Li! Him and his staffs at Sino are experienced, professional, and extremely hard working. He pulled off exactly what we wanted - safaris in both Kenya and Tanzania and 6 national parks in the course of one week. He even helped with our Kilimanjaro booking with another company and kept in touch the entire time to check on us. Before booking with Sino Africa Safari, we inquired two other companies and the level of customer service provided by Sino Africa was unmatched. Every bit of the plan of the trip was written down, from the pick up to drop off at the airport. He also spent a tremendous amount of time going over the details with us, both in groups and one on one, and made himself available to chat at all times, before, throughout, and even after the trip. He made some changes to accommodate our needs, but we also trusted him to make his own suggestions on many parts which ended up in an amazing trip that allowed us to see the great migration on multiple occasions. We were treated like family and are extremely grateful for Mr. Le Li and Sino Africa‘s services.

We had a great experience with Sino Africa Safari during our stay at Nairobi. The company was very considerate and professional, they arranged our tours to Naivasha Lake which was an amazing trip, the views were gorgeous and we saw a lot of wild animals such as hippos, zebra, goats, deers and all kinds of birds. The lunch was delicious and satisfying as well. We went to the Nairobi National Park the next day and was lucky enough to see lions and rhinoceros which were extremely hard to see, thanks to our great tour guide and driver Richard, who was very experienced and knew where to take us in the park. Not to mention thousands of other animals like Zebras, wild beasts, buffaloes and so on. We love’d it! Sino Africa Safari also recommended us a lot of fun places and good restaurants and local bars in the city which made our stay extremely chill and smooth. We had an amazing time on our 4 day/3 night safari in Kenya. Jong was patient and quick to respond to our questions as we were planning our trip, and he even helped to organize our COVID tests prior to our return to the US. Our safari exceeded our expectations, and we were pleased with all of our accommodations. Our driver-guide, Sammy, listened closely to our interests and tailored our trips each day to ensure we had the best possible experience. My sister, for example, is very interested in bird watching, so Sammy made sure to watch closely for birds and help identify them as needed. We never expected to have such a personalized tour. We would highly recommend Sino Africa Safari if you are visiting Kenya, and we would encourage you to request Sammy as your guide.

What a life changing safari experience in Kenya! We exchanged a lot of emails and asked many questions about possible itineraries and accommodations. We had great experience safari from Kenya to Tanzania with Sino Africa Safari! They were very responsive to questions whenever and whatever we had before, during, and after the safari. One of us luggage was delayed by the airline, which didn't interfere with our trip due to the help and coordination of Sino Africa Safari agent. We saw 4 times hundreds of wildebeest crossing the Mara River during our safari. It was sensational, impressive and dramatic at the same time! Highly recommend Sino Africa Safari!

The entire experience was great from pick up to drop off, the guide was super experienced, personable, and professional. The guide knew where to find the animals and gave us as much time as we needed to take pictures and observe. The jeep was spacious and took the rough roads well. The entire experience was five stars all the way, would definitely use the company again for future safaris.
