As a loyal Sixt Platinum customer I warn you - stay away! This station single-handedly makes me want to reconsider my loyalty. I have been "upgraded" to a "brand new" Hyundai (that hasn't obviously yet paid for itself), hence to nobody's surprise they inspected the cars undercarriage / underbody after return and spotted a tiny scratch in the plastic undercover/bumper. They then decided to charge me for the repairs - just enough for the insurances deductible to not be exceeded. What a surprise! It required an astonishing 0.5h - of I assume very hard labor - to address this issue as per receipt. And 800zł of course. The entrance ramp to the drop-off / pick-up area is sufficient for this type of regular-use wear-and-tear to occur on the underside (you know Polish streets right?). Now, I have no way of proving that this wasn't caused by me but rather during car delivery for pick-up in-front of the hotel by the clerk. Regardless I recommend doing handovers ONLY IN PERSON - and bring a flashlight for the underside inspection. They will additionally mark your car as "returned heavily soiled" if you place your feet on the rubber footmat (*duh*) and/or have a dead fly on your windshield. Consult the photos attached to see what they consider a "heavily soiled exterior". Laughable. The car was borderline spotless on both in- and outside except for having been through rain. Their service was _so incredibly thorough_, that they handed me the "brand new" car without any wiper fluid inside (sarcasm). So make sure to hit the nearest gas station quickly after grabbing your ride and fill up on some... DO NOT RETURN YOUR CAR AT THIS STATION WITHOUT PHOTOGRAPHING BEFORE AND AFTER STATES (including the UNDERSIDE) OF THE CAR AND NEVER RETURN WITHOUT AN AGENT PRESENT (i.e. do NOT return during off-hours / holidays with a simple key-drop).

„Rezerwacji o 13 nie ma” - mówi i wychodzi. Gdy tylko napomknęliśmy ze mamy nadzieje, iż wróci na godzinę 13, wydać nam auto, zza rogu wyłoniła się kolejna usatysfakcjonowana klientka, mówiąca ze właśnie odbiera auto dwie klasy niższe niż ta, które opłaciła, i do tego z 50-minutowym opóźnieniem. O zgrozo, już wiedzieliśmy ze nasza przygoda się dopiero rozpoczęła. Po 15 minutach, dzwonimy pod numer na recepcji. Tak?- odbiera Pan z podbitym okiem. My tu już czekamy 17 minut, czy jest Pan w stanie wydać nasz samochód? - pytam. Cisza, i proste przestawiam auto kończy nasza krótka rozmowę. Kolejne 8 minut, wraca jaśnie - książę - ewidentnie mu się nie spieszy. Na komentarz ze ma prawie półgodzinne opóźnienie, pan pokazuje tabliczkę z kolejnym numerem. Dzwonimy. „Halo?” I ktoś rzuca słuchawką. Dzwonimy drugi raz. Odbiera głos nieskalany cieniem inteligencji. Słyszymy, ze nie odpowiedzieliśmy na maila z oferta klasy niższej. Na pytanie o dowód wysłania takiego maila, urywa się połączenie. Omijać szerokim łukiem

Yikes! Stay far away from this car rental company! I booked through Priceline with a vacation package. I got a car rental from nov 22 to the 30th because those were my flight dates but I only needed a car from the 23-30. I was arriving at my destination on November 23rd. I called to address this issue and they said there is nothing they can do. I started a Facebook chat with an agent who goes by the name Alex who was even less helpful! Cherry on top, my request was for automatic and they gave me a manual and tried to up-charge me for what I originally booked even though it was their error. I ended up paying the cancellation fee and went with a different car rental company! Save yourself the money and hassle. Don’t bother with the 800 number or email addresses for customer support either. Apparently they don’t believe in Customer Service! If someone at Sixt does care about customer service feel free to reach out to credit me the error fee you are charging me.

Had read a review that talked about how shifty Sixt was in Poland as at the time of rental the service agent kept trying to charge them extra for unrequited services. I thought I would be prepared for this so ended up renting from them. When I went to pick up, I was able to avoid the extra charges that was trying to be pushed, so figured I would be in the clear. Rented car in Warsaw, drove 3.5 hours straight to Poznan with no stops, absolutely no way there could have been any damage done. Left car in lot (after hours) as instructed and dropped keys in box. Day after I received a message stating that there was damage to the car and they immediately charged my credit card. This is impossible, they are obviously dishonest and I do not recommend using this company. Currently checking my legal options as we have photos of the car showing the condition when we dropped it off.

Like the previous reviewer, I was charged a ridiculous amount of money (nearly PLN 1000) for repair of some very minor damage which I did not cause. The staff did not check the car with me beforehand and were also late delivering it, and then it had no wiper fluid. When I returned the car they looked everywhere to find every possible tiny scratch, and eventually found a tiny stone chip and a wheel rim scuff. Most car rental companies would not even note that as damage. This was a premium car rental but any pleasure I had in driving a nice car was wiped out. This company is out to rip you off, leave them well alone.

Absolut nicht weiterzuempfehlen! Öffnungszeiten 9:00-17:00. Um 15:45 war der Schalter verlassen und finster, als wäre seit Stunden kein Mitarbeiter anwesend gewesen. Per Telefon anfangs auch niemand erreichbar, da bei den Sixt Parkplätzen kein Platz verfügbar war. Deshalb wurden wir an die Abgabestelle im Intercontinental Hotel verwiesen. Das war mit einem Zeitaufwand von 30min verbunden. 1 Stern weil 0 Sterne nicht möglich sind und der Mitarbeiter am Telefon freundlich war

We were charged for damage but the car wasn't repaired! We rented a car in Warsaw for several days and after a week were charged for the car damage although we didn't notice any damage. But when I started to ask for more information about the car repairing information, the customer service replied that the car hasn't been repaired yet (after almost two months). So, maybe other customers were charged for this car damage as well!!!

Bardzo miła obsługa, świetne doradztwo pod względem wyboru dodatkowych opcji wynajmu. Wybierając Lucky Dip otrzymałem super auto w przyzwoitej cenie (Leon Fr). Auto pokazane jak należy włącznie z parowaniem telefonu z zestawem oraz wyjaśnieniem wyposażenia. Wypożyczałem auta z SIXT w innych miejscach jak i krajach w Europie i przeważnie kończyło się na podpisaniu umowy, wręczeniu kluczyków i szukaniu auta po placu. Polecam!

When picking up the car I clearly stated that I did NOT want the full insurance. Imagine my surprise when I got charged it. Besides, I was told that I would only be charged for the petrol used and at the normal daily rate. Imagine my surprise when I also got charged for the refilling service that I was not aware of when signing the contract. Don't recommend this place.

Office is inside the Marriott Hotel, sixt employee speaks english and he is very helpful. Car was good and delivered on time. We returned the car at the Intercontinental Hotel because it has more space to return Sixt cars.

Not suggesting this company at all. After giving back car, in ideal condition, which I always double check before returning, I received letter that the car was damaged and the company took from my account over $300.

Unterirdisch schlechte Sixt Station, bei Abholung hab ich schon 45min auf einen Mitarbeiter gewartet, bei Rückgabe wieder genau das Gleiche…am Telefon ist auch niemand erreichbar. Vermeidet diese Station!

Everything was perfect. I booked car for at least 7 people. And I got it. No additional fee on office . I paid exactly amount what I had during online booking. Deposit was refund on next business day.
