I’ve been getting my lashes done since 2015. I’ve been to a chain and several different technicians in Dallas and the SE Houston area, and have had several good experiences and a few bad experiences. I was referred to the spa by a friend who has been getting her lashes done and massages at this spa for months now. She always spoke very highly of this place and her lashes are always on point. I came in yesterday for a full volume lash extension set with Sarah. The spa is very clean and soothing. I felt a sense of calm as soon as I walked in. Sarah was very welcoming and professional since she greeted me at the front desk. Her studio/private room was very clean and relaxing as well. Sarah explained to me exactly what she was doing and how long it would take. (Full sets can take up to 4 hours so I was already prepared to spend a good chunk of my afternoon there.) I loved that she was not going to rush through it! She lashed one eye at a time which I LOVED because it gave me a chance to take a short break in between. I also didn’t feel anxious having both of my eyes taped shut for hours. It was really nice!! She uses the gel under-eye pads too. No tape! She uses the very soft and light weight flare lashes (for volume sets) that feel like real mink or cashmere. (They were nothing like the cheap plastic feeling lashes that most chains or other technicians have put on my eyes in the past.) She uses the black glue that matches the lashes and it had little to no smell or fumes in my eyes. The whole session went by very smoothly. She lashed both eyes in about 3 1/2 hours, which didn’t feel like it since I was so relaxed that I was able to nap for most of my appointment. My lashes would have probably taken the full 4 hours but I already have pretty long lashes and dark which makes it easier for technicians to add the extensions to. Sarah was very thorough and gentle throughout the entire process, and my lashes look amazing!! I will definitely be going back to get a refill in a few weeks. I highly recommend this place and Sarah if you can get her!!

I went to Skin Solutions for microblading and was fairly nervous before I arrived. I had never gotten my eyebrows microbladed before and didn't know what to expect. After arrival, Natasha explained the entire process to me prior to going back. I felt very comfortable with her as I felt she was very knowledgeable on the process. We discussed how I wanted my eyebrows to look as far as thickness and shape, what I didn't like about my current eyebrows, etc. She picked a color perfectly matched to my eyebrows and after drawing a "template" of where my new eyebrows will be, applied the numbing gel. The gel sat for about 30 minutes while I took a little nap in the extremely relaxing atmosphere they provide. Once she started my eyebrows, it was a little uncomfortable, but not painful. After about 30 minutes of work, my eyebrows looked FANTASTIC! Let me tell you... they looked PHENOMENAL! I am heading back for my touch-up today and couldn't be more pleased. I would highly recommend Natasha and all her wonderful glory to give you those eyebrows you've been dying to have!

Stefanie is BLESSING!!! After years being insecure about my eyebrows I finally decided to do something more permanent about them. I tried growing out my eyebrows multiple times, but due to over plucking/ waxing/ threading I was left with very thin spars eyebrows. My eyebrows we're disgusting . I couldn't even fill them in with makeup because of my own laziness. Being a makeup artist I knew the time I could be spending on my brows..and NO THANKS. I was obsessed for months and found Stefanie. I had a lot of people try talk me out of getting this done, but I'm so glad I didn't listen to them. My eyebrows are perfect! I get compliments every time I go out! No regrets! Thank you so much, Stefanie! You are an amazing artist!!

Terrible. I had two failed attempts at their painful microblading , they never tell you if you have oily skin you're not a candidate for this. Probably just wanted to take my money. Then she did powder brows, again terrible never even or straight. Not to mention they are rude with little regard to customer service. Will never use this place again. Actually, I have done alot of research and talked to several other establishments and you are incorrect on the oily skin. It doesn't take for people with oily skin. And seeing that you think my comments are stemmed from me cancelling 1 appointment due to being ill, your only half correct. Everything I said was indeed ACCURATE! I tried talking to you people plenty i'm done.

Yesterday was my first appointment at Skin Solutions and it was wonderful! I got eyelash extensions with Brandi. I'm 34 weeks pregnant and my former salon was not accommodating when I could no longer lay flat on my back. I decided to seek out other salons that might be flexible with me so that I could still feel beautiful despite all my pregnancy woes! Skin Solutions was quick to respond and were so wonderful about making sure I was comfortable during my session. I was able to lay on my sides, surrounded by pillows, and left one happy customer! I'm so happy I found them! I will definitely continue giving Skin Solutions my business :)

I went to Skin Solutions Day Spa and got my eyebrows microbladed by Natasha. She is really amazing at brows! She has been doing them for years. I walked in not knowing how they would look or turn out but it's been almost a week and i love how i don't have to fill in my brows! It was painless as well. I walked out feeling more confident! I also got a chemical peel off of groupon and Summer did it. She was so nice and answered every question i had. My face was so soft and alot of my acne scars went away.

My skin has never looked better! It's great when people are have talents and skills like Summer does, but it's taken to another level with her customer service. I'm a hard to please client, who is skeptical and asks way too many questions. It's obvious Summer loves what she does and doesn't mind explaining everything about my skin and what she's doing to it. She's helped me figure out what is good for my skin type and what isn't. I'm looking forward to a long term relationship with her and my face.

Brandy Meredith is an excellent massage therapist! I've seen her for years and followed her to her new location at Skin Solutions Day Spa. I highly recommend her services. She isat Skin Solutions Day Spa trained as massage therapist. I receive her deep tissue massages for pain management of my nerve pain. She has helped relieve my pain for years now. If you want a great massage and not waste your time finding a great therapist, schedule an appointment with her! You won't be disappointed!

I go to Brandy for eyelash extensions at Skin Solutions Day Spa & Salon. Have been going every 2-4 weeks for about 1 year now. The Spa is very comfortable, clean & friendly. Brandy does a great job & I would highly recommend her services. She is quick but thorough. I love that if I'm feeling chatty she will indulge me & if I am tired & just want to sit there quietly she doesn't say a word. Every time I leave the spa I feel like a new person. I absolutely LOVE my eyelashes thanks to her.

I had my brows microbladed here as well as the touchup. I 100% recommend the procedure and Natasha. Natasha is very nice, down to earth and distracts you from the procedure. She is gentle handed and left me feeling beautiful. I felt beautiful when she just shaped my brows before the microblading even started! Now, I wake up that much more confident because I actually have eyebrows now. Hopefully I can come back in a few years and get a touchup from her! Thank you!!!

I used to be the type of person who would get my hair cut maybe once or twice a year, rarely being pleased with the results. That changed the first time that I had my hair cut & styled by Stefanie. She gave me my first *awesome* haircut - no exaggeration There's a reason why I've continued to keep coming back every 6-8 weeks for almost the past 8 years. We've changed up the length a few times and I'm always happy! Stefanie rocks! I'd highly recommend her.

I would absolutely recommend! I did my first permanent makeup and was so set on microblading. After consulting with stefanie, i found I was not a good candidate for it and after much deliberation with her, i decided to do powder brow! It's only been a day but I am absolutely happy with her bedside manners with me, both professional and friendly. I was immediately comfortable with her and she educated me every step of the way.

I got keratin treatment done by her and a much needed hair cut. I have a very thick, wavy frizzy hair and I’m so happy to have this treatment done! Stefanie did an amazing job with my hair! My first visit to Skin Solutions was to follow my amazing hair stylist Stefani! The spa is beautiful and inviting, and Stefanie is the best. I just had my first appointment to have a lash lift with Brandy. This was my first time visiting Skin Solutions Spa AND my first ever lash treatment.... and I love it!!! My normally stumpy, stick straight lashes are now long, curly, and beautiful. Brandy took great care of me! The spa is beautiful and clean! I will be back!!

Brandy is an AMAZING massage therapist!!! She really pays attention to what problem spots you might have and is great at communication. I love this salon and spa! Everyone is so friendly and it is has a very welcoming atmosphere. Summer does an amazing job with waxing and facials. My teenage daughter does not want to go anywhere else for her beauty needs and neither do I. I have been going here for two years and highly recommend it!

I used a Groupon and had a lactic peel done for my first visit to Skin Solutions. It was conveniently located (down the street from my work). Summer was friendly and nice and she let me know of a service she will be providing soon that helps with hyperpigmentation so I look forward to trying it.

Brandy is the best and only massage therapist I will ever go to. I have back and neck problems and she keeps me going with the deep tissue massage every two weeks. If you are looking to just feel more relaxed or help alleviate chronic pain I would recommend Brandy all day long.

Sarah gave me a customized facial today and it was wonderful! She is very good at explaining the products being used and matching the best products for your skin. Very pleasant and relaxing experience! Jennifer at the reception area was very friendly as well! Highly recommend!
