So here is my story this parmacy place is vendor of UPS as well. In short they are pick up location for UPS deliveries. I plan the surprise to send gift to my family on special occasion. But unfortunately UPS driver unable to deliver the package. So I checked the status of delivery and try to call this location to make a request to let the driver know about buzzer number and if he can redeilver to adress again since it's special event for family and that delivery really make difference to make the event joyfull. The guy who answered the phone is not only rude but also replied to me that don't waste my time and your time. As they are vendor of UPS I paid for delivery of package. I think this kind of behaviour is unacceptable. I was very humble and polite to home but instead of helping me he just hang up on me. Which I'm going to report to UPS head office as well. I strongly recommend to everyone that avoid this place. As we all know "An individual behaviour/kindness reflects the personality of person". We don't have any way to make sure how professional and honest they will be while giving perception drugs. I think without professionalism any profession is useless and against the society. So strong recommendation stay away from this place.

I will not recommend this pharmacy at all...really unprofessional behaviour shown by pharmacist...i was calling them to book an appointment for flu shot but the pharmacist didn't book an appointment instead they keep on delaying it.. at first i called them on 17 that i want to book an appointment for flu shot, they told that i should call one day before that is on Saturday and i called them on satutday (18 oct) and on that day he said you know what we are not booking appointment now you should call on 19th in morning i called them in morning then he said he cannot book it in morning and i should gave them a call after 1 in afternoon....i called them again in afternoon then pharmacy assistant told me that i can get it on friday not now ( after 4 days)... so they should tell me this thing on the very first day when i called them ....but they choose to bother me and i have to keep calling them again and again for an appointment..they just wasted my time so i feel they are not good in managing their stuff . ..

The best service I've had in a pharmacy. The owner takes his time and makes sure he does everything he can to help you. He will check and confirm all expiry dates for you even if you forget to check. He makes sure that you get everything you can from your benefits. Years ago when I had a flu he did not charge me for Kleenex. He once gave a woman who was not even a customer a free medical mask because she was visiting her mother and had forgotten hers. He makes sure that the vitamins I buy regularly are always in stock. If you want someone who really cares and if you want to support local businesses, go to pharmasave in Skyview. You also get your prescription right away. Almost no wait time.

First pharmacy, that does not allow to do the exchange or refund for non-prescription items. Also, 80% of the syrups & tablets are only available in the LARGE PACKING. It should be available in the small, medium & Large packing options. The customer service is also really poor overall!

This pharmacy is wonderful. The pharmacist there remembers me and asks how I'm doing and always adds a personal touch. He has helped me many times always remaining friendly and personable. I hope this pharmacy sticks around for a long time because it's a great neighborhood business!

They are very nice people they go out of their way to help me. Just the other day the store was closed and I had called a couple times. They called to let me know I was open. Prices are fair. Very well run business. I live in the neighborhood. I'm glad its now my personal pharamcy.

I had an uneventful issue with my prescription with the pharmacy however, the main pharmacist/owner I believe, handled the issue in a very pleasant manner and was very understanding of the whole situation. I would definitely recommend using this pharmacy.

Just wanted to share my experience with them. I had a little miss understanding with them but they rectified the issue after I explained the situation and they have been great since then. Nice people specially kashif.

For a local pharmacist, I didn't come with any expectations. But this one consistently exceeds any experiences I've had at a pharmacy. He's knowledgeable and kind. I really appreciate him and his business.
