Quite peaceful Station..no real issues..trains are on time most of the time..the ticket machine often does not work and staff when there are lazy but helpful..all in all no different from any other small London station

Awful train station really run down no staff around. This station needs a face lift hopefully in a few years time crossrail will be extended to Slade Green and improve the area too. No ticket barriers at this station.

Pretty basic, but the staff work hard to keep the station clean. Recently re-opened the toilets for customer use, an added bonus. Usual offering of a staffed ticket office (week-day rush hour and Saturdays),

No restroom, no sheltered seating area, no staff, ticket machine often out of service, rail replacement buses every weekend but no sign to say that, damp and mould on the underpass. Terrible station

You do better than this, because nothing works well in this station, closed most of the time, train's are always late etc. Weekends are worst

An old run down station and in desperate need for a refurb!!! So much potential it’s unreal! Please can some money be spent on it…?

There was a massive storm last night and water was leaking through the roof, absolutely disgusting station

The announcements were quite and broken couldnt hear a thing. No staff avaliable to talk to. Very poor
