Purchased a brand new sectional from smart furniture. Picked it up as we borrowed a trailer for pick up from a family friend. Brought the couch in and absolutely loved it and received many compliments the first couple months. After the first couple of months the springs on a sectional we paid $2500 for started coming through and you can feel them. So I called and was told they sell these couches all the time and this never happens it must be a one off. Had guys come and "fix" it which was already a battle because at first since I didn't have it delivered they wanted me to bring it in- I love about an hour away with a 3 month old at the time - when they arrived They awknowledged that there was a problem and that they will try to fix it but don't think they can. So they picked up half the sectional wrapped it up and brought it to their store to have someone come and fix it. That person came and could not fix it either they needed to order another piece from Poland. While sitting on The half of the couch we never sat on we noticed more springs. Informed them and the level of professionalism Is VERY poor. Said they will call me back in a couple days I end up calling back they call back sometimes a week goes by no call apparently the person had an emergency in Poland it was basically a month of calling back and forth just awaiting information. Then they dropped off the old couch and told me could take a few months to receive the new pieces. (Warranty is only 1 year so I'm wasting a lot of warranty that I NEED waiting around dealing with phone calls getting frustrated, fighting for proper customer service etc.) so finally after a couple of months (yes you read that right) we finally had our couch fixed with (*complimentary drivers driving to our home to fix and pick up since we didn't pay for that service -biggest eye roll here) the couch was fixed in May, it is now end of June and the same problem all the springs are coming up so this time I thought ok let's see how bad they get because I don't want to deal with this awful customer service. Well they got bad. I called today just to be told " well to be honest we took your couch and the guys use it in the lunch room" trying to downplay that the couch has springs coming out ??? Come to my house sit on my couch without bias and feel the springs. It is AWFUL. After I explained we paid $2500 for a couch we would like to sit on without a problem if I wanted to feel springs I would go to the brick or buy 10 year old used. I don't believe the quality is the same in all their products as we have a few other couches at our cottage which do not have the issue but also do not get used everyday so who knows. But what's worse is that with bad quality also comes bad customer service where you're fighting yelling arguing and trying to make a point across to get what should already be offered to you. At first when this happened I asked for a credit to even the store and I pick a different manufacturer - I was told nothat I had to go through warranty. Now I want my money back and want to take it to a store that appreciates my business and sells things of quality - I'm going to wait what another 2-3 months for the pieces to arrive and my couch to get fixed ? Give me a break. I have to now wait a few days before I get any answer as to what's next for all my springs .... a few days is absolutely inappropriate. Go spend your money elsewhere, keep it in your pocket and run, unless of course you just want to buy it for display.

I had been looking for week for a bed that had both a modern, elegant design as well as functional storage. After visiting more than 20 different furniture stores throughout the GTA, I FINALLY listened to my mother and went to SMART. (Polish moms; they're always right!) I met with two wonderful ladies, I believe their names were Pani Teresa and Pani Alicia. They were both very helpful during my two visits and helped me find the perfect bed frame for my space. I have colourful wallpaper which makes upholstery colours difficult to choose; the ladies helped me compare a sample of my wallpaper to the options that were available in stock and in an AMAZING coincidence, there was a Queen KORAL low profile bed frame in Casablanca/ warm off-white IN STOCK! The delivery was exceptional; the gentlemen were punctual and so kind during the entire delivery and installation of the bed. They were extremely careful to ensure it was built properly, that absolutely none of the white fabric got dirty, and that none of my new floors or painted walls were scratched. (something I was very worried about as I had just completed the renovation and was told big furniture is often the culprit behind scratches. As well, I had just watched a different delivery service roughly PUSH a desk across the wet road to deliver it to my neighbouring unit!!) The bed looks even better than I had hoped in the space and I saw their beautiful range of breakfast bar stools so I had to take advantage of their savings and purchase two for my (soon to be painted) kitchen island! I HIGHLY recommend visiting SMART if you are in the market for functional furniture with modern and chic storage options. I wish I had not already purchased a sofa before visiting this store as their sectionals offer styles of pull-out storage/modular seating possibilities that ONLY Europe carries. These are statement pieces for a great price and even better quality. The kindness at the SMART team is unbeatable, Bardzo dziękuję za pomoc!

As soon as we walked in we got barely a hello from the woman working by the door. We found the coffee table and end table set we wanted and shortly after a younger woman came up to us who was quite friendly. We expressed our interest in the set and she confirmed the price with us. The end table was in stock but the coffee table would be in by Thursday. We told her that was no problem and that we would have a way to pick up the pieces when they were ready. This is where any positive experience ended. We went to the back to make the purchase and after a few minutes are told by the other lady who was at the front of the store earlier that the price of the coffee table is not the same and that the new one she would order would be over $150 MORE than the original price. We expressed how ridiculous this was and even if they had made a mistake (aside from agreeing and telling us the price) she tried to tell us she can give us the floor model for that price. Excuse me? Since when is a floor model the same price?? Instead of apologizing and potentially negotiating on a price (not even for the worn down floor model) she proceeds to raise her voice at us. Horrible experience and a missed sale. We left quickly and we will not be coming back.

Hi to all, My Wife and I purchased an L-sofa/sofa bed. We are extremely happy with the most highest quality sofa we found, which having an engineering background I could see the bottom of sofa, the quality construction and the overall quality of materials. I was a bit worried about the delivery but, I have to say, Robert and Tomas are great guys, kind , courteous, clean, very honest and professional They asked us how we wanted sofa to be set up, assembled it and took away all the garage even it was after 9 at night and we were their 7th delivery for their day. I really never met delivery people that took this level of care. They even offered to take off their shoes but I told them its ok to have on as it would be inconvenient to continually to remove. My Wife and I are very happy with our new sofa and very impressed with Robert and Tomas good work, We recommend Furniture smart because their Design and quality is above all those other guys who basically have the same regular quality and same furniture made by the same manufacturer. Also the high Quality of product, instore service and delivery service is a higher level compared to Brick/Leons, Thanks

My concern when buying cabinets is  assembling them. I am glad that on my third visit to Smart Furniture  I decided to inquire about  assembly which for a fee they can do.  The bedroom storage cabinets I have chosen will be assembled and delivered also for a fee.  The cabinets are made from Poland as most of the furniture they carry. I am so happy with my purchase - they are of good quality, clean, modern and sleek. The staff, Angelika was very helpful and answered all my queries,  processed my orders accordingly since the cabinets although the same, needed to have right and left doors opening.  When I needed the  dimensions of the furniture in inches, Ella also helped out.  I will surely look at other products they have in store. Also I find their prices to be reasonable.

This modular desk/console table is brilliant. It's super sturdy (I've been using it daily over 7 months). It is a regular sized desk--I can fit a standing desk element on top, a 15" laptop, 15" monitor, full keyboard, mouse and paperwork. I can sit comfortably at the desk (I'm 5"7) with room to slightly stretch out my legs. The shelves hold a lot of materials: binders, notebooks, etc., and even my laptop goes in there. When I'm done the desk is folded and becomes a console. The console space is a great size holding photos/plants. It looks modern. Super quality. Putting it together takes a few hours but because it is a quality product. I am very happy with this product and highly recommend it to others who have limited space but need a regular sized desk for work.

It is not easy to find a piece of furniture on short notice, looking for a practical sofa, I have struggled with many restrictions and requirements. Functionality, size, maintenance, color, design, and price. The Smart Furniture store staff listened carefully and advised the best option for me. I could consider the choice in email contact and by the phone. The Smart Furniture advisor was friendly, patient. I have received very professional service. The furniture was delivered according to the schedule, despite obstacles in a narrow doorway, assembled, and placed in the exact room. When I needed to extend the height of the sofa's feet, I have received immediate assistance and the additional set of higher feet for free. I heartily recommend Smart Furniture.

This store is a hidden gem! They have so many sofa beds, we spent months looking for a good looking, comfortable and L-shaped sofa bed and this store has been a saviour, not to mention the quality of their products is much better than the typical big chain stores and they have interesting designs They have a lot of items in stock, which means you can get delivery within a few days like we did :) but the number of custom options is enormous if you don't mind waiting longer We also really appreciated customer service, everyone is friendly, helpful and flexible. Special thank you to Angelika, she helped us quite a lot, and walked us through many different options (we are quite indecisive people and she was extremely patient and friendly with us :))

We were at the store yesterday to buy a sectional sofa. Our needs were very specific which is the reason we drove all the way from London trying to find what we need. The store is large and well equipped. A lot of models and designs are on display. Not only we found what we wanted, but there was a variety to chose from. Highly unusual in all other stores. The process of fabric selection was very detailed and the suggestions we got were very helpful. We purchased the sofa and now we need to wait for it to arrive. Witam, Zakupiłam skórzany rozkładany narożnik firmy Waj-presto w Kwietniu 2019. Po dostarczeniu zauważyłam ze ma wiele usterek które zgłosiłam w przeciągu dwóch tygodni. Zaoferowano mi naprawę. Kanapa została zabrana do naprawy. Po kilku dniach przywieziono kanapę i odrazu zauważyłam ze nie zostały usunięte wszystkie usterki. Po odbyciu rozmowy z właścicielka sklepu dowiedziałam się ze nic więcej nie można zrobić ani oddać lub wymienić na inna. Jestem rozczarowana decyzja i policy sklepu który nie uznaje wymiany lub zwrotu produktu gdyż ceny są wysokie w tym przypadku $4000. Gdy bym wiedziała ze klient po zakupie zostanie tak traktowany nigdy bym się nie zdecydowała na zakup w tym sklepie.

I recently bought a sectional sofa and few other items for my living room. I've shopped around and this was the only store that offered a good quality furniture with a unique design concepts. The prices are in level with what you would find in Brick, Leons etc, but the quality is much more superior. Another thing that makes a difference is an exceptional customer service. They are very accommodating and flexible. I have dealt with Teresa and Angelica and they were extremely helpful and kind. Highly recommend this place if you are looking for a good quality furniture at a reasonable price.

Jestem zaskoczona tak naciągniętymi opiniami.Rok temu kupiłam fotel ze skóry,który był poprawiny dwa razy.Po trzech miesiącach wyglądał,jak stary/zapadnięte siedzenie i oparcie/.Wypchano i po następnych 4m-ch wygląda tak samo koszt fotela $1300 +150 zmiana podstawy+150 za wypełnienie. Nie będę opisywać usługi kanapy za którą zapłaciłam$200i też wszystko do nie powiem.Podsumowujac ostrzegam wszystkich przed zakupami,w salonie.Obsluga jest miła dopóki nie weźmie kasy.Pozniej fora że dworca.Nie żadnych reklamacji. Dobrze się zastanówcie przed odwiedzeniem tego miejsca.

We have bought sofa's from smart furniture and we are quite happy with that. We just been recently been to the shop again for another set of sofas. Just to surprise the staff lady told me that they do not have customer washroom. People coming with with kids, spending sometime in the shop to select furniture and no washroom for customers in the shop, we just left the store and decided not to buy from them any more.

W mojej ocenie - mocna piątka z dużym plusem. Bardzo duży wybór. W Kanadzie niestety bardzo mało jest salonów z europejskimi meblami, a tu spora część pochodzi z Polski, co bardzo mnie cieszy i trafia w mój gust. Wysoka jakość asortymentu - to coś na co zwracam szczególną uwagę, gdyż meble mają służyć długie lata a polskie meble takie właśnie są. Firma naprawdę godna polecania. Powrócę tam nie raz i nie dwa.

Very unprofessional stuff. One sales person was so rude. We decided to buy a coffee table with price $449.00 and she told us We can get it by Thursday but price will be $599.00. WTH. The ladies that helped me pick out dorm furniture were extremely nice, knew what they were doing. The showroom was spectacular, you can see, sit, feel almost all furniture they have in stock which was great rather than a catalog. I am going to them when I move out of a dorm and into a house for sure, the furniture is just great quality!

I got a couch, bed frame and sleeper sofa. LOVE the quality and all of the storage each piece has. The wait is lengthy for custom orders but it is so worth the wait. Bought a sectional here. Made in Poland. After 11- 12 months, it started to fall apart. fabric fraying, springs became very uncomfortable. Got rid of it a few months later. Poor quality. I cannot recommend.

Its our second purchase there and we know we gonna keep coming back. Ms Angela is the best. Super helpful with good deals every time. Reccomended to everyone who appreciate European style of furniture.
