Had 2 cracked teeth emergency extracted today, the assistants, the staff, even the oral surgeon ( a sweet dark haired lady) were absolutely wonderful, If I could give a gift, I would. I had some serious issues afterwards and the on call dentist who I spoke to was absolutely RUDE and not understanding at all, very flippant and dismissive…unhelpful, and I feel like I suffered more AFTER my procedure. My mouth was filling with blood, I was getting dizzy and the pain was EXCRUCIATING and I was left with nothing, no real guidance, no real help. My suggestion to anyone who reads this is to maybe find a place that employs dentists with more compassion who understands that not everyone is addicted to opiates and some people are truly in unbearable pain. I understand the situation the country is in, Drs would rather watch people suffer than to treat patients on a case by case basis, I get it. Its just all so disheartening when you’re in true pain and despair. Again, good place with a few good workers, nothing more….nothing less. Edit: So I needed some additional work done for the procedures to be complete, and I can honestly say without the previous situation happening , this place is absolutely wonderful. Probably some of the best staff I’ve ever dealt with. Totally professional, knowledgeable and caring. This place does good things.I appreciated all the work and concern

This place should take a picture of your teeth before they work on them. I've went in about 10 times for them to fix a filling on the same tooth, and they still can't get it right. I haven't been able to chew normally for almost a year! Response to smile fitness dental: It's none of your concern about my other reviews. The fact that I saw 2 dentists to fix one tooth and ended up messing it up even more definitely deserves 1 star. I've given this business just about 10 opportunities to fix the same issue. I've explained multiple times where it needs to be filed down and it was filed in the wrong areas. They only trusted that blue film to grind the teeth on, not my word. I've been hesitant about calling for an appointment out of fear of it being messed up even further. I don't have a fear of dentists at all (as I prefer no numbing medication) it's only been a fear of having a misshapen tooth caused by the dentist. Think I'll take this situation somewhere else.

Had a bridge replaced several years ago. Dentist mounted the bridge and it chipped. Was told that it would not effect the integrity of the device. I went home that day and every time I ate or drank anything it caused annoying pain. Went back to have it replaced and it was done reluctantly. However on my next visit for a cleaning the so-called hygienist was about as ridiculous and incompetent as anyone I have ever seen. Sawing my teeth with floss until my gums bled, splasing water over the place, talking about her motorcycle accident and permanent disability . Not how she put it though. I stopped going 5 years ago and started going to life smiles dentistry. That is the best dental office I have EVER been to. And it is the same price! Take my advice and try life smiles for a pleasant and enjoyable experience. Oh, I almost forgot- the reception staff need to be replaced! Every one of them. They are a bunch of school girls.

This is the best dental office in the world! I was referred by a friend who had been going there for years and I got an appt right away. I am always really nervous to go the dentist (I mean who isn't), but they instantly made me feel so comfortable and really put me at ease. Everyone was so friendly and professional. Suddenly, I had no worries and was actually enjoying my time there! The dentist was very thorough, he showed and explained everything very clearly and easy so I could understand the work needed to be done. Not only that, the procedures / work I had done were absolutely painless!!! :) I cannot thank them enough and I will only go here from now on!

When I made my appointment the office staff was polite and accommodating. I have to admit I was nervous, I have always had big fears about going to the dentist. From the time I walked In the office till I left the service was exceptional . The office is very clean and professional. I had Dr. Bernard M. Florenta. He made the impressions hisself for my bridge and took extra special care to make sure I felt safe when I had to get numb. I will be returning back for all my dental work from mow on! I don’t know his assistant name, but she was very sweet and I can tell she loved her job! Thanks everyone

My husband and I have been coming here for several years and the customer service has always been exceptional! I am a forever patient because everyone on staff, takes their time to help even when I bring my little ones everyone is so understanding and helpful! I absolutely love Ginger have been going with her for years and will continue to do so, she listens to my concerns and is so patient and non-judgmental. She truly cares for people and does her work with love! Recently I needed some work and they took me in on the spot. I highly recommend this place! They are phenomenal!

Great staff. I have been using this dentist for years. I've had cleanings by both Jackie and Ginger and both are very good. They will always make recommendations of immediate work that should be done, and/or potential problem areas to be aware of that may need attention in the future. I've never felt like they were in the business to just make money and lean towards the conservative side of major dental work, and only make recommendations that are truly necessary. The parking lot can get a bit busy around paydays or on Fridays, due to a dispensary being in the same complex.

My family and I have been going to Smile for many years. My adult children have never seen anyone else! They are always kind, welcoming, and helpful. We've seen several dentists and hygienists through the years, and every one of them have been exceptional. Although I do have some favorites! The office is always clean and orderly. Very rarely have we ever been kept waiting for our appointment, and they have always been able to get us in for emergencies. I have no plans to go anywhere else! Thank you, Smile family! Thanx to dr.manning I can now eat with both sides of my mouth and omg the relief of the pain is just amazing. I love smile fitness dental. Been here a couple times and they always know how to keep me smiling. So i go here for all my dentist needs. Today had thw worst experience and the best experience it is not because of the people its cuz i had a bad experience with the laughing gas its supposed to make laugh not cry.. I had a had a horrible toothache lasting over a week. I got in last saturday to get the tooth extracted. Dr. Florento was so wonderful, and very friendly. He made sure i wasnt in any pain when he did the whole procedure and let me know everything he was doing. He also asked me every couple minutes if i was ok. Today they called and checked on me and asked how i was. I HIGHLY recommend Smile Fitness Dental!!

Today was my first day as a new patient here, i got treatment for my teeth issue at the Phoenix location and the entire staff was awesome! The facility is clean and well decorated, the staff are sweet and professional and the procedure i got by Jackie the dentist wasnt painful at all! And the cherry on top was that the service was super affordable i am making this my new and permanent dental home!

The staff and the hygienists are great, but the doctor with white hair isn't the best. I've had my third filling fall out of my mouth but I go in every six months and he says my teeth are fine. He's also missed decay on my partners tooth and put a filling over the decay, which caused more decay and didn't solve the issue at all and had to be redone elsewhere.

From the front when you check in to Ginger and the other staff such well run and friendly dental office . I look forward to coming and having my check up and teeth cleaning. I’ve been going to this dentist location for probably 14 years. That alone should tell you what a great location this place is. Very professional staff - they are pleasant with you and work with you on insurance and payments. I like that I can call with a question about my teeth and they pull up my file and tell me the answer within 1-3 minutes. that’s fast!

I hate going to the dentist and why I had a dental emergency and had to get a tooth removed. The doctor and staff were absolutely amazing they were so nice. I am sure they could have lectured me but the fear of the dentist is a real thing. They got me in same day, no waiting and were reasonably priced. Cant thank them enough for their kindness.

I hardly leave reviews but Totally recommend this place !!! I used to go to risas but their communication isn’t great. Dr Bernard is the best!!! I went in for an X-ray and he explained everything to me !! Seriously everything unlike other dentist who just want you $ n don’t explain what u need done. Def recommend this place

My Dental experience was great! I have a Dental phobia,and usually need.To use the gas mask.But the last two visits,have been awesome.Since Jackie(the hygienist).Was very gentle, kind,respectful, and caring.My mouth felt very clean,and looked clean.When Jackie was done.I didn't have any fear.It was a great experience.

The dentist and assistant were knowledgeable, professional and candid about my options. He extracted a tooth. He administered the Novacaine seamlessly with no pain. He asked frequently about my pain but I never needed to stop him in the extraction. The work was excellent. I highly recommend Dr. Stulic and assistant.

Dr. Gordon is a very good dentist down to the other Dentist and, the X-ray tech is suck a sweety to the lady that does the cleanings. Just awesome staff & It's a very relaxing and, calm atmosphere. Terrible staff very expensive......just for a clean up $1300...=they hungry for money never and never. ....to go there....poor staff I don't care what everyone had said but...nope no star .....at all...good luck for those victims without insurance....got my great deep clean up for $250......=ja.....

Dr Gordon and the staff at Smile Fitness have always treated me with courtesy and respect. They explained what was going on with my sore tooth in terms I could understand, and then they fixed me up just like they promised!!! l This is a good place to go if you want to be treated like you matter.

People is friendly since you were in, as soon as you start talking to them you know you're talking to professionals, I have deep cleaning on my teeth and the most important thing I didn't feel any pain like in other places so I really recommend you this place for all your dental work
