There was a cavity on one of my molars so I went hoping to have it fixed. I paid for the $99 consultation thing they advertise for new patients. The hygienist Yoseph/Joseph was polite but it seemed to me that he was unfamiliar with responsibilities his job entailed. He did not know how to access X-Ray scans and forced the X-Ray bitewing into my mouth (which were HUGE) even though they hurt my gums. The next day, my bottom front teeth (which did not include the tooth with the cavity) started feeling oddly stiff and sensitive. This lasted for an entire week. I suspect there had either been an injury to my gums in the process, or that the X-Ray bitewings were not sanitised properly and some form of gum disease has passed to me through them - I went through an entire week of stiffness and pain until I used hydrogen peroxide on my teeth to soothe the irritation. Re: the cavity, Dr. Ebrahimi literally came in for 5 minutes. He brought in an Asian doctor (Dr. Lam?) and made a big show of "conversing" with each other over my scans. He said that the X-ray scans showed that the cavity was really near the nerve of my tooth and then proceeded to check my mouth for 1 second, then said that I definitely needed a root canal, that he had to refer me to a specialist. He also told me that I had three other cavities on the other molars of my teeth and I needed to fix them. I specifically told him that I did not have insurance and wanted to know if I could wait for a couple months as I would be heading home then, and he was like "Oh, we can fix everything in 2 months". Extremely unhelpful. FYI, the root canal specialist he referred me to said a root canal would cost $2K with him, and Dr. E quoted me $1.8K for the crown afterwards. Well, according to Google, "Root canals typically cost anywhere from $700 to $1,500 per tooth" and "In NYC, you can expect to pay $1400 - $1500 for same day crowns". I don't know man, you might want to judge whether these prices are good for you. Afterwards, I went to another dentist for a second opinion, and that dentist said she COULD do a filling for me, and only IF I felt pain afterwards would she do a root canal on me. I had the filling and so far it has been okay - no pain, no issues. I honestly feel like there are better dentists out there that are way more honest and transparent about the whole process. A dentist-patient relationship is fundamentally about trust and Dr. E has very unfortunately breached mine. EDIT: Thank you Dr. E for your reply and your attempt to portray me as a racist individual that does not believe in the expertise of Asian dentists. I myself am Asian, grew up seeing Asian dentists I respect and admire, and do not believe I am racist towards other Asians in any way. Indeed, I was trying to identify the specific dentist concerned as her name might have slipped my mind. I shall have a thorough checkup when I return home, but fingers crossed that my tooth does not end up in abscess contrary to your kind wishes. EDIT 2: I appreciate Dr. E for editing his allegations of racism out of his initial reply.

In April, 2022 I visited Smile Lab after viewing several positive reviews on Groupon. My objective was to receive a consultation and hopefully repair some much-needed dental complications. I was originally quoted one price, which was over $29,000.00 for which I took out two high-interest loans from a company affiliated with Smile Lab. However, as my treatment continued, I was informed by Smile Lab billing department of several hidden fees, ranging from $3,000 to $ 900.00, none of which I paid. In 2023 I was prepared to receive my permanent implants, by Dr. Ebrahimi which I was told would last for at least fifteen years. The first procedure on my upper left side was completed by another Dentist. The procedure called “polishing” was explained to me that this was to be completed outside of my mouth to avoid pain, everything went well, painless, and with satisfactory explanation. The second implant on my lower left side was completed by Dr. Ebrahimi. Dr. Ebrahimi, unlike the first dentist, explained nothing to me and performed the “polishing” inside of my mouth, which was excruciatingly painful. I was given several injections to decrease the pain without relief. Dr. Ebrahimi proceeded to drill down a tooth on my upper right side without explanation and again this procedure was just as painful and to this day I was not given a reason. When Dr. Ebrahimi’s assistant asked him about showing me how to floss my new implants, which the first dentist did. Dr. Ebrahimi leaned across me and whispered something to his assistant, and then walked out. When I rose from the dental chair my face was swollen and my implant had a protruding tooth in the front and no room to floss. What started as a doctor-patient relationship turned into a predator-prey assault. I requested several times to speak to Dr. Ebrahimi about correcting and explaining to me his reasoning behind this but was ignored. My last day at Smile Lab was in June 2023 when Dr. Ebrahimi walked into the room with an assistant present and stated “I was his favorite client because he could do anything to me and I wouldn’t complain” This is me complaining. I was needlessly subjected to one of the most traumatic and sadistic medical experiences of my life by Dr. Waise Ebrahimi.

This was one of y best experiences at a dentist office. Very clean. The staff is professional - but my favorite person is my dentist. He did amazing work on my teeth. I wished I found him years ago. Not only that - it didn’t feel like an attack. He was very conscious of my comfort and very patiently explained things to me- and let me tell you - I ask a lot of questions. Point is I did not feel like I was being rush out for the next patient. P. S. They are very proficient with time - so no long waiting periods. They let me watch Netflix during my procedure- who does that - right? They have late hours- they close at 8 pm. It’s in a great neighborhood. Pro/Con This is based on your opinion in the matter - Although they are in network there are additional charges for procedures that are ordinarily covered 100% by your insurance. So when making an appointment for fillings i was told there is an additional $300 out of pocket cost - again I have 100% coverage this. Good thing I called my insurance / turns out that without explanation they were charging me the extra $300 because they use a medicine that’s not covered- and it’s the only one they used so -? I Just wish they were upfront about that- I really don’t appreciate that I had to call my health insurance - and then call them back for this explanation. Lesson learned: double check with my health insurance for all charges that are not my set copay.

Edit: Their response claims they don’t treat my TMJ type. Their doctor at the office said she couldn’t help me before ever looking at my teeth/feeling my jaw whilst indicating Xrays can’t diagnose TMJ. So not sure how they now suddenly know the specific type. Taking away my personal opinion of this office & their staff. — I had booked an appointment for a TMJ consultation with an oral surgeon Their office called and confirmed, first asking if I need a general cleaning to which I said no as I already had a dentist, I just needed TMJ consultation for jaw pain I arrived at the office and they immediately took me to get an xray A dentist came in and first thing she said is she can’t help me since TMJ requires a specialist and they are a team of dentists. She also said the xray doesn’t give any indication of TMJ since that’s of the jaw and requires CT/PET scan. I have another dentist in Soho whose practice is very clear about what they can’t provide for TMJ. Smile Lab advertised and confirmed TMJ services all the while knowing they can’t provide it.

The office itself is very nice. But, if I had to re-do my experience I would not go back here. I had a root canal done elsewhere and was referred here for my crown. The first temporary crown was put on incorrectly which resulted in painful blisters all over my surrounding gums. The permanent crown was then misfitted and broke in my mouth when they tried to place it. 1 month later, the permanent crown was placed. I have had issues ever since. I went to my regular family dentist to get a second opinion based on constant pain since the crown was placed. He said the crown was not done correctly and as a result, my bite was putting constant pressure on just the tooth with the crown causing pain. Also, my gums around the tooth were very inflamed and damaged from the issues with the temporary crown. I feel that the office would be fine just for cleanings, but for anything more serious go somewhere else. I wasted a lot of time and money here and now am stuck with the consequences of their inexperience.

This is next level dentistry. I finally decided to let go of my childhood "family dentist", and take charge of my own oral health journey. This office has made everything such a laid back, but comprehensive experience. The office is modern, clean, and the vibe is a complete shift from what one would typically come to expect from a dentist's office. Strangely enough— I can actually look forward to going to the dentist, because they take such great care of you. On my last visit, they saw me a few minutes early, and even gave me headphones, sunglasses, and an iPad to use while the doctor did their thing. It made me feel warm inside. Experience aside, the QUALITY of the dental work is exceptional (and trust me, I would know my way around a dentist's chair). They pay great attention to detail, and explain everything. I will be back when I hit the lottery (lol), but until then, I recommend this place endlessly. 10/10 experience. 5 stars.

The building was a state of the art! Easy on the eye and impressive. The office was clean and quite modern. Service was quick and everyone professional and knowledgeable in their expertise. Dr. Ebrahim was a great listener and communicator. It is obvious from his well-organized surroundings, amicable staff and state of the art equipment, that he took pride in his work and strive to make you feel comfortable and appreciated. The fact that he remained open until after 8 (I was the last patient) tells you how dedicated he and his staff are to the field of dentistry and committed to the patient's wellbeing. He even went further to provide his mobile contact in case I needed to reach out to him with any problems after my surgery. His staff also called to followup on my progress the day after the surgery. I definitely recommend you pay them a visit. You will not be disappointed!

The dental hygienist was so sweet and made sure that I was comfortable and really put me at ease. She made me feel so much better about my teeth and did such a thorough examination on me and a painless cleaning which I really appreciated. Dr. Zaydel was also so nice!! She addressed all of my concerns and was really caring. I love that they show you your x-rays and photos that they take of your teeth on an tv in front of you and explain everything to you. My treatment plan was clear and they even had me meet with a treatment coordinator to discuss the cost for some night guards I needed (which also my previous dentist didn't me know that I needed). I felt like I was in good hands! I had never felt that way before at a dental office. I look forward to going back for my next cleaning!! Overall I really really recommend!!

I started seeing Dr. Ebrahimi in July of 2022 and this past Wednesday had my last appointment until next year. When I first visitied in July, they did a FULL ASSESSMENT of my mouth and all of the work needing to be done. I went in for experiencing pain with a tooth that had developed a cavity under a filling. I appreciate the thoroughness of their assessment and the plan they created. Everything was explained to me in great detail and I was able to ask any and all questions I had. The Dr.'s demeanor was calm, engaging and caring. The physical environment is clean and professional (I have seen some pretty unsettling dr offices). I love the appointment texts and reminders. Now that all of my work is done, I dont need to be seen until my 6 month check up.

Very clean establishment. Very kind staff. However the communication is terrible. I was told I would get a call back 3 times concerning an appointment..and was told I would get email confirmation on a purchase in order to reimburse myself and none of those things ever happened. I don’t know what kind of healthcare company just charges your debit card with zero emailed receipt or anything. I also called to cancel an appointment and it never went through.. and I almost got charged for missing. I called to ask for an explanation and only heard “sorry there was a glitch” Too many red flags for me to spend a lot of money here. Other than that I’m sure many people will be satisfied with Smile Lab, it just wasn’t right for me.

Highly recommend Smile Lab Dentistry for dental cleaning and check up. Every staff I encountered was super kind and attentive. I was seen by Eunice for cleaning and let me tell you that this was by far the most thorough cleansing I’ve ever experienced; my teeth/gums felt brand new. Dr. Aileen was also thorough during my dental exam and informative. I’ve seen two other dentist prior to her with no solutions for teeth sensitivity I’ve been experiencing but Dr. Aileen was able to find the exact teeth that were causing my sensitivity and explained my options to resolve it. Additionally, office is very clean with beautiful esthetics and high tech. No wait time and easy check in process.

The waiting area was very nice (quite swanky) but the wait time wasn’t terribly long. Everyone was very nice and had a fantastic attitude. I needed an emergency wisdom tooth pulled and they were fantastic enough to stay later than anticipated to do the surgery while also removing my other wisdom teeth to get it all out of the way. I felt very at ease the whole time but even if I were remotely nervous it helps that I was given headphone and Netflix on an iPad to watch during the process. Even though I happened to stumble upon Smile Lab via google because I was in terrible pain and needed help IMMEDIATELY, I can’t imagine going anywhere else now.

I had an amazing experience. Every single person was very nice, acommodating and thorough. Everything I needed to get done was explained in detail and I was frequently reminded if I had any questions throughout the procedure. I also appreciated the fact that they have a treatment specialist that walks you through what your insurance covers (or doesn't cover) and can help you set up a payment plan if needed based on your situation. They work with you. I was very pleased and looking foreard to my next appointment in December. I highly recommend SmileLab. I came here after my friend (NYC teacher) recommended it and I am glad I did. Thank you!

I needed to check my teeth and get them taken care of and this place is magic. Starting with making the appointment, to checking in, doing the initial check and everything all around is pretty smooth and the place is super clean. The staff is really communicative and friendly and work to make sure you’re informed about everything. But special thanks to Dr. Aileen Zaydel who truly made me feel calm after informing me about everything I need to know about the state of my teeth. I felt great checking my teeth and scheduling a needed procedure to get my teeth healthy and in shape. I definitely recommend them.

I finally found the best dental office. From Quin welcoming me with a smile and disinfecting everything around me. Jen was an amazing and gentle hygienist who made me feel very comfortable. The cherry on top was the amazing Dr. Tala, she was extremely thorough and gave me the best dental exam ever. She even mentioned my sinus and recommended I see an ENT. Nick was so kind, helpful and funny. I truly recommend this office to all my loved ones, friends and strangers. I cannot forget to mention the office is spotless. I have gone to the same dentist for years so I was nervous to switch to a new place. I will say Smile Lab has exceeded my expectations both times I have went. They are so thorough, kind and listened to any of my questions/comments/concerned. The office has an iPad above the chair that was playing scenic videos that was pleasant to look at. They are also very quick and efficient. I spent about 30-40mins their and my teeth felt cleaner than they ever have. They made it quick and easy to schedule my next appointment too. I am excited to keep going back.

I had a perfectly pleasant experience at Smile Lab Dentistry. I had to wait a little while to be seen, but not extremely long- at most about ten minutes after my appointment time. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and professional. The office itself is both really aesthetically pleasing- blocks of color, uniform potted plants, etc.- and also feels a little like the way a healthcare facility would look in a slightly dystopian film, but overall I'm glad I tried it out and will happily go back if whatever health insurance I have next permits!

I have needed to get a cleaning and check up on my teeth for quite a while, and had heard that Smile Lab was a really great, brand new, and affordable option. The staff was superb. Extremely kind, talkative, and warm. The Dental tech made sure to tell me what i was doing good at (HELLO CONFIDENCE BOOST) and clarified in detail what I could do to make some positive changes. Dr. Ebrahimi was excellent, super friendly, and clearly explained to me how I could positively impact the longevity of my smile. I’d recommend anyone to go to Smile Lab!

This place is almost too good to be true. I’ve never written a review about anything but my experience there was wonderful. I have major anxiety when it comes to dentistry but the whole staff was extremely understanding, patient, and they all made sure I was comfortable at all times. The whole thing was painless. My appointment started on time (unheard of). And the space is nothing like the morbid clinics we’re used to. I left thinking that this is what adequate care should be like. Excellent service from start to finish. Highly recommend.

Emergency service is 50/50 but better if do not only medicine provide, treatment - is 100% my task , because my time is expensive. Full service in-time is best choice. Next question - price is will be clear and trust. Not all clients must be wery rich person. You need learn different people and give maximum service for different prices. My experience is I finded different clinic with chiper price with coverage 100% insurance, your estimate was $200 insurance coverage and $3k down payment, it's trash! Dr. Aileen Zaydel and her staff are fabulous! Very easy to make an appointment online (for the same week, no less). Office had no wait time, everyone was very nice. Each exam room has a TV that displays the doctor’s computer, so you have a true understanding of what is going on and why they are recommending certain treatments or procedures. I had a deep cleaning and was able to watch Netflix right through it. Upfront pricing. Thankful to find a dental practice that doesn’t make “going to the dentist” so dreadful. Highly recommended!

Beware the ‘upsell’!!! I went in for an acute issue that should have been a routine process included in cleaning. Doc and assistant conferred and decided that I was in ‘need’ of a deep cleaning. Once that is decided, you cannot have any other treatment unless you first agree. Payment agent first demanded I sign an agreement for $6,000 out of pocket and then was extraordinarily unprofessional and rude when I asked for clarification. Don’t let smile fool you. I had the procedure done for free as part of routine cleaning elsewhere.

My Dental Hygenist was Jenny and my Dentist was Dr. Ebrahimi. I recommend them both so much. Jenny was very gentle with the cleaning and sweet overall and Dr. Ebrahimi took all my concerns seriously and gave me a referral to the best specialist in the city for my needs. He was really nice, listened to all my needs, and very professional. Overall, I had an amazing experience at Smile Lab and the appointment was 60 mins with no wait time. I already made my appointment for my next cleaning and look forward to returning.

These guys saved me from getting a root canal. I wanted a second opinion on a broken molar that was hurting me and immediately after they looked at it, they’re like: “we can save your tooth with a crown instead of doing a root canal”. I trusted them immediately. Who wouldn’t want to save a tooth? Also, it’s rare to find dentists that don’t go straight to the root canal option. I would give this place 20 stars if I could. My tooth no longer hurts me and feels perfect again from just doing a crown. Thank you Smile Lab

I called Smile lab on a recommendation of a coworker. I had been in pain and I was able to get a quick appointment for evaluation. The result was a cracked tooth and diagnosed that I was clenching my teeth from stress. I needed a root canal and I thought I would have a long wait but they fit me in the next day. The office is very modern and the customer service is superb and professional. The procedure was painless and I was very comfortable. I am very pleased with the service and I have found a new dental home.

My experience at Smile Lab was great! I love that it is inside the Mount Sinai Clinic! It is such an aesthetically appealing place for being a medical facility and that always helps to ease my anxiety. The entire staff was so friendly and attentive as well. My personal hygienist was bubbly and friendly but thorough, gentle and quick! The Dr. was also great at explaining the after math of my cleaning / exam! The staff is also majority female which I love to support! 10/10 recommend!

I had a tooth chip and immediately ran to find the nearest dentist. This office is very nice and bonus points for having a doctors office and eye doctors in the same facility. The dental hygienist took me back on time and he was very kind and patient. They made sure I was comfortable and told me everything they would be doing to my teeth. If I felt any discomfort he immediately stopped and let me know I was in control. I would absolutely recommend this office to anyone in the NY or NJ area.

This is the absolute beat dentist experience I have ever had! I could not have asked for better care and you can tell these professionals love what they do, care about their patients and are good at it as well! So considerate of my needs and explained everything so well. Not only a great experience health wise but I was so comfortable while getting the work done. Almost as if I was just hanging with my friends (while one of them pulled out my tooth) so comfortable! I will absolutely be back

Good experience with the doctor and hygienist but the office failed to explain the added charges to my treatment plan that were not covered by insurance. Staff was hostile once contacted by my insurance for a pre-determination of treatment and refused to explain the unnecessary charges despite their obligation as a business contracted with my insurance. Do not recommend!!! The whole experience felt like a scam, they will try to charge you out of pocket for things you simply don’t need.

First impression, great facility, incredibly friendly staff. My dental hygienist was incredibly kind, personable and gentle, yet thorough. (Have a great trip to Greece!). My dentist was equally great. She did a great job explaining my x-rays and images. She addressed my concerns and offered great advice on how to be more proactive with my receding gum line. Thank you for your suggestions, as I transition to a new country. I wish I could give this team ten stars!

Smile Lab has been THE BEST experience I’ve ever had with going to any dentist. I went in expecting a plain Jane dental office. I was blown once I saw how updated and clean the facility was. The dentist and techs have been nothing but caring and solution oriented! They work as if I’m their #1 priority, not just another patient. An additional PLUS: an iPad with Bluetooth headphones so I can watch Netflix or listen to music while getting some work done.

Each of my visits to Smile Lab has been an excellent experience. I waited several months to make this review in order to be able to say that my dental work is still working wonderfully! Dr. Waise Ebrahimi is fantastic, as is each member of his staff. This is an extremely affordable and pleasant experience. The dental care packages are extremely worthwhile. I've been to four other dentists in the city and Smile Lab has been my all-time favorite! The staff is very friendly. Little to no wait time. Fair price. I needed to complete my implant but a different dentist quoted me significantly more than Smile Lab! They also offer emergency appointments, which is very helpful! I had an infection on my impacted wisdom tooth and was seen the next day. Overall, a great experience, and highly recommend it!

Loved it at Smile Lab Soho Eunice was phenomenal, took her time with me and made sure i was comfortable. Teeth are nice and clean Dr. Ebrahimi was very professional, very knowledgeable and took his time explaining everything to me in great detail. The office was beautiful, modern and clean. Definitely would recommend this place. Everyone was friendly and professional. This is coming from someone who has a phobia of the dentist.

I feel like a customer here, not a patient. So not happy with the service provided, only been here once but the amount of tiems payment plans were mentioned... I'm sure I look poor but still, try to be nicer about it and don't make it so obvious you think your customer is poor. Everyone is very nice and so is the office, but only let them do basic cleanings. Find someone who cares about preventative care to do the actual work.

Eunice was so incredibly kind and easy to talk to, made me feel at ease as a new patient. Dr. Basseri was nice as well, straight to the point about my options without any pressure. The specialist and broke down costs for me after was thorough as well. They accepted my Aetna insurance with no hiccups. The entire office was clean, bright, great music. Did not realize I would have such a great dental experience!

This is absolutely the best dentistry in SOHO! I’ve been to so many dentists in the area and no one has provided a better experience. The office is so modern, clean and gives off such a comfortable setting. Dr. Ebrahimi did not only do such a good job on my teeth, but he made sure to give me the best prices for the work he did. He’s so nice, and genuinely cares about all his patients. I highly recommend!

I had an infected tooth that needed to be removed. I made the appointment the same day and had it done. Staff made me relaxed and the dentist was very delicate with me, we worked out treatment plan that I’m happy with. Office was close to my job and outstanding. My bill was astonishingly high but as they say you get what you pay for and it was well worth it. Definitely would recommend to anyone in pain.

The reviews are 100% correct, Dr. E is amazing. I feel like I'm echoing others, but it was the best dental experience I've ever had. He is super trustworthy, reliable and has the best bed side manners. I found Smile Lab through Smylen, and the combination of the providers was wonderful. I got a great filling and super solid crown and would recommend Dr. E to anyone! PS. the office is so cute!

I couldn't believe what a nice, new, large, modern and clean facility this dentist's office is which is inside the Mount Sinai entrance. It didn't look like any NYC office place I had ever been. It is refreshing to be in an office that has an updated look and feel. The dentist and hygienist, which of course is the reason I went, were great. I have another appointment in 6 months.

Best dentist experience I’ve ever had! It’s clear Dr. Ebrahimi prioritizes patient comfort. The space was incredibly clean, and the technology was advanced. All other staff members were also very kind and highly detailed, clearly walking through everything. They had my best interest in mind and weren’t trying to charge unnecessary expenses, as other dentists have in the past.

Dr. Ebrahimi (and all staff) have the NICEST dentist’s office I have ever been to. The office itself was so clean and beautiful, and the hygienists made sure to explain every step of what they were doing. I hadn’t been to the dentist in years due to anxiety and I love that I didn’t feel judged here. If you have been avoiding the dentist.. go here!! Can’t recommend enough !!

I came in for an emergency appointment with a very bad general outset and a rush situation due to upcoming travel plans. The dentist was very understanding and was able to establish a treatment plan for my situation. The office was able to accommodate to my schedule so I can make my trip. I am very thankful for everyone on staff as they were incredibly kind and helpful.

I love this place. Going to the dentist is a drag, but this place makes my visit easy and enjoyable. Everyone is super friendly and efficient. Dr. Ebrahimi is fantastic! In the past I’ve felt judged by my dentist, but the opposite is true for this place. They all seem to really care about me and my experience while I’m there. Give them a call, you won’t be disappointed.

Came in for the first time for a filling. Ended up getting 2 fillings; including one on a tooth I was told by another dentist that supposedly needed to be extracted. I came in got my fillings and no other unnecessary expensive treatments were pushed on me; which is a huge problem in many dental offices. Not sure what the future holds but definitely a great start

High quality experience! The environment felt calm and prescribe. The people were very friendly and took the time to explain the science to me around the treatment I needed. This was my first time going to Smile Lab, and it was a draw out of the hat in my search for a dentist in NYC… I definitely got lucky! Excited to come back for my appointment in 6 months!

This is the best dentist I have ever been to! The office was extremely clean and organized. It was also very modern. The doctor was very kind and professional. I had my teeth cleaned and he was extremely gentle and I had no pain. My teeth looked great after and my gums were not bloody at all. I’m so glad I found this doctor. I will definitely be going back.

Everything was great, staff was friendly, office was very nice. until they tried to force me to do an unnecessary procedure, that of course is not covered by insurance. Making it so that i was unable to pay $2k today and forcing me to leave while is a lot of pain. Don't go here unless you have a few thousand dollars to get a tooth pulled.

I have went here twice (so far) - once for a regular dentist appoint and once for the temporary crown placement. My experience was amazing. Dr.Ebrahimi is very kind and kept the crown procedure as painless as it could be, and the assistant (Qin) was wonderful as well!. Love being able to watch a cute cat documentary on Netflix during it!

The best dental clinic I have ever had. The Smile Lab's employees are amiable, and the clinic is spotless. The equipment that they are using is very modern and last technology. I am happy that Dr. Waise Ebrahim and his Dental hygienist Raymond are very professional. I recommend this place to everyone. You will not regret it.

Best dental experience I've had in a while! The team I saw (dentist and hygienist) were super friendly and visually walked me through what they were examining. Extra kudos to the hygienist (Eunice, I believe) who had to put some elbow grease into my cleaning, but still managed to make it totally pain-free!

I went to Smile Lab after 3 years of no dental visits and they found a pretty bad cavity. They were fantastic throughout the entire experience and made a complicated crown process as smooth as possible. I would 100% recommend Smile Lab to anyone as Dr. Ebrahimi, Quinn, and the whole staff are awesome.

Great dentists, clean office, very nice staff but disorganized internal team. Lost my 2 retainers and didn’t call to tell me to not come and pick them up…. I won’t change dentists but definitely will consider blocking out my whole day to come here…
