My son was very nervous to go in the dentist exam room alone but the hygienist that took care of him was so amazing he actually enjoyed the appointment. Please make sure the hygienist knows how wonderful he thought she was. She made him feel safe. She was super gentle and very caring and took the time to make sure he was happy. I’m very happy my son is a patient there at smile shapers. I have recommended you to my sister who is currently looking for a dentist. Good job. The hygienist is amazing. They put all my fears to rest, the dentist there is so nice, I felt a little woozy after my extraction, and he sat there with me, and made sure I was OK. After a very painless extraction. A few days later he worked in my front teeth, and was very nice. I felt minimum discomfort (obviously some is to be expected) and he also seen me on a last minute basis in between patients because I had some concerns. The assistants, and the desk workers are all so nice, and helpful. J don't want another dentist! 10/10

Looking for new dentist once my benefits kick in for my family.i stopped in to baseline location to check it out the woman I talked to at desk was very nice to answer my questions for my family I believe her name was Patricia she made us feel very comfortable cause my kids are very nervous she introduced kids to doctor and kids are very excited to plan there visit thanks again Patricia will be phoning for family appointment soon

I was nervous and dreading going to see a dentist but I have now just come home from my second visit and found I was stressed for nothing thanks!! My name is E. R. Hawkins, I'm a fairly new patient there, but my experiences have been beyond exceptional!!! Every single person that works there is super friendly! The dentist's are Masters at their trade. I've never had better service!! From extraction to cleaning, they are BY FAR the BEST I've experienced! One would not regret chosing them as their dentist!!

Broke a tooth and needed some emergency treatment, I was thrilled with the fast service. I did not have to get an xray prior to getting the filling which my wallet was a big fan of! As a person with no insurance going to the dentist is scary but i was pleasantly surprised at the low price! Would definitely recommend!

Dr. Pierre is the best dentist I have ever had the pleasure of calling "my dentist". I am 68 and have had a lot of dentists over the years. He is friendly, caring and does a wonderful, pain-free job in my mouth. I would recommend him to anyone who is dissatisfied or in need of a new dentist.

Since 2021 till date, they have been very consistent with cancelling appointment a day or 2 before the appointment date that they scheduled by themselves. It is so disgusting and i lost total confidence in their service. Will not advice anyone even my enemies to take their kids here..

They were amazing with my girls put my youngest at ease . Took me in last minute and helped me when other dentists would not . I highly recommend them all the staff is great caring polite respectful. Thank you from the bottom of my heart . Will never go anywhere else for my family.

This is the BEST dentist I have ever been to! They really work with you to help you take care of your mouth, and they go above and beyond to make you happy! Dr.Kapur is a magician. God bless him & his team. From the receptionists to the dentists, they are amazing!

As always, my appointment was very pleasant, the ladies at the front desk Trish and Vanessa are extremely professional and considerate. Brilliant customer service skills. The dentist and hygienist are awesome .This clinic is definitely recommended .

I had an acute toothache one weekend and this is the only dental clinic open on Saturday. The doctor took care of it professionally and quickly, staffs are very friendly and efficient, I have been a returning client ever since
