I had an exceptional experience at this carwash! I initially encountered a hiccup with a sticky coin that caused my self-serve wash to malfunction and lose pressure. However, my frustration turned into delight when I reached out to the number in the bay and spoke to Matt. He responded promptly and went above and beyond to offer me various options to make it right, even suggesting a complimentary wash on my next visit. Matt's handling of the situation, which wasn't even his fault, was exemplary. He was incredibly kind and helpful, demonstrating true customer service that surpasses any computer or nameless website. Thank you once again, Matt! I'll definitely be returning for a touch-free wash. My car emerged from the experience absolutely glistening! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Hi, hi, I washed the car myself under pressure today. Cough cough... until you wash it with a sponge (scratching the whole body), you will not get a high-quality result. Write then immediately that you do not have pressure, but low and goes to zero. I have no complaints, but for honesty. But it's fun, I don't wash the car, but the flies that sit on it. p.s. Have used the touch free car wash many times before with no problems, today I used the soft touch car wash, what a mistake, it left soap all over the back window and boot, I showed the attendant and I tried to wash off the soap but the soap stain was still there. Certainly would never use the soft touch car wash again, what a total waste of money

Always have fantastic service and nice to support a local family. One of the bad reviews on here I’m pretty sure is a competitor because I noticed the name on a receipt when I went through their car wash. It is a dollar or two more than the OTRs I feel but happy to pay it for much more modern and cleaner facilities which are well maintained.

Our car lives outside and under trees, it was very dirty. We used the soft touch which did a great job. My kids loved the coloured lights and soup as we went through the process. Matt the owner was very friendly and helpful explaining to me the process, different options and how it all worked. I will go back again.

Great car wash with new soft brushes no scratching on the vehicle and great wax that really does leave the car shine. Has a variety of smelly trees to choose from ànd free to use the provided chamois near the vacuum cleaner and fragrance pump. I found it over all a great little car wash that made me smile.

High quality chemical used, facilities is well looked after, very clean and tidy, laser touch-less wash is fantastic and it does spend a good amount of time washing your car (not like at other places where it would be programmed to run super quick). Always got staff working. Highly recommended.

Paid $20 for external hands free car wash. Ok. Not worth $20 in my opinion. Then went to vacuum. Got charged $3.30 and vacuum was like a baby’s intake of breath at best. Would not suck up a feather. Then gave up and found that in fact I got charged $10:30 for no vacuum at all. Not smiley.

First time here. Self-wash has a convenient payment system (maybe a tad confusing at first use) and the top touch-free auto-wash left my car looking better than any other auto-wash has. Had a quick chat to the owner (Matt) who was friendly and helpful. Overall great experience.

Nice place for car washing. Spent 15 dollars in here as I have a large car, same as other car wash but it took 15 dollars deposit and after first 5 mins it will take 1 dollar for each minute (so you can still get 15 mins but don’t need to pay for several times).

Paid $25 for the highest level wash & dry, at the end car was still wet, soapy and missed some spots that it didn’t clean. I even sprayed the wheels with mag wheel cleaner before we went in, wheels still dirty

Exceptional service! On a few occasions they have pre-sprayed my car or given it a wipe down once I've been through! Plus a loyalty discount! I would never expect that at a carwash
