I have been going to this place for many years. And these recent months they have constantly been messing up with my prescriptions that I have been getting for year's. They take my refill request then have me waiting for day's sometimes week's. This medication can't just be stopped suddenly and they don't seem to care. When I address them they want to play the blame game.They never take responsibility for their mistakes. Also David has made me feel like I'm a drug seeker with some of the comments he has made to me.I will be transferring my prescriptions to a different pharmacy. I will no longer be felt like I am a drug seeker .This is the wrong profession for him.He has zero compassion for his patient's. I have many health issues that I have to deal with on a daily basis the last thing I need or want is to be emotionally hurt. He needs to stop being so judgemental to his customers that pay his salary. Signed, Disappointed and frustrated

I normally would never even think about leaving a review but wow, Elizabeth was so rude and hostile… I may have been in the wrong but didn’t have to make me feel like less than a human and feel bad about asking questions and understanding the situation.

We lived near a few different Smith's in Albuquerque, and this one was definitely the best. Even after we moved so that it wasn't the closest one, I'd still drive out of my way to go to this one, because it was that much better.

Beth is by far the MOST lazy and unprofessional pharmacist I have EVER received service from. By far the worst customer services from Beth. Shouldn’t be working dealing with people if you’re going to treat them rudely !

This is the BEST, CLEANEST, most accommodating grocery store I have ever been to in Albuquerque. Staff do their best to make your experience smooth and pleasant. Did I mention CLEAN! My only grocery store!!!

This is the best Smith's in town and possibly the best grocery store! Most of the clerk's and all of the pharmacy staff know you and greet you with a smile!

My girlfriend and I had good talk with Rachel who works in cosmetics. She made our time here at this smiths more enjoyable and worthy. Good store!

Useless Pharmacy, you cannot get any prescription even with a true prescription. Totally fake
