Exceptional, delicious, warm and inviting. Our meals were like eating from a fine dining restaurant. Wood fired organic sourdough with lots of butter perfectly toasted crunchy outside soft and chewy inside. The amount of care and passion that went into our order is apparent these people are here to share their joy of food with others. I had chefs sandwich, thick cut and well browned haloumi with delicious avocado, Mayo and thick smoke cured bacon from Scottsdale. Partner had bacon eggs benedict, super creamy and tasty with green apple all come together perfectly. We had two meals and two cold drinks, total cost for this amazing start to the day was only $52. We've spent more for less on takeaway... Mind blowing, the new colours and face lift from old shop here really brightens up the place and makes it so inviting. Definitely going to start going out more just to visit this place. Thanks again for the wonderful breakfast.

My friend who lives in Kingston suggested I eat here, I'm from the north west coast (4.5 hours away) and would happily drive down here just for the food... 2 chefs walk into Smokey 7, sit down and order... I ordered the Mediterranean breakfast... E.V.E.R.Y. single element on my plate was executed to perfection... EVERY THING THAT WAS ON MY PLATE WAS PHENOMENAL!!! It is now my favourite place to eat at in the South... Will definitely be back...

Had a late brunch with my partner here and the food were absolutely amazing. I did not expect to have such a good brunch at a local cafe. The Caramelised Pork was delicious ! It had a savory yet a hint of sweet flavor, crispy yet melts in your mouth texture. Unfortunately, the mash on the other hand were a bit too sweet to enjoy. The Prawn Linguine was also just as good. I honestly thought it would be a bit too dry but turns out to be perfectly cooked. Although to my taste, it was not salted enough but there were salt on the table to salt it to your taste. Pretty good drinks to offer as well. Overall, I am completely satisfied.

When I first tried smokey7's steak last year, literally I laughed because it was unbelievably delicious. ever since my first try their food, I've wanted to take my partner. And he loved it too! We had family lunch there for celebrating end of year & coming new year. All of my partner's family enjoyed alot. Definitely my favorites are green smoothie & chargrilled steak. However, I tried lamb at that time, it was as great as steak. However, Chef told me menu might changes in 2023. I wish they keep doing my favorites, but even if not, I'm still excited to try new menu The owner is super nice staffs are all helpful & kind

I think $17 for a toasted cheese and tomato sandwich and a standard size coffee is just way to expensive. I tried to find out how much each item cost and still don't know even after asking for a menu to check prices. I was told I could have ordered a seniors deal. Hate to tell you I am not a senior lol my mother is a senior i am just a worn out worker.I was then offered large coffee which i didnt want. When I asked why the high price I was told it is because the cafe uses meat from a butcher in the shopping centre top quality local stuff. When I pointed out we were not eating meat the lady just walked off. We did like this cafe but it's better value for us to go down the beach and have a pub meal for few bucks more.

Had lunch there with my friend... Wow! Awesome garlic prawn fettuccine, had just a nice amount of chili for warmth. OMG GREAT COFFEE!!! I am very fussy about coffee... most cafés burn the coffee or use bitter dark roast blends. Smokey7 has an amazing blend, the way a proper coffee should be! Prices are good, too. Excellent service, this place is exceptionally good considering it's in a shopping centre. Look forward to coming back next time I'm in Hobart!

The food at this cute boutique cafe was out of this world. Produce used was absolutely beautiful, and all the flavors complemented each other perfectly. I'm visiting from Melbourne, and this cafe was top notch probably better then some highly rated places I've been to. Customer service is also awesome! Pancake was my favorite. Avo on toast poached eggs cooked to perfection x

Best brekie food in Kingston! Excellent food, delicious coffee and lovely helpful staff!! I believe everything is made in house which meant eating with my dietary requirements so easy - staff knew exactly what was in the food, were really helpful too. My partner had the chefs sandwich and I had scrambled eggs on sourdough with hash. Both meals were excellent! Coffees were great too!

I have been there twice now with friends and the experience was fabulous. I had the houlumi with maple syrup never ever thought of this combination but it is fabulous, so was the coffee, toasted steak sandwich cauliflower salad, char grilled green. I could go on and on but won't. I fully recommend it. The Susil and his staff are just as fabulous.

Everyone should give this place a try. The chef is doing an excellent job at putting out some really tasty dishes and at very reasonable prices too. A lot of effort shows in each plate with great presentation. We haven't tried dinner yet, but breakfast and lunch options have all been winners so far. The hamhock hash and hangover cure for breakfast are firm favourites.

It is our wedding anniversary and we dropped by for a quick lunch - we were completely blown away by this little gem. Food was amazing! Service was amazing! Definitely give this place a go, the confit lamb is sublime.
