My fiancé and I decided last minute to have a quick look at Solitaire Jewellery (Fountain gate location) and i'm so glad we did! after having zero luck finding the sort of unique style wedding band I was after to match my engagement ring in any stores I was losing hope, however their wonderful staff member Bianca informed me that they do a lot of custom work in their store, she showed me a big folder of their previous work, and said they would be more than happy to help me create my dream ring from some inspiration i'd found online. She took her time with me to help sketch up a few designs and discuss options and prices with Sam the owner. The service I received from all the staff, especially from Bianca is probably the best i've ever had and is a large part of why I felt comfortable putting a deposit down within 20 minutes or so of stepping into the store. She is so lovely and personable, not pushy at all and you can tell she cares about her customers. I always thought a custom ring would be out of my reach financially however it was much more affordable than I expected, in fact moreso than a lot of the standard designs i'd seen elsewhere! they are more than happy to work around your budget with different design options to try and achieve your vision. To say I am happy with the outcome is an understatement, Sam is clearly an expert in his field, the attention to detail on the carving is fantastic and it looks exactly like the inspiration picture. I fell in love with it the second I put it on. We had the pleasure of dealing with Katherine at Casey Central to arrange my wedding band. Honestly I had been putting it off and putting it off as it was all to much information. However Katherine made it so easy. We found a metal I liked, she helped looking at the design I want so it was still original and different. As it was a metal she was not very familiar with at first, she went away did her own research sent me an email with the information she found and was able to give me a full in-depth review of it and what to expect. There is nothing negative I can say what so ever, I will leave another review once I get the ring. Though I can't speak for the rest of the staff, if you are in Katherine's hands I promise she will do everything she can to make the whole process as seamless as possible.

After embarrassingly having to go into store to have my engagement ring cut off due to my finger swelling - I just wanted to publicly thank the lady and gentleman who served me. The lady who greeted and served us was so friendly and welcoming, along with making me feel a little less embarrassed about the whole thing! Unsurprisingly, my fiancé was a little sad to see such a sentiment be torn apart however, again, was reassured that it’ll be fixed in no time! The gentleman who came to the rescue and freed my finger was also friendly, gentle and again, reassuring that my engagement ring would soon be its beautiful self again! My husband and I both bought our wedding bands from Solitaire Jewellery in Casey Central. All the staff were really lovely and helpful. There is a wide range of stunning and affordable rings to suit everyone. My husband always gets compliments on his wedding band and I was able to find a wedding band that sits perfectly with my engagement ring. The service was amazing, they went above and beyond to assist us. We have come back to get my engagement ring replated with rhodium, and to get my engagement ring and wedding band soldered together and cleaned. I highly recommend this jewellers! They are very well priced and have only the best quality! I got several quotes elsewhere of the same style ring that wasn’t even as good of a diamond but was quoted much more than these guys! The customer service is incredible and they bend over backwards to look after you. They even cleaned my other ring that was purchased elsewhere and offered to re plate it just before the wedding free of charge just because they are so generous and so nice! Amazing service! First time customer. I went into to the store hoping to get some jewellery cleaned (that had not been brought in the store). Bianca was a joy to deal with and was also very knowledgeable of what could and couldn’t be cleaned from the 10 pieces I took in. The turnaround time was very quick - within 2 days, and my pieces came up like new. It’s like having brand new pieces. I can’t wait to wear them again. The price was excellent and the service was very customer focussed. Next time I need to buy jewellery I will definitely head to Solitaire.

I was recommended this store for coloured sone rings, I live several hours away from this store but to ensure I was able to achieve my dream engagement ring the staff went above and beyond listening to my style, likes and dislikes and found the exact ring I visioned, they had it custom sized just for me all over the phone and emails and had the ring couriered to my house, I have never had such dedication from a store and I will DEFINETLY be coming back! 100% recommended these guys to everyone I know, they're amazing

We purchased my beautiful engagement ring from Solitaire Jewellery and it is absolutely stunning. When it was time to select my wedding band of course we went back to Solitaire. These are the only jewellers I will trust with my mother's engagement ring. I needed to have an eternity ring remade as the stones had become loose as well as my engagement ring, which needed to be reclawed. Solitaire did an amazing job. My eternity ring was absolutely sparking like never before and the claws on my engagement ring have been made to look like a little crown and looks fantastic.
