I walked in and was met with Brilliant customer service, thanks Mohammed , and i didn't even look the part haha. Was there to purchase a bike and was aided in all the advice needed, it was brought through from Jozi and built in the shop , i was updated on the build and informed when it was done, never once felt out the loop. the mechanic fitted all the components i requested , even fitting my personal items. Highly impressed.

Zak is a great mechanic! His attention to detail and commitment to sorting out every issue you have with the bike is most refreshing! Reeza has fantastic interpersonal interaction and is committed too to helping you with every problem you have. Thanks guys. When they busy . They don't service nothing. Not even a bike wash. There basic service , they didn't open and physically stripped the brakes and open the chain. They just looked and it and the service was done in 2mins not opening a single bolt. Bad service when they busy. They sell u the talk that all is good. Be careful guys.

Springfield Park Very rude manager who thinks he is on a power trip, poor attitude and no customer service ethics, manager shouted and demeaned me in front of all the customers when I complained of a issue with my bicycle repair. Never have I ever experienced this at any other businesses.

Took my 1year plus 3 week old Avalanche eMtb in for a spoke and new tyre. Took 3 weeks and no spoke! Then collected bike out of sheer frustration. Bike battery no longer worked and have been forced into purchasing a new battery. Not a happy customer- 5 weeks without the bike!
