First time they were all friendly and sweet it was my birthday they sang for me i thought it was nice, well if it waa not fake. I did gelish the colour lifted after two days of doing them, I sent pictures complaining then the owner asked what did I do suggesting it must be my fault yet they know very well some of their darker colours are problem and after offered to change it, which the technician did it so well and lasted. But second time around same day after I did the gelish the clear top coat formed bubbles took pictures same time and let them know, when I came in to have it fixed I was asked what did I do again with attitude suggesting it must be my fault. They never take responsibility for mistakes, upon showing them what m unhappy about they said the is nothing wrong with it but yet they fixed it. Why fix if the is nothing wrong, well it was clear they thought I just wanted to have it fixed for no reason more so they thought I wanted to change colour from what they said "but you can't change colour" but I never wanted to change just want them fixed after all one pay for it. Not to mention they sold me two pro gel that was half inside when I let them know that I though it was used they just said it was never used so I let it slide because I had already opened it but later they discovered that because their products were facing the sun all day everyday it did decrease. The attitude is so wrong to assume clients complain for no reason and think they want free stuff, it's time consuming to be going up and down and costly. I would NEVER use sorbet ever again.

I did “rubber base” nails on my hands and feet, which turned out to be bio sculpture or something like that. But I asked for rubber base. The lady who did my nails hurt my cuticle on one finger which was bleeding when I left. Then the actual nails on my hands are already damaged and my appointment was on Friday at 10am. It’s now Tuesday. They have completely discoloured to brown from a pale white. I assume their products easily get dirty and retain the dirt permanently.

Amazingly professional staff from reception to the technicians. Smiley was so warm, conversant. Made me comfortable throughout my waxing session AND relaxed during my facial. She even accomodated me disturbing my own therapy for a bathroom break! I thought looks can be deceiving when I walked into their beautiful clean setup but it tallied with the whole treatment during my stay with them. Big up girls...loved the place

I absolutely just LOVE Sorbet Kloof...Always a wonderful experience. The owner, Zee & staff are always friendly & accommodating. The atmosphere bliss, giving you that "spoil" feeling. The venue clean, neat & covid compliant. I have been to a few Sorbets around Durban and honestly this is the BEST. Sorbet Kloof is consistent with their service. #loyalclient

As a frequent and regular member of the sorbet loyalty club... I am utterly disgusted by the way the owner Lucille Nel handled my complaint as a guest. She diaplayed zero class as an owner of such a reputable brand and should really learn how to handle herself with decorum. I strongly recommend commend trying any other sorbet before visiting this one

I had a terrible experience a day ago when I had an appointment for eyebrow waxing !! I had fully grown bushy eyebrows and loved it , now after my appointment I'm stuck with half it's size of what it was before , it's very oddly shaped and not symmetrical with each other at all. Doesn't look good at all and truly not happy!!

What a lovely experience! I had toes and hands Gellish overlays. I was not too happy about something, and it was rectified with a smile. To the two ladies that did my nails. You where amazing and I can highly recommend this Sorbet. Friendly and helpfull staff.

The most amazing service and skilled staff. I cannot recommend Sorbet Delcairn enough! They are my go-to for gelish dip on my nails and do a really great medi pedi for feet. I also use their products at home which are so effective and soothing to my skin.

They had to redo my nails twice, the third time it peeled I was letting waiting for 25 minutes until I left. Sorbet wouldn’t let me do it at another branch. At this price there are many better places to go to in this area.

The experience was great, ladies were all so lovely! Only issue is that my gel nails were lifting within 10 days, I expected them to last a minimum of 2 weeks as I don't use my hands all that much.
