Expensive $4 minimum. Spent $4 dollars soap took ages to come through as I pushed through the cycles. Cords constant tangling up as I walked around my vehicle. I spent most of it untangling. Then came rinse, cause it took so long for the soap to stop coming through, I didn’t get to finish it. It Wanted another $4 to rinse for a 39 second job, I don’t think so. I wash my car pretty regularly and I find this particular one most un-user friendly and expensive for what it doesn’t do.. UPDATE 2022 improved services. They have obviously taken on ppl feedback. Cords have been replaced. Have found it to be staffed more often now and their equipment serviced and checked more frequently. Still charging the same price but equipment/ facilities/ staff have improved significantly. Have taken my car back twice now.

Just went in and asked for a prestige wash..gave a 50 dollar note to my surprise i was told no sorry my boss wont be happy to break that. He then proceeded to offer me the deluxe wash which was one down from prestige.. absolutley discusting service i shall be taking my car elsewhere...poor service... u should NEVER tell a customer no esp when we are paying nearly $20 for the car wash...appauling

Don't waste your time go to another car wash our leave your car dirty every time I've been there something happened either the hoses leaked and my clothes and shoes got wetter than having a shower or the wash functions on the machine don't work last time the change machine took my money so I didn't even get to try and wash my car …

Amazing service. We were going to take our pretty filthy (covered in red dirt) hire RAV-4 through the automatic car wash when the lovely gentleman attendant suggested we used the bigger automatic car wash to get a better clean, and let me tell you the car came out spotless! Didn’t even need a hand wash prior. Amazing clean. Thank you!!

Paid $14 at 0730 this morning for the automatic wash prior to returning hire car. Drove into the machine.. nothing, reversed up a bit green light came on to say go forward did that till stop light came on.. still nothing.. tried again waited waited, still nothing... no contact number or email to ask for refund.

Drive through wash was a complete waste of $16. Car came out dirty, smeared windows. A blind person could have cleaned it better. Never use again. They had to washed it for you prior to going through wash. That gives you an idea of how good it is.

Best automatic car wash I have ever been to. The car is washed almost totally by hand by the employer before the car is automatically washed! He is so diligent, friendly and happy. Pleasure to go there and the car is cleanest its been.

The machine was out of soap I think. I didn’t notice any BUT when we left there was still dirt (now mud) all over the front and back of the car. There was also bird poo on it that didn’t come off. We paid $22 for nothing. Thanks

Prices have just gone up again! $14 for the lowest wash and $18 for the highest! My partner and I went through yesterday, one after the other =$28 and our cars are still dirty down the sides! For $28 our cars should be clean!

Paid $22 for touch free wash. Just got home and car doesn't look like it's been washed at all. Soap marks in glass and dirt marks still on car. Have used before and good but dreadful today. No contact number .

The carwash attendant was friendly and helpful - gave an extra wipedown of the windscreen before the automated carwash began. Will be back next time we want a clean car for an Eastcoast drive!

Prior to entering the auto wash bay my car including the wheels was sloshed by the attendant to lift the grime. Also no brushes to scratch the duco only sprays

The young man was a great help and every thing went well. Car looked shiny and clean untill I got home and my cats walked all over it and left dirty paw prints

Put my car through wash. Usually my wheels are scrubbed prior to entering. I had to wash wheels when I arrived home! Not good enough considering I paid $14.

The team is helpful but some of the machines (vacuum) don't work and there are no signs, so it's a bit of a pain to try and figure things out.
