New K9000 dog wash is TERRIBLE - costs $10 for 10 minutes, water went cold half way through. DISINFECTANT tub wash NOT free (normally available before or after the paid 10 minutes) - making it unlikely it's cleaned between uses. Otherwise, the car wash in general is clean and easy to access. Just don't go for the dog wash!

I went for a car wash on 28/12/21 which I usually used to do in 4 dollars. But being out of coin I used my debit card and I was charged over 15 dollars for the same time. Card reader was showing that I used only 6 dollars but they stole 15 dollars out of my card. Wont ever recommend to use card.

Does a good job on the whole. Washes the wheels which is cool. Even gives your vehicle a blow dry like at the hairdresser at the end. No scratches or anything you'd be disappointed with. Has recently had Italian state of the art technology installed which makes it better than before

New car, first wash, auto 'soft touch' gave a good clean. To have not been left with scratches from front to back would have been nice! Attendant was sympathetic, however management refused to accept liability. Car was not scratched prior to the regretful trip to sparkles!

I'm sure during business hours there would be someone to help if people are using cards, but usually there is a change machine at any car wash that I use. I wouldn't use my card at any car wash out of hours. I always use cash and have found Sparkle Car Wash excellent!

Great car wash with awful customer service. Twice called customer service number and left a message. Received no reply. I now use Karwosh in Moonah who has an attendant on duty during business hours.

Good place to wash your vehicle but the cost, auto washer isn't worth the money it costs because I then had to put it thru the manual car wash and wash the places it didn't get.

Wasted $15 going there. Too expensive for self car wash. Deducted $15 but I actually land up using only $7 for washing. Where did remaining balance go‍♂️ …

Always good car clean good price the gentleman that owns the place comes out and even puts the money in and makes sure you get it done to the way you like.

Took out double payments. One of the payments is more than the other. Took it out on the day. And then 3 days later take out more than last time …

Be careful when paying by card. I was charged $15 upfront and although I followed the instructions, the balance was never returned. Rip off.

Good spot to give your car its full attention of what it needs ........ go to sparkles cause your car will be sparkling when you finish

Machines stole my money and can't get hold of anyone to solve this. Number provided to call is not answering despite dozens of calls.

Absolute rip off when you use the card, charged over $15 for a tap on a manual wash bay. Don’t use card tap!

The dog wash is a big thing. Full enclosed. Lots of warm water and great soaps. Dogs love it
