One or the worst Family Doctors. You can call in and ask to make an appointment to see Dr. Lauren Cameron, but she will NEVER be available. I asked numerous times if I could set up a date, and time to meet with her. ALWAYS an excuse why you can't meet her in person. She is either away on vacation or some other excuse. I had enough and found a new Doctor, that has the time to sit with their patients. Honest Review. And if you are reading this Dr. Cameron shame on you. In response to Southwest Family, As previously stated I have changed Doctors. And have no interest in having any discussions with your clinic. I was having these issues long before she "retired" She should retired years ago, if she never had time to meet with any of her patients.

Dr Blew seemed to be very mean when my NUrse Practictioner colleague's friend's senior patient required an "in office appointment" and MARYANNE refused & constantly interrupted & wanted to only speak to the Confused patient. DR.BLEW SEEMS TO ONLY WANT TO SEND HER PATIENTS TO Emery or do phone calls even though she has refused to have seen this patient for about 4 years.WHAT KIND OF "DR. IS THIS??? THIS SENIOR PATIENT IS ONE OF THE MOST RESPECTFUL AROUND AND SHE TREATS HIM LIKE THE PATIENT IS WORTHLESS. IT SEEMS LIKE MANY OF HER OTHER PATIENTS ARE BEING TREATED SAME BY DR.Blew & her arrogant office staff. THEY NEED GOD'S BLESSING TO BE KIND TO THE LESS FORTUNATE.

So far so good!!! My family doctor of almost 20 years retired and the one who took over wasn't great. I finally found Dr. Martini and she has always been so nice and understanding. She always listens to me which is rare nowadays. She does not rush me and sometimes I require a lot of patience and understanding because of a brain injury I got from a car accident. She has always does her best to help which I appreciate and she also took my son on as a patient as well which was nice.

Southwest is a lovely Health Centre which embodies all the elements of a caring wellness centre. They help with many concerns such as mental health, physical health, nutrition and are accommodating caring professionals. Dr.Roebellen and Dr.Sherman are very kind and genuinely care about their patients. The only downside is the lack of parking due to being in the busy downtown core and the overwhelmed reception staff.

if you want a doctor who never takes the time to see you and would only like to do appointments over the phone than Dr.Blew is for you, 2 min phone call asks like 2 questions tells you what she thinks the problem is prescribes something and bam you're done no tests nothing, its to a point where id rather not call for any pain im having

Staff is terrible they don't let you book appts with the doctor regarding medication side affects. Told me to talk to the pharmacist. I had to call back stating my call was for mental health in order to get my appt. NOT RIGHT. DR BLEW is an amazing doctor just has awful secretaries since Miranda has left. DR BLEW DESERVES 5 STARS

Dr. Roebbelen is such a great doctor. She is patient, thorough, and extremely supportive of your health. But dealing with the front desk staff can lead to frustration.

Horrible staff, horrible service. Do NOT recommend. Takes forever to book an appointment and usually not helpful. Definitely find someone else
