This was the worse service I've received in the many years that I have given them my business. 1st I waited 12 minutes in line before the employee came to my vehicle to help me. There were 3 workers vacuuming a vehicle right next to me and looked at me and kept right on working. Not once did they acknowledge me and offer to say, someone will be right with you nor did they let the employee know that a customer is waiting to be serviced. After I selected my wash and paid, and proceeded to the wash line to enter, I had to wait another 3 minutes before that employee came out. I had to manuever my car on the track without guidance. When he walked up, he never greeted me. He threw some water on the driver side of the door only and programmed the machine for my wash and sent me through. He did not pre-wash the front, back, driver, or passenger side of car. In all the years I have been to this location, I have received that service. I don't mean this in a prejudice way but each of these employees were Hispanic. I don't know if they didn't speak English but they sure lack customer service skills. I think I will start going to Crew Carwash on a regular basis. There I receive top quality service (wash & employees).

At one time I recommended this place every chance I could. Not any more! After paying a substantial amount for interior detail, I was disgusted that they charged for the service. It was bad enough that I called to complain and was told to bring it back, and they'd do the whole service again. When I took it back, it was a battle to get them to perform the service I had originally paid for. Then, I had to stand outside the vehicle and tell them section by section they still hadn't cleaned. Nothing extreme requested; they didn't even wash the interior of the windows until I insisted. Another business victimized by the new culture of no pride in the work they do and no intention of performing the service they advertise and charge for.

I came in for a wash, but after seeing the high caliber attention to detail by the crew I purchased the ultimate detail, all those little spots cracks and crevices that we just can't get at a normal carwash, none overlooked, my detailer cleaned in the vents... Had some blemishes in my clear coat that disappeared, not a water spot on my truck and I drive a big 5500 ram professionally so i know this was a big job. I was in shock to get my truck back looking like the day I purchased it. Best money I have ever spent at a car wash hands down. Thank you Jordan for showing me around the detail bay so I could see for myself. It wasn't a sale it was a good decision.

We love the great service we always receive at sparkling image. We always get their basic full service and you definitely get your moneys worth. For $21 they vacuum out the whole car, spray off my all season mats, wash the car, towel dry, wash the inside windows, and wipe down the dashboard. Sometimes the wait can be long if it is a busy day but after visiting another car wash closer to my house and getting half the service for $30 it makes it worth the wait to have a sparking clean car.

I had the Ultimate Interior done on my Subaru Forester. I got in and thought I had purchased a brand new car! The interior was immaculate and was so shiny! I was so happy, I left and returned with donuts for all the hard-working crew and front clerks. I will be back and will show all my friends the beautiful "new" car I have!

My car was an absolute disaster. I have kids who eat in the car and are always spilling stuff....I mean it was bad. I have never had it detailed in the 5 years I've owned the car. In just a few hours, they had the car looking absolutely amazing including the cloth seats and carpet. Their customer service was excellent too.

I scratched up my BMW X5’s bumper on my garage door frame, and it looked pretty bad. I showed it to Hirwin Zagal, Supervisor at the 82nd Street location, and he literally erased all the white paint and left only barely visible scratches. He went over and beyond my expectations. Thank you, Hirwin!

They do a great job! I got the package #2 where they clean the inside and outside as well. I have a sedan. The only other thing they always miss is around the inside of my trunk. I always have to clean it afterwards. Except for that, I would recommend this car wash.

Kobe was the best person for the job that he was doing that I have ever seen. The car wash is definitely in better shape than what I have experienced in a while. Good Job Kobe and the new look here at this car wash. From an ancient customer.
