First off I must say thank you, thank you, THANK you to Frankie and Tiara who helped me create this gift for my husband. I had just left the hospital and was in a ton of pain so I called first to check to see if they had any of the items I needed. These two ladies went above and beyond to help make christmas magic. I left the hospital not even confident I woud be able to get him anything. And left the Spec's with a whole gift already in a box. All he has to do is open it. Best Specs in the city!

Ordered curbside pickup due to my hurt leg, I sat outside for 30 mins waiting for my order to come but to no avail. I had assumed they were bust at the moment but not being able to wait any longer I decided to struggle into the building just to see everyone standing on their phones. No one tried to help me, luckily I saw a bag with my name on it, took it and left right out the security didn’t even care. Such bad professionalism, I’ll happily go elsewhere next time I crave a beverage. Thanks

As a business owner I have never experienced such a unprofessional experience. My cashier didn’t greet me, when I brung up customer service she just looked at me. I understand people have bad days but she didn’t try to fix it. It came off as I was pre judged before even check out. Specs is a very great company but experiences like today with AMANDA makes me want to go somewhere else … Amanda needs extra training or maybe she was having a bad day

I don't know when they opened, but, i loved everything about the store, the set up, the staff everywhere trying to help everyone and the fast checkout at the register. The whole staff was amazing, even the security guy who helped a handicapped person to his car while it was raining cats and dogs. That was amazing! 1st time here and i was very surprised with their customer service. Great job!!! I'll be visiting here from now on.

The employees are always friendly and helpful but on Friday before the holiday the store was packed, I only waited about 10 minutes to check out. I went early around 6pm because before Christmas I went to this location and the line was almost to the back of the store. Here’s a suggestion, please get more help to assist with checking out to move the line along an get people out the store.

This liquor store impressed me with its extensive stock, secure premises, and a dedicated section for cigars, catering to a variety of preferences. However, the staff's service fell short of expectations, detracting slightly from an otherwise well-equipped establishment. I would definitely recommend checking this one out if you need anything related at they likely have it

AJ has an awesome personality, is very helpful and knowledgeable. Another Spec's Pro was very helpful and provided great assistance as well. Got a WOW experience here. Although the store is not near, will keep it in mind and may make the drive to buy from this location in the future.

Specs is my goto place for alcohol not just because of the big selection and variety of EVERYTHING but because it's also clean and organized, and the staff is always friendly in a good mood ready to make light hearted comments to make you feel welcome and smile

Went to pick up some items for someone. Had no idea where to look. The employees were very helpful. If I have to go and get those items again I will know where to go. Thank you very much for your assistance. It was just exactly what they wanted.

This place is always clean. The cashiers are very nice and there is always an employee walking around the store asking if you need help which is nice too. I normally can find everything I need here and its my go-to store for Smirnoff vodka!

Heard they charge an arm and a leg if you use a credit card. Which is ridiculous and I feel like it should be considered a scam. It doesn't cause the business that much to use a credit card machine.

Spec’s is awesome. The variety of liquor, beer and wine is amazing! Staff is very helpful if you have questions. Maybe one day Texas will come out of the Middle Ages and open on Sundays

After a long day....this place is in the right spot, sandwiched between fast food and gas stations. Surprisingly, it's not so busy you can't get a drink and a smoke fairly quickly.
