This was well worth the cost. My experience was top notch from beginning to end. Roberto ( owner) was quick to respond to my request for a quote. Explained the options to me. I chose a mid level interior and exterior detail. (Weird situation- with Tom’s injuries and my broken ankle from our car wreck- I was not up to do it myself -its a rental car and we have had it a couple months and will return it today.) Roberto and I discussed the details and arranged an early morning appointment at our home. Montes was our detailer. He was very nice. He is primarily Spanish speaking and I speak very little Spanish but it was NOT difficult to communicate with him. He arrived early for our 0830-0900 appointment which I found refreshing. The car was in a good spot in the driveway. I showed Montes where the electric and water was located. I provided him a bottle of cold H2O which he thanked me for profusely. He then got to work. He did the exterior first -washing and drying it. Then he went to work on the interior. After that, the windows were done again to a degree of spotlessness rarely if ever seen. The car looks way, way, way, better than it did when I rented it and we are now huge fans of Sponges. Car wash places are not inexpensive with absolutely no guarantees that there will not inadvertently be a scratch or worse. Sponges offers routine plans at reasonable rates and when we have our new vehicle we will become “regulars”! We will also ask for Montes and highly recommend the caring professional attention he gave when taking care of our vehicle.

Swirl marks, scratches, and legitimate paint damage. The gentleman that showed up to wash my car used a worn out nylon bristle brush on a stick, the type used to clean trailer and RV siding, to wash my coupe. I didn't realize this until too late. Now I need the have the ceramic coating re-done, along with full paint correction. Sponges is a 3rd party app that bids out "jobs" to local "contractors." There is no guarantee of service, no guarantee that the subject showing up to clean your car has ever even washed a car before. The subject that showed up to wash my car had minimal equipment, to include 1 bucket, the aforementioned paint scraper on a stick, and a handful of rags. I ended up giving the guy some of my excess car washing supplies, as the only reason I paid someone to wash my car was so I could multi-task and get my storage cleaned out. Further proof of his lack subject knowledge was on full display when he attempted to use a wash sponge that I had just given him, to dry buff my car. I felt sick to my stomach once I realized what had happened. I wish I had watched him; I would have paid him money to not touch my car. The language barrier between us didn't help when I tried to explain things. This is what I get for not doing it myself. This is what happens when you trust google reviews. What a joke. When it stops raining I get some good photos.

After reading what seemed to be good reviews I scheduled an appt and I was very clear about my needs and that I had no water hookup so they had to have a tank and a pressure washer in order wash my car. My instructions were crystal clear. I have a very expensive ceramic coating applied to my car and it must be washed properly using my supplied soap. When the detailers showed up (not the person that was confirmed when I made the appt.) they were in a small car and had no water tank or pressure washer. He showed me a hose and as stated, clearly, I do not have a hose connection at my apt. Then he showed me about 5-6 , 1 gallon jugs of water that they expected to use to wash my car. Additionally, I made the appt. for 11am and I was immediately asked if they could come earlier so I rushed back from the gym at 10:30am only to have my time completely wasted. I don't understand how companies do business like this. My guess is some of the previous reviews are fake.

Generally, I do not write negative reviews about businesses. But these people are too bad and do not know how to do business with customers. I called them and made an appointment for an exterior car wash but they never showed up. I made numerous calls on the day of my appointment but they did not bother to answer my call and give a proper reasoning for not showing up. I called with my wife's phone and they immediately answered and when I asked about no show, they hung up the phone. May be they might have showed up if you were doing more than $200 business with them. Disgusting customer service. It is not worth doing business with these people who lack integrity.

Truly incredible work! I am so grateful for their service. Yeikseny and Clara were so kind and their attention to detail has really saved my lack of detailing experience. I work often without much time off and being able to get in my car the next time and feel it's so clean and nice, is a mood booster. I will definitely have them come help me again in the future. :) Their coordinator (we talked through text) was very nice and accommodating as well! The entire experience with Sponges that I had, sets them apart from previous experiences (which were all great), but Sponges really seemed to go above and beyond with attention to detail, kindness and price.

I can’t recommend this company enough! They were quick to respond to my messages and had quick availability! Montes came to our house to clean my car and my husband’s truck. He seriously spent the ENTIRE day working on the cars, making sure he didn’t miss a single spot. He got stains out of my car that had been there for years! He was polite, attentive, and about the hardest working person I’ve met. I will be recommending this company to everyone I can.

I could not recommend this service more! They were so fantastic in every way. Responsive, punctual, and very patient with my toddlers and the amount of unnecessary objects inside. They spent over 2 hours on my car and it has never looked better. Also much more affordable than the other places I've taken it to for a deep clean. My car was filthy and these guys worked magic. I will 100% use again!

These guys did an awesome job! Our 3 old sedan looks brand new and smells super fresh. 2 guys did it all in about 90 minutes and the difference is amazing. And I didn’t have to take my car anywhere! I seriously feel like washing my shoes now before stepping in Very thorough work - I can’t see a spot they missed. Highly recommend! (And I usually don’t post reviews)

WOW! Roberto was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. He was quick to respond, arrived on time and brought our two cars back to life! We have two dogs (one is a Shiba Inu who sheds fur like it's his full time job!) There's no trace left of pet hair, scratches, nothing. The cars look brand new! We cannot recommend this service enough! Well done Sponges!

My car is spotless now! I had dog hair and drool all over the back of my car that I was not going to spend time cleaning. My 2 washers showed up promptly at 8:55a for my 9a appt. They came to my house & were done by 10:30a! Such a hassle free experience, would definitely recommend & will use again!
