The students at this high school really impressed me, it's been a long time since i.ve come across students who are as well mannered and grown up as these- five stars everyone! Road safety is an important part not only as a pedestrian but as a road user. But then I don't need to tell them that because these teenagers know that already what made me smile was how these teenagers talk to lollipop who is assigned to the school a few metres down the road that's lovely thank you for treating her nicely I know she has a lot of time for all of you, believe me she wants to help, I know for a fact that she doesn't like the way other road users treat you by flying down the road at 70 plus, The students who drive even ride a motorbike also need to be told of the great example they are setting to primary school children by showing them how to behave behind the wheel of a car bike etc. they follow the set speed limit for school zones. And don't get nasty Alot of adults could learn alot from these students it's something they all should be very proud of, I'm sure it will not only get them far not only in school but in there work life Keep up the good work everyone Good luck year 12 in ur exams- think it will be a while before this muckup_ dress up day will be forgetton- cos the costumes were brilliant I don't want to know why Winnie the Pooh was so far from the hundred acre Wood but then there are somethings best left as good memories

Definitely got it's flaws and it's problems but I have to say that the community at St Ives high is actually quite warm and welcoming. Clean facilities and space to run around. Good school. Some really amazing teachers and staff members. All round pretty great. But I do want to say that one of my teachers has been shoving information I don't know at me and expecting me to already know it and just do the worksheets she gives us. Also one of the deputy's is quite rude and she almost kicked me off the bus once for just getting on. Definitely a couple of icky people but luckily that's only about 10% of people. Anyway it's a good school and definitely send your kids there but make sure you are listening and supporting them through it because some people are not who they seam.
the rocks look so big, bold and so beautiful. they look so grand and majestic, giving so much life to the school, but once you get closer, they're cold to the touch, almost lifeless and lonely. mysterious and silent, always stationed in the same spot, still and stable, watching the fast busy lives of human beings, watching students rush in and out the gates. the truth is all students come, admire and adore the rocks briefly and then graduate, never to remember the rocks they once loved. everyone comes and goes but the rocks...the rocks will always be here, just observing....... anyway the school itself is okay i guess.
What an unfortunate interaction with a school representative by the name of Michelle on the general phone number. This is definitely not someone you want answering your telephone or representing the school, seriously lacking human warmth, care or empathy. Curtly advised to email the school on their general email, whilst speaking over me trying to ask a question, without even providing the school’s email address, and then ended the call. Very disappointing for such a great school
Poor management.Teachers don't set good example for students (rude and condescending language used on students during class lessons) .Teachers are selective in helping students and are given detention for sneezing in the classroom. My daughter had 6 math teachers and each didn't have any information on syllabus.Principal is not bothered and not helpful.Students have lot of time to do what they want.if you are looking to secure your child's future, better off avoiding this school.
A fantastic comprehensive high school. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The teachers are always ready to help out with any of the kids and go beyond the call of duty. There is a happy vibe around the school that is always felt when we visit. The school principal is always visible and approachable and his door is always open to those that need to visit and have a chat.
This school needs to substantially lift its image around its students behaviour at train stations (ie Gordon) after school. These kids run havoc at Gordon station and the train station attendants have a hard time controlling them. Place a teacher representative at the station after school EVERY day and educate students how to behave in society.
Yea sure there are classrooms and teachers but the rocks. The rocks. Oh how the tease me with their hungry eyes. Waiting to be devoured like weet-bix swimming in a bowl of milk. One taste of the rocks and you will be addicted to it like tiktok. Beautifully crunchy in texture and tangy in flavour. Must try!
THIS school has THE biggest rocks- I promise you no school has rocks like St ives high. Turramurra, they just have small rocks, no school has rocks like St ives. We have The biggest rocks you have ever seen. Amazing rock beautiful rock 10/10

It's a nice school in a good location. Seems well run. Has weathered covid and storms with a few leaks. It's public the way all education should be and of a decent standard.
terrible school and i regret going here terrible teachers and just plain bad Teachers are terrible students and abuse there power i wish there was a 0 star option
i like rocks and there is alot of them so i like it :) does not smell bad they are lying do not trust them (do not search up pricefeild!!!!!111!!11!!!)
Some may say not to send your children to this school. All you gotta know is that Morgz mum is an excellent teacher and quite a charmer.....
students there like to splash water to other people and the teacher is super lazy if you tell them don't do it they will do it next day
pretty good in the senior years, a bit run down, some time wasting in junior years, the class of 2018 was very good
Decent school, I like the rocks, you get used to the smell. wake up before the day of reckoning arrives.
Bad school DO NOT SEND YOU CHILDREN HERE. I hate this school. The teachers here are quite rude and mean.
St ives high school is great, lots of good kids but some are a little rude. Really nice kids in general
I came here for my choir lessons but we relocated because of how dirty the classrooms are
Hey, It sure ain't perfect but you know what? Its far from the worst.
Teachers will help you if you are motivated and ask for guidance
Quality comprehensive high school with some extension options.
Choked to death on stig smoke. not fun. rather unfortunate
