Very good spot to chill out or keep active, has a very big grassy oval, very convenient to the shops and also very family friendly since it has a relatively big playground.
Playground
The playground has lots of swings and slides for different ages. It also has a skatepark.
Dog-friendliness
The park is very dog friendly and everyday you might be able to see lots of people walking their dogs
Picnic area
You are allowed to have a picnic there, no one will question you
Awful park. Opposite an overpriced shopping complex with inadequate parking. Mediocre sports facilities, filthy toilets and poorly kept amenities. Although in my opinion by far the worst feature to this park or lack there of, is fact there is no enclosed dog walking area despite the presence of a carpark and a busy main road!
Love this spacious park with lots of greeneries adjacent to the Village where there's Coles and other shops and restaurants. As tourists, we were parked here to enjoy the park and took a little nap in the car under the shady trees.
A beautiful location with lovely old trees and swings. Great location for a picnic or a fair. Laser tag in the park was so pretty and fun! The kids and the parents seemed to really enjoy themselves through rain and shine!
Undergoing some upgrade at the moment, but the skate park is in full operation now, and the tennis courts have been resurfaced - just waiting on the community centre and the playground. It's looking good!
Great park for kids of all ages as there is fenced for bubs, climbing for bigger and skating for big kids. Shame lots of kids don't respect it and leave McDonald's trash everywhere
Perfect for kids to play tennis (4 courts), along side 2 great ovals and skate park. We love going there and dropping into St Ives Shopping centre for a milkshake and lunch.
Lovely park and playing field, unfortunately the skate park and play ground can get really messy with garbage due to youths leaving rubbish from the nearby McDonalds.
St Ive's Village Green have softball (and baseball) fields and Netball courts. Softball is played here during it's season (May - August).
Night market every first Friday of the month at St Ives Village Green. Not many shops. Good to see crowd after a long time.
Great place for community fairs and food and wine shows. Decent skateboard ramps for kids. Right opposite shopping centre.
Lovely shopping village with all the major supermarkets, Woollies, Coles and Harris Farm plus lovely eateries for lunch ..
Nice place to relax and play and close to the shopping village which is great if you want to grab a coffee or a meal
Grandkids had a great time great rides and jumping castles food trucks and performance to celebrate Luna New year
Really nice park. The food and wine festival was fun. Parking a bit difficult due to the amount of people there
A beautiful place to take kids out and get them tired quickly And then enjoy some nice food across the street
i didnt know where the bathrooms were so i took a dump next to a tree at SW 146'45' 4th tree to the right
Awesome facilities, tennis courts, skate Park, sports field, play equipment. Plenty of space and parking
Flat, green, well lit, nice facilities but toilet was closed at 8pm had to hold it in till I got home
It's a great place to hang out with the family. The kids playground is very poor. Needs to be redone.
A beautiful and necessary space and sporting field. A village green at the heart of St Ives
Filthy toilets and lack of parking. Otherwise, a good place for outdoor sport at St Ives
Lots of different stores, wonderful bistros, library & Woolworths, delis & liquor shops
Great place to play around with your kids on the grass. Wide and open space!
Great place to take the family for a walk, play ball or go on the equipment.
Went for business conference. Nice bushy feeling comfortable and tranquility
Good park but the lack of parking ( or the fight for a park ) is annoying
Beautiful lush green with beautiful big trees amazing place in st Ives
Kinda gone downhill lately with the boom gates in the car park and all
Great green outdoor space for my son to run around and enjoy nature.
Decent rectangle of grass but would be nice with some more shade.
Very nice public park. Superb forest of Turpentine Gums etc.
Like any other green with less than average toilets
Good range of shops and cafes with goodnfscilities
I do my tennis matches here. Seems nice enough
Great place to play sports and chill out.
