Wow! I honestly never thought that an experience at Staples could be any more than average, but Jasmine proved me wrong! I called with a question on a printer I was looking at and she not only answer my question but explained different things that could potential he help me as a prospective buyer. When I got to the store she greeted me personally and walked me step-by-step through everything I was looking for, as well as asking if there is anything else that she could help me with and guiding me to those appropriate sections. She explained other valuable things that I had no idea existed in order to maintain and get my moneys worth out of the products I bought. I don’t think I’ve interacted with anyone at a office supply store like Jasmine, and I greatly appreciate the staff at this location. They ran a phenomenal store, people were everywhere helping customers, and the at most respect and professionalism was shown. Thank you so much for renewing my face in this industry and I really look forward to shopping at this location again.

If you live in the Indianapolis area, do yourself a favor and DO NOT ORDER ONLINE DELIVERY. They use Prestige Carriers, who do NOT do their job. The last two orders I have had with Staples to be delivered to me were not, in fact, delivered TO ME. The first time, the driver was too lazy to come to my unit and instead delivered to the leasing office because they did not want to go up stairs to get to my apartment. This time they delivered to the wrong apartment, but they did get the building right. I really think that Staples should look for another courier service, which I have suggested both times. So save yourself a headache and either go to your Staples store, or, if ordering online for delivery, I would personally go to the competitor store, who I have NEVER had problems with delivery. Just saying!

The sales staff lied about the chair they sold me , broke with in a month of light use. The insurance they sold me did not play out how the sales staff said it would. A 400lb rated Lock land chair should not have broke under light use in a month, I'm about 270 for reference. The chair was on sale so instead of replacing it the insurance is sending a check 10 days or more from now. I have to use a old horrible chair while waiting on the check so i can get something else. Which aggravates my back injuries from serving in OIF. I suggest working with costco or amazon as they are more pro consumer friendly, I tried a different store and got this drawn out and poorly communicated process! Now the waiting game

After purchasing a printer at another store that required European sized paper that no none carried, I stopped in to Staples. Jasimine, who is this nice and bubbly asset to this store, literally opened several printers to make sure the one I would purchase could be installed without a cd reader. She found one for me, picked out my ink and I was able to get an important work project completed that evening. I hope you know how efficient and nice she is and what a great attitude she has with customers. I will be back for future office needs. Thank you again!

Staples has easily turned into my go-to place for all print and business marketing needs. I am used to placing orders in-person and the good people at the West 86th Street location never let me miss a deal applicable for my order in the Staples Connect app. I can always count on my order being correct, reasonably priced, and to know about all the upcoming deals that will help me to continue being a fiscally responsible business owner. Staples will continue to get my business, for personal and business occasions!

The restroom was unsanitary. There was urine and fesses all around the bowl and seat. It seemed to exist through many usages and not just one incident. It was dried as if it was there for days. It is also used by employees which is why I am surprised that no one has made it a priority to clean. I told the cashier, and he just gave a simple ok and moved on .‍♀️ it bothered me because I really had to go. After seeing that… I drove all the way the home

Friendly, but less than honest. Do not tell me an item is $150, see it ring up for $260 at the register, then not make an effort to honor the price you told me in the first place. They didn't even offer to meet me in the middle. A quick check after the fact ... biggest competitor has the same item for $220. Online you can get it for $200 with free shipping. Next time I'll shop at those places first.

Whenever I have to grab supplies for work, I come here. Great selection and great service. I stopped in recently to look for office chairs and filing cabinets and one of the workers helped me look through the merchandise and even ordered some pens for me from their online store that I thought weren't produced anymore. I dont come here often, but it's my go-to place for office supplies.

Bought a printer and extra ink in November with the sales associates help so my daughter three hours away would have extra ink. Runs out of ink in January and was sold the wrong cartridges and not opened . Double check cause staples would not exchange and only wanted to give back small percentage of what the ink actually cost. Customer service at it’s finest. Not pleased

They are so dumb at the copy center. Spent hours there trying to print from the computer off of my Google Drive. It kept telling me the browser was not updated. The guy who came to help, didnt know anything, and just me to figure it out. I left and went to Office Depot. Took me less than 10 minutes to print from my Google Drive.

Went in to have 50 black and white copies printed. They told me I would have to come back? 50 copies? Really? The poor little 20 year old girl was running around lost and could not answer any questions because she was totally stressed out! About time I left there I was too! They need help at that store! UNHAPPY CUSTOMER!

Walked out after turning down their warranty upsell 5 times and the Staples rewards membership twice. Math Quiz: When you push a $50 upsell so hard that you lose the $225 sale, did you make more or less money than if you'd dropped the issue after the third or fourth time the customer declined the upsell?

I am not of the computer generation. I needed help with a print of a photo. The cashier (I believe her name was Jasmin) jumped in to help, plus wait in customers and cashier, and did an excellent job. She definitely is someone who is excellent at providing customer service

Staples copy center saved the day again! Thanks Jasimine for your help! Large scale prints in no time. Staples as a whole is a great place to shop for office supplies but dont forget about the copy center for everything from business cards to huge photo prints.

They do a good job of staying relevant with their really solid 110% price match guarantee and I got a great deal on a printer, but I started getting annoyed at how much the "printer protection plans" were being pushed even after I said I wasn't interested.

Absolutely TERRIFIC Customer service from Jasimine, Angelica, and Shawna at printing services. They were both extremely pleasant to deal with and were so patient in assisting me with my business cards. I would return just because of their service!

0/2 at Staples. Out of gel pads for your wrists to lay when typing. Didn't have a calculator I needed that I believe is standard HP BAII+, which is needed for my CFP work. Surprised I came up empty handed.

Great store with helpful staff! However the public bathrooms ... whoa! Gross looking to say the least, some updates and a fresh cost of paint goes a long way.... if COVID was a bathroom.

The staff was really helpful and I quickly found the copier I was looking for on sale. Their prices were lower than I thought. They even beat walmart by 39 bucks!!!

Expansive! Easily accessible and good selection. It is an office supply store and there is not much to say about it. I would go back if I needed office supplies...

Most of the items that I wanted to purchase I found without difficulty but, there was some ink pens that I was looking for that I found rather difficult to find.

The staff provided quick, courteous service and was able to price match. I also turned in my old ink printer cartridges. I enjoyed my shopping experience.
