This morning I waited in line (along with an elderly, disabled fellow) for a substantial amount of time while two staff assisted one customer with the size of a bottle of demazin she wanted. Another woman was in the middle of being served and was abandoned by the person serving her when she joined the other two! . When finally yet another staff member decided to serve, a man who had just walked in was served first, while we were still standing and waiting! Needless to say left, absolutely furious. The staff are unbelievably inconsiderate and rude. I won’t be back and I’d avoid it if I were you. I drove to brickworks discount chemist, was served immediately and it was cheaper! All in less time than I stood waiting at Welland. Don’t waste your time because they certainly will. The team at Welland are absolutely incredible. Competitively priced products, offers value and more importantly, the personal service is above and beyond anyone’s expectations. Particularly notable was one of the pharmacists that I was served by – Nga, she takes time to interact and makes you feel welcomed. Her knowledge, professionalism, patience and manner were second to none, something I rarely experience at a chemist. An absolute star ⭐️. Store staff are also very polite and attentive, always greeting people by name basis - which adds to a wondrous and personalised experience. Thank you for your service and keep up the amazing work you all do. You have won a loyal customer.

Went to pick up a private prescription for my partner. The pharmacist on duty did not seem to understand what a private prescription was, and insisted I needed my partner's medicare number (which I did not have at hand) even though the medicine was not being claimed on the PBS. I couldn't get the number as my partner was working late (the entire point of me going to pick it up instead), so about an hour of my time wasted all up. Please employ qualified pharmacists who understand the difference between PBS and non-PBS prescriptions in the Australian system.

Harry and his team are so helpful. I have been going to this pharmacy for many many years, I'm so happy to see the ladies I have known long term, and all newer staff have been lovely. All staff have extensive knowledge of their products, and pharmacists on hand are invaluable. To the Girls who know me, thank you so much for ongoing help, patients, understanding and support over the years, it is greatly appreciated. I will give a 5-star rating for the pharmacy here, the staff is very enthusiastic, knowledgeable and gives the most sincere advice. In particular, the pharmacist I met today is named Nga, she is very dedicated to giving instructions on how to use the medicine as well as the common symptoms that occur when taking the drug. There are also new employees who are very professional and know a lot about vitamin and supplements of different brands. That is an advantage for you. Well done, guys.

Harry and the staff are very helpful. The waiting times are exceptional and they always make me feel welcome and not a burden when I have a query , no matter how large or small. When they don’t have something , they will get it for me in a timely manner . Highly recommended

When I was stuck in isolation as a close covid contact and needed important prescriptions filled, the people at Star Chemist Warehouse (Welland) bent over backwards to help. They even delivered my medications free of charge. I can't recommend them highly enough …

Got my flu jab. Quickly in and out of the room. The pharmacist was very professional and polite. I didn't feel the injection. $25 for the vaccine. Well worth it Went and had a prescription filled in 25 July 2023. Good service

Chaotic and so-so customer service. Made an appointment for a flu vaccination, showed up on time and still had to wait 20 minutes and fill a form despite ready having done so online.

Awful customer service. Staff make you feel like it’s a hassle to help you find a product. Will endeavour not to hassle this store again.
