Bobby and Tamish delivered my shipment from Hong Kong to my door in Clayton, although they came an hour later than expected time but can be understand. They unloaded the goods one by one and we need to tick off from the item list, since we are not the first order a delay is understandable. Both guys are very nice and helpful!!

No professional, the staff don’t have flat trolly for furnitures. Very good excuse for charge you more time.Not enough cover sheet to protect furnitures. The staff tried their best to waste time and charge extra more for “ access fee “. The staff even ask me to buy insurance for them. Lol, five star time waster!
