Having made a living on tips pretty much 2/3 of my working career I understand the plight of hourly wages. That being said I never ever asked a customer to tip. I'm pretty sure they don't get paid $2.13 an hour like I did. I use to drink Starbucks 2-3 times a day back when my drink was $3.75. Now I'm not ancient. This was like 5 years ago. When the Florida voters wanted a $15 dollar minimum wage; actions have consequences. Now my drink is $6 bucks. Most of the time it's delicious, sometimes ehhh. I'm not ordering a crown and coke, it's a coffee ordered via drive thru. Maybe I'm just getting older but I've never agreed to strong arm tactics to tip. Handing a customer your card reader and requesting a tip in my opinion isn't right. Stick to the tip jar and if someone wants to enlighten you with a tip take it with grace. Don't ask a customer if they want to tip.

First you can't even walk in which was already a negative. Starbucks is know for their cool and laid back atmosphere. The wifi and music of a real coffee house. Nope this was a drive thru only. The cashier was excellent but the drink was not. It tasted so weak. No chocolate or the essence of it. It didn't even taste as if coffee was in it. Asked for two additional pumps and it ended up in the trash. The coffee at my hotel room was better then here.

Delivery drivers beware! Their inside isn’t open and they don’t allow orders picked up through the drive thru however the sign at the front says “Drive thru only”. The app instructions say “Pick up in store at the counter”. Sat in a drive thru line for over 20 minutes for nothing!!!!!!! They have a pick up window now for delivery & mobile orders however they don’t know how to communicate so hopefully you see this before you waste your time as well.

My favorite Starbucks to go hands down! Not only is it always the fastest drive thru but the customer service is by far the best in town! No matter who I’m greeted by they’re always polite, cheerful and patient.

This location recently became drive thru only due to the area this store is located. With that said, I had an amazing experience here and I came towards the end of the day and the manager I spoke to Zaria was the sweetest person and needs a raise! She was so compassionate and explained the menu and gave me drink recommendations she was truly a kind soul and I hope she stays with the company because they need more people like her.

Used to be such a fast and efficient Starbucks until they did this remodel where it’s a drive thru only now. Do not recommend coming here until they figure out the efficiency issues they have.

This location has seriously gone downhill. I'm not sure what has happened, but now the inside is closed to the public. They take forever to come to the pickup window, and they are only focused on the drive thru. Can't say I'll be back here!

Now that there is a new Starbucks closer to my home, I don't visit this Starbucks location as often. However one of the things I love about this Starbucks, versus the one closest to me is that this Starbucks location is open an hour later! Yay! That is a major plus for me!

We ordered a grandê pink drink, was like $5.50. Most expensive cup of ice I've ever bought. What a shame. I can understand keeping the drink cold, but filling the entire cup with ice is completely overboard, I've attached pic, what do y'all think?

What a terribly run Starbucks. They don't let you inside. You have to mobile order or wait in the backed up line that extends out the parking lot
