I've lived in this area for about 2 years and I would give them 3 stars for effort, but that can not make up for the customer service. Don't get me wrong--they are nice!!! But this location has to be the SLOWEST paced Starbucks in the world. Literally. Because--Ive been to Starbucks across the country and internationally? and I have never experienced consistently slow service as much as this location. So first, I feel as though there has been a "changing of the guard" at LEAST 4 times in 2 years. Managers and baristas. I dont know what the problem is....even with the changes it's still SLOW! So I've opted to go out of my way to the location on Nolensville. It's out of the way, but they are a "normal" paced Starbucks. Friendly batistas and quick. Today's experience just affirmed that this location will never change. Two of us standing there and all 5 baristas making orders but none of them are ours...I wait at least 5 minutes before someone takes my order. Like I said before, this is an atypical Starbucks. I dont get it. What I can say for certain after 2 years is---this will probably never change. If you have time and like to wait around, this Starbucks is for you. If you are in a hurry OR if you just don't like hanging out for awhile, go to another location. This place is for the patient kind.

I order the same drink everyday sometimes twice and pay $20 for UberEats for 1 coffee, and I don't have a problem with it as long as my coffee is correct. Today I had to bring my coffee back and it took a couple trips to the store to get it correctly but this isn't the problem, I don't mind it at all. However, they told me that "I was wasting white chocolate" and that "they make it correctly every time". I promise, I wouldn't waste yours or my time... I genuinely just want my coffee made correctly and not be called a liar. Customer service has refunded me but I hope I can still count on this store to get it right.

I have been coming to the store for years and their service ever since the manger changed sites a few years ago has gone completely to the worst.. they use to be in top of everything, but I have stood and watched them take order after order and never finish mine or others in front of me before finishing new orders, no matter how complicated. They come out and hug customers and forget the order they started and leave it in the counter behind them and then start the order. They ask if you have a mobile order and then go on to the customer in line, never asking your name and then after standing there for 15 minutes, come back and ask your name only to realize they never finished or started your order or even began and finished other orders that came in after you. In no labor is tough right now but this is absolutely unacceptable. If it was not for the fact this is the only sure on my way to work, I would go somewhere else. I deal with t this every morning.

I was not happy with my experience as it took nearly 15 min to get my drink from ordering and people who ordered after me at the register got their drinks before I did. I saw a poor young girl there training and being ordered around by 2 other staff members when they were not doing anything to help her make the drinks, until I asked if they had my drink coming and had only given me half my order. When I asked if they still had my drink coming, the girl at the register, snarled at me and said they were training, when they were clearly not making drinks with her... I felt bad for the girl who was training as it seemed she was obviously being bullied in her position. So sad... and frustrating when you have places to go and things to do and paid good money for a drink.

This Starbucks is crowded, but there is a reason for that. The staff here are highly trained and can handle some of the heaviest traffic without even sweating it or losing the smile on there faces. I come here every morning and I am greeted by my first name as I want in the door and asked if I'd like my usual venti vanilla latte' with 4 shots on the side and a blue berry muffin. There are also a lot of other patrons of this store, not because it is "Starbucks", but because of the amazing staff. And believe me when I say the patrons come EVERY SINGLE DAY LIKE ME! If every single person that works in this store went on to own there own franchise of the company it wouldn't suprise me a bit! Thanks So Much To All My Friends At The Nippers Corner Starbucks!!!!

This location was awful. I am a partner at another location and I have to say there was no coordination in the team. They spent the entire time conversing with each other, doing whatever task they wanted, and ignored customers. The register was left unmanned for 10 minutes while the line just built up and accumulated back to the door. When we got our drinks, the stickers clearly said our order. The drinks were both wrong and the partner who remade them grabbed them out of our hands and proceeded to take an additional 10 minutes to remake them because we had the audacity to ask for the right order. We will never return to this place. The partners are terrible and the management clearly was not present.

Terrible service. I came in on a day, which I thought was happy hour and they didn’t honor it. That wasn’t the problem though. The problem is that there was no other customer in the store besides me and they were terribly slow!!! They tell me I have to wear a mask if I’m standing but not if I’m sitting at a table. The employee there said if I sit at the table he would bring me my drinks. I sat there and I had to end up getting them myself. They took too long to make the drink and they even forgot my croissant. Angry at the bad service, I left without getting my croissant. Just took my tall $6 drink and left. Really, this ruined my day. Thanks Starbucks or should I say Starsucks.

I've been coming to this Starbucks for a series of years now, seeing as not only are they the most convenient to my location but also the most reliable by far. The store environment is always clean and I find it a very nice place to get comfy and read a book or get to work. The Baristas are always so friendly and knowledgeable of the menu which is truly a blessing. I even got some technical help with the Starbucks app! However, the place is pretty cramped and gets really full throughout certain times of the day so it might be hard to find a place to sit every once in a while. But this isn't a problem if you're dropping in to order and go.

This is my favorite Starbucks I have been to! When I was having a horrible day and felt like dying I went in just to get a cup of joe and Veyan was the sweetest to me. She complimented me and gave me the best customer service I think I have ever had. She truly cared about my day and asked me questions. This is what it’s all about, I work in the service and retail industries and I would promote her within a minute and or recruit her based of her great performance on customer service, not just once but every time I go in she’s making someone’s day. Thanks Veyan for giving me a smile on such a horrible day. You’re very appreciated!

My Latte wasnt hot the milk wasnt steamed enough apparantly?, I asked for knife and packet of butter for my banana bread and the Male employee kept making the drink he was in the middle of making and the female employee kept taking care of the next 2 customers instead of getting me the knife and butter so I left due to my 30 min lunch allowed at work!!! When I placed the order via Starbucks website , I think there should be a short message box so when I pick up my order the butter and knife would already be in the bag! Because I could add that req in the message box and not have an issue ! Thank you, Darcy Edel

SLOWEST Starbucks I've been too (outside of BNA Airport). TIP: Order in advance on the app at least 15 minutes before you want to pick up. PRO: Staff is pleasant. CON: Once I ordered a grande Pike roast (literally plain drip coffee)...they were out of grande cups, so filled a venti cup up half way. I definitely felt like I didn't get even what I paid for. The cups hold nearly the same amount of coffee, one is just taller vs wider. They did not NOT need to give me a venti when I paid for a grande, but if you're out of the right cup size, maybe consider it customer service and just fill the cup a *little* more.

I like the location, and have always had great experience with their previous staff. Their recent staff is nowhere close to the average qualitative customer service oriented staff that Starbucks has. Last night I waited in line for 10 min, placed my order and just realized I had left my wallet in my car. Asked the barista if I could quickly go grab my wallet. He said sure....but after that made me wait a second time in line, and didn't have any thing ready for me. I also asked him for a cup of water, and he said I had to wait in line again. I had my daughter with me all this time. Very disappointed.

Been here 5 or 6 times. Only time have been addressed and taken care of immediately is from Sparty girl. Every other time the employees are too busy talking to each other or doing something that should be stopped and take care of customer. Days of customer service are gone I reckon. Would think paying $2.68 for a cup of coffee would produce better service. Nope. Went this morning at 5:30 and asked for the usual dark roast coffee. A regular dark roast coffee. Nope. Don’t have it brewed. McDonald’s here I come. .66 for a senior coffee and much better service.

Very nice staff and clean store, but always expect your drink or drinks to take 20 minutes or more to be ready. I’ve come here many time over the last two years and it always takes 20 or more minutes whether I get just a cold brew or a Frappucino. They seem like they have appropriate amount of staff, but they seem to stay on their assigned station instead of offering to help another coworker catch up on drinks, but it seems most Starbucks are like this. I will continue to come, I just know to expect a wait time or need to remind them about my order.

This Starbucks has no concept of priorities. I walked in at 6:40 with one other person sitting in the store. I ordered and it took 15 minutes to make a basic ice coffee. They put all priority into mobile orders, disregarding their in-store customers. They have done this several times now. I have been to many Starbucks around the country that can handle large groups of people with ease, but this location can't seem to balance their mobile orders with the customers taking the time to stop in on the morning commute. Terrible experience yet again.

Me and my wife have been customers of the Starbucks store at 5533 Edmondson Pike in Nashville, TN 37211 for many years. The level of service and friendliness of the staff is exceptional. Especially Ashley the store manager goes out of her way to please the customers, it is a pleasure to watch her conducting the business, managing her staff and keeping "Her" Starbucks store in spotless condition. Ashley's level of customer service is exceptional. We absolutely love it ! Congratulations Starbucks to attract such talents to work for your company.

Only go here if you wanna wait a long time for drinks and have it messed up. This is the actual worse Starbucks I’ve ever gone to. I’ve driven out of my way to go to a different one just cause this Starbucks makes you continuously wait on pick up orders then you pick it up and it’s made all wrong. Like I said. Worst. Starbucks. Ever. Oh yeah and they are out of literally everything. All the time! Anything you want? Out. New features drinks? Always out. Never have they had honey citrus mint tea. I will drive out of my way to not go here.

Staff seemed over whelmed and was not efficient with my order. I ordered 2 venti orders 4 shots of expresso OVER ICE with 4 pumps of white mocha. I’ve ordered this thousands of times before and it has always came out correct. Once I informed the staff this looks too milky they advised its correct even tho I did not order it with whip. I couldn’t not even taste the expresso in my drink. So I went back inside to ask them to remake it, still came out incorrect. At least the vanilla bean came out correct.

I like thisStarbucks! I recall that last time I was there a couple months ago.. my drink order came back wrong. I told the barista about it we determined through a second telling that I had added the word crunch (as in cookie crunch) to my order of a caramel ribbon .....something or other. Either way it was an easy mix up on his part. He made me another drink and life goes on both drinks were delicious btw but I'd already had the other one the day before so I swapped it for the one I'd meant to order.

Horrible location, it is the closest to me, but it is always dirty (sometimes there are 5 employees behind the counter and the floor and tables are plain nasty), slow service and just when I order from the app to cut down waiting time..They do not pay attention to detail on my order and make it wrong..which defeats the purpose of ordering ahead of time. On top of it the order that was “fixed” was made sloppy and rushed. The district manager REALLY needs to get a hold of this location.

This is by far my favorite Starbucks location! The baristas are always nice and anything I order here comes out perfect. They don’t have a drive thru which is why I think the baristas are less stressed in general. Also there is a culture of people sticking around and working or socializing. Very good vibes :)

I should have known better but this Starbucks was perfectly on my route home so I went here for what will be the last time. This really is the worst Starbucks in the whole area and I suggest you avoid it if at all possible, the drinks are never made as well and I’ve had the last disappointment here that I can stand. I was raving to my husband about the new salted cream cold brew and the cream was so watery it immediately melted into the rest of the drink and did not taste good.

Great experiences here with friendly baristas and cashiers! They've remade my drink quickly when it wasn't quite what I ordered. If you're not the type of person willing to wait a reasonable amount of time for your 5 double-blended and customized frappuccinos when they're packed, order ahead in their app and arrive at the estimated time instead of complaining about the "rUdE and LaZy" employees online. It's almost 2022, you don't need to wait in line to order anymore folks.

I used to really enjoy this Starbucks, but I feel like they have turned staff too often and cannot keep up with the demand of a growing market. I am almost always disappointed with the quality of drinks produced at this location as well as the speed at which my orders are completed. My mobile orders almost always take 30 minutes or more, even though the projected time is 10 minutes or less. And if I order food, they are out of what I order about 50% of the time.

The crew at this store show be congratulated for being borderline rude and always behind schedule. If you enjoy late orders, not cooked properly, accompanied by perfunctory service you’ve found your happy home. I needed a little bit of kindness yesterday, and I received it from one of the staff members there. I plan on learning your name to update this form. After coming to get a pup cup for my dog who was scheduled for euthanasia later, the barista noticed my sadness, gave me a free coffee, and came to sit with me and my pup while she ate her last snack. I wish more people had her kindness. Thank you so much. UPDATE: HER NAME IS MADDIE :)

This Starbucks should be avoided. It seems that the stores are experiencing shortages of labor and inventory. I understand this; however, the employees demonstrate unprofessional behavior. This is probably due to bad management. Long hours and staffing shortages lead to angry employees. Avoid this one. Maybe we will just close our account and avoid them all. The Starbucks in our area here rarely have what we want or how we want it anyway. Sad.

This is one of my favorite Starbucks locations in the area. Stylishly redone, friendly staff, and comfortable indoor and outdoor seating. It gets extremely crowded on the weekends so don't expect a table right away. If you regularly buy a latte on your morning commute to work, it's often faster to stop here than wait in line at one of the locations with a drive-through. If you make it by 6:15 am you can get in and out in only a few minutes.

Sat outside. One of the employees came out to sanitize a table next to us which is a good thing. However, she sprayed the sanitizer on the table and with it be windy out, let's just say I got a mouth full of sanitizer and my face was definitely sanitized as well! She apologized and offered water but by the time I left my face was burning from the sanitizer spray! Had to go to shell and wash my face! Not a pleasant experience at all!

Location did not have any blonde roast, so a pour over was done. It took them 20 minutes to get my coffee. The "barista" would pour some, walk off....come back 6-7 minutes and pour some more....then walk off. I just sat there and looked at them. I guess they wanted to make sure that I would not ask for a pour over ever again......ha! The next time, it will be 5 minutes before they close...let's see how long it takes then.

I like this Starbucks. Most of the workers are nice, and the order is usually correct. The thing about Starbucks in general, not just this one, is the mobile ordering. I have waited as long as 25-30 minutes for my coffee with almost no other customers, because they were making orders for pick up. In my opinion, if a customer walks in and orders in person their order should be the priority. Not someone who isnt there yet.

I unfortunately had to drive 15 minutes to get a coffee. The young lady up front was so friendly and polite. Even though I had to drive out of my way she made the BEST salted cold foam cold brew I have EVER had. While everyone else was in the back of the store laughing and cutting up.

The person who took my order didn’t give me a chance to explain what I wanted for one of my drinks and as a result it was terrible. The other drink I asked for with no deviation from how it is offered on the menu was not even a little accurate. I double checked it was indeed for me and as it turns out, it was not what I asked for. On top of that, the staff was rude. All of them. Will never come to this location again.

I love my neighborhood Starbucks! Staff is pleasant and fun. Sawyer and Jessica are a breath of fresh air and make my drinks and pastries perfect EVERY TIME!!! I really appreciate how they go the extra mile to meet demands and greet regulars like me by name as soon as we enter. These are little things we seldom find these days, and it creates loyalty. Location is right next to my house, so I'm in here all the time. Always greeted by friendly staff. Tracy is amazing-- came in one day late for work and got a little snappy about my wait time, only to realize my drink had been ready the whole time. She handled it nicely and professionally and when I went back to apologize she was super understanding and kind. Thanks Nippers Corner Starbucks ❤

I thought this was a coffee shop not a homeless shelter. I'm all for helping people out but just openly giving crackheads free food and having them hang out for hours in your lobby while they smell and scratch themselves all over their body will turn customers away. All in all the homeless situation is getting out of hand in this country.

I’m so irritated with this place. I’ve been coming here for quite awhile. Yes, these people are slow and unorganized it happens and unfortunately you see the routine and deal with it. However, today was the last straw of me coming there ever again. The red headed younger dude today has no customer skills. In fact, he has no skills at all. I’m done, Starbucks ain’t worth the stress.

Employees only cared about getting Uber eats orders out. Ordered coco cloud macchiato and an everything bagel. Was given a chocolate milk and a multi grain. Then had to wait over 10 minutes for it to be fixed. And while the drink tasted fine it didn’t look like any coco cloud macchiato I’d ever had. Looks like she just pored espresso on top of the chocolate milk....

Great staff, the place is pristine and open til 10:30pm! I'm from New York and I've been in Starbucks that could fit in the men's room of this Starbucks. Gotta comment on the cleanliness of that bathroom. You could actually open a Starbucks in there. It was clean, smelled nice, ridiculously large. This place is great. Also there's a Pokémon GO gym at this location.

I used to go here all the time. Everytime time I go the Barista's are standing around having discussions on some trivial thing. The last time I was there I stood for ten minutes as the five Barista's talked to the customer in front of me about what the customer wanted. I was the only person in line. I then walked out. Never to return.

Decent place to grab food and drink. However, it tends to get packed during the morning, and there's never enough parking space due to its location. Also, be prepared with a backup order when it comes to their breakfast sandwiches, as they could probably be out of the one you want. Overall though, it's a nice Starbucks.

One of the slowest locations I've been too. I waited 16 minutes for my grande white mocha while they kept making tons of mobile orders that no one seemed to be picking up. The baristas were very nice and welcoming and the coffee tasted good. Now I know to make sure i have plenty of time before I stop here before work!

Lately every time I go in they forget something on my order in the mornings. They aren't like most Starbucks who ask for names on every order (mine hasn't been asked the last three times). I also ordered a secret menu item. And the barista didn't know how to make it. Missed the leadership team from a few years ago :(

A very open Starbucks with a lot of character and personality, rather than just a typical vanilla location. Pros: + Lots of outdoor seating + Delicious drinks (They didn't burn my coffee! Yay!) + Helpful, friendly staff Cons: - Could use more indoor seating - Some inside tables don't have power outlet access

Had a delicious bacon and egg sandwich. The barista was very helpful and made a point of asking for my name and referring to me by it. I went at lunchtime, but they were still fast and moved through the crowd of people at a good speed while still being courteous. Plus, it happens to be a Pokemon Go Gym!

Although service was really fast because hardly no one was there, their strawberry banana smoothie was absolutely disgusting. I think the Barista must've been rushing because she put too much milk into my smoothie and was just terrible and I absolutely hated it. Other than that, the coffee is not bad.

Although drinks are always accurate and everyone is pleasant the wait time has gotten increasingly absurd over the past year and a half. It’s hard to tell if they are perpetually understaffed or in need of stronger leadership to keep people on task but expect to wait up to 15-20 min regularly

Hit or miss with the service. The staff will strongly encourage you to place a mobile order, but when you do the completion estimate is incredibly inaccurate. At least once a month they get my drink wrong, and unfortunately I work 25 minutes away so there is no going back.

The Edmundson Pike location in Nashville is a great location. I was impressed with the positive attitude displayed the workers on the evening shift. This makes the overall ambience of the place very pleasant which is why I like coming here when I am in the neighborhood.

Please do not schedule a mobile order at this location. I placed my mobile order at 840am and it was not ready until 905am. People who ordered at the store got their drinks before me. This is not the first time this has happened but it's my last visit at this location.

Wanted change me latte.price for doppio. Which is in a smaller than tall size cup. That s like doubling the price and in a tiny cup for and extra ounce of cream. I didn't. And they shouldn't. Not sure who I was talking to at the Lebanon Tennessee location. I'll b back.

This location is near to my house, they don’t have drive thru but I like that because you can sit and drink nicely., and the workers are good, they draw on the black board looks nice.

This one in Nipper's Corner was awful. Went there the other day and the place was a mess. Trash all over the floor, crumbs all over the tables. There was an apparently homeless person in there that smelled really bad. Not hating, just saying. Will never be back.

The employees here are all very personable and do a great job. My only complaint about this particular Starbucks location is, there is no drive-thru here. I would love it if they expanded this location & added a drive-thru. Other than that this location rocks!

This Starbucks is a bit small so it's not one I go to if I'm wanting to sit and get work done. The service is fast though, and if you can get a seat, it's well lit with a reasonable amount of noise. There's also great seating outside if the weather suits you.

Lots of indoor and outdoor seating. Quick service. Everything is clean and the wifi is good. Lots of pastries and sandwiches in the case to choose from. Only problem is there is no menu board. If you don't already know their drinks and menu you are guessing.

Service is not too great but the staff seem friendly enough. Food is almost always half warmed. The quality of the drinks is a bit of a hit or miss, especially recently. Frappuccinos are only half-way blended so you might as well get something else instead.

Service is slow. Ordering via the app 15 minutes before hand and many times STILL have to wait for my order which is usually one single coffee, some times a scone is added but should not slow the process. I wish there were a closer Starbucks to me.

This is a great Starbucks with friendly baristas who are eager to get you the coffee you want. While crowded sometimes, it's because they do such a great job. It's a great indoor environment to work or hang out. Mobile ordering is good too!

Worst Starbucks ever. The waiting time is ridiculously long. Even after the wait, others were served before me even though I came in before them. I guess I was too dark to be noticed! And no apology from anyone after leaving empty handed.

It was the most typical bad service and experience - waited for a simple latte drink for 20 minutes while people who came in after were served. Overstaffed but seemingly no one was making coffee. The name was wrong on the order. Nice.

Waited for an online order for 30 in that was supposed to be ready in 6-9 minutes. Got sandwiches 12 minutes before drinks. Ice cold when I went to eat it. Threw it all away. Thanks for the epic dissapointment on my first fathers day.

Everyone's nice but the pretentious male cashier. Drinks are typically right, unless it's on the busiest day of your week when you go... in which case; it'll always end up wrong and there's nothing you can do about it.

Sawyer is by far the best barista this location has. If I have a mobile order I can tell the difference if she’s there or not. She knows me by name and my order is always 100% percent whenever she makes it.

Great staff, convent location, note there is no drive thru. Avoid the clowns using the parking lot as a turn lane bypass from Edmondson Pike, they will not hesitate to run you over.
