Worst customer service experience ever NEVER will I return back to this Starbucks location again.I’m highly disappointed in the poor services myself and 10 year old received today. Today is my son’s birthday ,I took him to Starbucks so he could spend his gift card he received for his birthday today &I literally made the biggest mistake bringing him to this location. Upon walking in we didn’t get a hello welcome to Starbucks or I’ll be right with you or any type of acknowledgment. We waited for at least 5 minutes then got greeted and was asked what would we like. Starbucks was fully staffed so it was no excuse as to why we wasn’t properly greeted &welcomed. I told the barista i would like to place 3 different orders with 3 different payments and I have 3 reusable cups. I placed my order one by one the barista was rude had an attitude and didn’t take off 10 cents off of my total when bringing (my/your) own reusable cup. The barista made my drinks and put the drinks I ordered in the wrong reusable cups and when I approached the barista and said hello excuse me sir you made the wrong drinks in the wrong cups he got upset had an attitude that he had to remake the drinks and was very rude about the whole thing, after he remade the drinks one of my drinks was wrong again and when I asked him could he please remake the drink he argued with me and made a fuss.I gathered my wrongful made items and left told the barista be blessed have a good day. I hate that my son spent his birthday gift card here and didn’t receive what he paid for as well as myself.Never again will I visit this store location.

Came here at 9:00 and nobody answered the drive-thru. So, pulled around to the window and they were cleaning up I tapped on the window to see if anyone would come answer me. They looked right at me and just ignored me, the screen on the clock said "business hours are over, we are now closed" so I honked and asked why they were closed? It says online 9:30 and I looked it up before coming there I told the lady that she said "no, we close at 9:00" then proceeded to slam the window in my face. Went back the next night at 8:00 and so I asked the guy working and he said "oh, your clock must be wrong our employees would never do something like that" I got pissed and said "NO, I KNOW HOW TO TELL TIME I LOOKED AT MY PHONE AND LOOKED IT UP ONLINE BEFORE GETTING OUT AND COMING HERE; DO NOT TALK TO ME OUR TREAT ME LIKE I'M STUPID" God, forbid the customer be right and the employees be wrong and own up to their mistakes. WORST customer service experience I've ever dealt with at a starbucks. Go to the one on Old Hickory Blvd not much better service, but they do stay open longer!

I never thought I'd leave less than 5 stars on a Starbucks, but here goes. The staff here is exemplary and I've been coming to this Starbucks for months, ordering my favorite stuff and whatnot, but I ran into an issue yesterday. I've been ordering the pumpkin sweet cream foam on it's own from this and other locations with no issues what so ever until yesterday. I was told by a member of staff that the manager had stated that it messes with their inventory which, I have to say is malarkey. I have never been given this excuse when I'd ordered at this or any other location. As much as I love this Starbucks, I'll have to move onto finding a different Starbucks for my coffee and foam needs. Again, this is not the staff, the staff are exemplary workers who have never given me an issue with getting my coffee or foa , it's the manager. I don't appreciate being told that a cup of foam messes with inventory when the other few Starbucks I'm loyal to have been happy to allow me to get it.

I had purchased a coffee as I normally do in the afternoon. The coffee was 3 bucks and some change. I drank it in the parking lot while doing some shopping because the cafe was closed due to covid. I returned to get a refill which is normally honored for about sixty cents. However, Tom the employee on duty had a very arrogant tone as to not honor this. Overall, I spend about 3 a day with starbucks. This is about 1,200 anually spent at starbucks. Starbucks is loosing a loyal customer over sixty cents as well as all of my friends that I will be sharing this with. It wasn't the money so much as the proclivity of Tom's tone and demeanor. The customer service at this location is absurd. It seems I am going to have to brew my own coffee to get good service.

Just want to give a shout out to Catherine!! I went through the drive-thru earlier and ordered my usual. When I got home and started drinking it, it didn’t taste right. I took it back and spoke directly with Cat. She asked me what was wrong with my first one, but I couldn’t quite put my finger on it, it just wasn’t right. She made my second one with a smile on her face and assured me the remake was perfect. I NEVER complain. This is my “home” Starbucks. They have a wonderful group of baristas that I absolutely adore!! I just want to thank Cat, as well as the rest of the crew, for ALWAYS going above and beyond!! I will not go to another Starbucks because no one makes my macchiatos like THIS Starbucks!!!! Keep up the AMAZING work!

More coffee than you can think of at good prices as well as espresso and fruit drinks...well, too much. The staff were very friendly with a smile and if you asked about something they go the extra mile to explain. And if they're not sure, they look it up for you. The best is that they have special order drinks you can fine on line and if you have an idea of your own...if they have the ingredients...they'll make it. I can't believe that this is the first year I came in a Starbucks but it won't be the last!

This location usually runs great but they have in my opinion 1 major flaw. When they get busy they turn off online ordering so that you have to go in person and order. In the age of covid it seems highly irresponsible and dangerous to require someone to come in person to place an order, especially if you already busy. This has happened several times in just the past week. They also do not answer their phone at all. I tried calling continuously for over 30 minutes and every time the call timed out and nobody answered. Please use, not disable the tools at your enormous company’s disposal to allow for safe ordering and picking up of food and drink.

I go to Starbucks every day sometimes twice a day. Today I stopped at this location and unfortunately was .20 cents short the lady at the counter would not ring me up until I went outside and got 20cents. I came back in stood in line for 5 minutes and ended up leaving. She could have rang me up let me pay what was on my card and brought back in .20cents. I will not be back to this location. This is not this first time I have had problems at this Starbucks. The employees here are rude and mess up your orders.

I am a health care provider trying to get to work for a 12 hr shift and I was told they couldn't take my $100 to pay for my food. I was told the manager was on lunch (7:45 am) and they could not open the lock box to provide me with change. Girl at the window did not know anything about the store and store number. What if this was all I had to pay for my coffee and food with? Luckily, I had a card but some people only pay with cash. I have not been able to go to a bank to break the bill. Needless to say I won't go back to this location.

Very un-organized. First time I went I waited 30 minutes for my drink. They forgot my ticket and then still put me in the back of the line. Second time I went they made my drink wrong and weren't friendly at all when asked to fix/ remake it, even though that's their "promise." The place was never stocked and very dirty. They were understaffed and being poorly managed and efficient in their process. I would recommend that you don't go to this place. Worst Starbucks that I have ever been to.

I ordered a mobile pickup like any other time at any other Starbucks, went in to grab my drink. I saw my order and grabbed it, only to be met with a barista who snatched it out of my hand so she could tell me me not to grab orders.....from the mobile pickup area...... She eventually gave me my coffee back after she finished her power trip but I for sure didn't want to start my day off being disrespected like that. Not to mention she made my drink wrong too. Very disappointing.

The coffee was not right and had to go back. The lady at the widow was in such a rush she almost handed the lady in front of me the wrong order after I had to go back to get mine corrected. I understand her frustration and probably the lack of help. MANAGER do better, for the workers and customers. We all want to have a good.

Worst service ever . No help . Just rude ! I’ve never been so disappointed at any Starbucks !!! I asked for details on the chestnut praline and they guy says “chestnut “ I said ok just chestnut he said yeah . So I went inside to see if another person could help , same thing . The lady said basically just chestnut and maybe brown sugar? It was so obvious that they did not care to serve me !!!!!!! I’m so disappointed. Never coming back to this Starbucks again

Dirty seating area, uncomfortable to work in. Old coffee splashes on leathery seats, unswept floor, crumbs on seats, sugary stains on tables, and flies. Makes for an icky experience. Service was good. Sunlight from top windows blinding poor barista. Feels like this place could use some love and attention. I come here while my son's at soccer practice nearby. Bagel was good. Also, no cool music playing.

Ordered at 9:58am, an hour later, exactly 10:58 asking about the drink I was told some lady took it, drank half and brought it back. All the while knowing this they didn't make another drink until I asked about it. Then the lady making the drinks agreed with me, until I pointed out that she is the one making the drinks and should have corrected it.

I waited 8 minutes for someone to take my order. Then waited 10 minutes to get my order. Then, I waited another 5 minutes and Noone ask what I needed. White chocolate mocha Frappuccino tasted like blended milk. I left without a refund or replacement because it would have been another 10 minutes to get a response. 9/4/22 whoever was making your Frappuccinos needs retraining

It’s always something with this location. They run out of items you ordered on mobile and offer no solutions and act like the customer is an inconvenience. Drink orders are never quite right. I had a bug in my drink here one time and they got annoyed at me for politely asking for a new one. Don’t go here. There’s a better one around the corner at old hickory and chandler

I purchased a hot Venti caramel machiatto on 9/23 at about 5pm thru drive-up lane. I paid $5.95. I drank about half with the lid on. When I decided to drink the rest, I removed the lid and found a big fly floating in it. I can already hear the trite response to this.. if any.

Few customers in the place on a lazy July 4th afternoon, but I can honestly say I've never been in a filthier Starbucks! I could understand if they were busy,, but I saw no attempt by any employee to sweep the place (dog hair?!), or do basic maintenance on the restrooms. This store was recently remodeled and should be a standout location! It's not.

Very unhappy with this location. Asked extra light ice in my frapp and they made it with extra ice then asked them to remake it and the dude dumps my old frapp and remakes in same cup and the second time it tasted like no espresso in it. We asked the third time to remake it and tasted a bit better. Not customer satisfaction oriented at all.

Pull on your best uggs and get your pumpkin on in the finest white girl fashion. Dont forget to bring your dog inside this place, who cares if they serve food and drink here? Add more dog hair to the already nasty floor. Why would you want to just order a small, medium, or large when you can order made up sizes that you dont know what they are?

Very Very Friendly Staff... My order is always right the staff know how to make there customers feel good... Very quick service inside and through the drive thru its the only starbucks in Nashville that I truly love and enjoy going to. Travis the manager has a wonderful crew and has trained them very well. Will continue to come to my starbucks.

I set off at 8:30 pm and drove here because the Starbucks app says that they close at 10 pm. I arrived to find the doors locked, I checked my phone and it was literally 8:59 pm. I looked inside and there were two customers sat inside drinking, not one member of staff even looked up at me to try to explain. Very rude and frustrating.

If you drive for Uber or doordash don't pick up delivery from this location I waited over 15 minutes and they were busy but actually overstaffed and made coffee first i asked manager to remake coffee as probably wasn't hot he wouldn't and chic behind counter got snippy w me for double checking order stay away

Seriously writing this review out of the fact that Jon saved the day. I ordered my drinks to the wrong Starbucks and he saw my receipt and made the drinks for me. He saved me a trip halfway across town to have to get the other drinks. This staff is always amazing and always gracious. Thank you again!!!!

I think the Cashier deliberately didn't fix my order incorrectly, I waited for 10 minutes until someone else asked him if he was fixing my order. He didn't even start on making my order . People after me was being served. He just had a smile on his face like he really did it on purpose.

I used to like Starbucks but now that everyone wears those headsets none of the employees can hear customers. I had to pretty much yell at a lady after trying to get her attention 3 times. When I thought she was talking to me she was talking to another employee over the headset

The coffee and loaf I got were perfect, the customer service was a different story. When I pulled up to the window the lady taking payment, snatched the money out of my hand and then proceeded to gather all the employees around her for them to look in my back seat.

I would say the worse Starbucks I have seen. The customer service is terrible. I would clean house and rehire or retrain all the employees. When I walked in 5 employees were huddled around talking and not a single word was said to me.

Been going to this Starbucks for several years! The baristas are always friendly. The only issue I have is them being consistent with drink orders. Seems like every time I order, something is missing or it is never completely full.

This wonderful young lady was working the drive thru tonight, I think her name was Hylia, but I'm not sure about that. She was the BEST!!! In the small amount of time she had with me in the Drive-Thru she impressed me tremendously

Ordered a venti peppermint mocha and they couldn't even fill the cup.. why pay $7 for s drink when you cant even get the full amount. Didn't take one sip of the drink and look at it. That's how much they gave me.

This location is much faster than the other Hermitage one. Staff is friendly. The inside is rarely busy. The parking spots are very narrow if you have a larger car.
