This location does NOT know how to make an Iced Americano. They get it wrong EVERY TIME. I order through DoorDash and my Americano is always wrong. They send me........water. Each time. When I order from any other location, it's always correct. Something at this location is very very wrong. Why can't they figure out how to make an Iced Americano correctly? If I get it from 56th St or any other location, it's always right. From 44th St, it's always WRONG EVERY TIME. I am so tired of getting wrong orders from this location. I think they are doing this on purpose. Just to screw with customers. It's like they think it's funny to do this. I've called the store several times and they are absolutely no help at all. They keep blaming DoorDash. DoorDash isn't there in the store making it. You are. Again, when DoorDash sends it to me from other stores, it's always correct. It's only this store that keeps making it wrong. Thankfully I keep getting a refund each time. So if Starbucks wants to keep losing money, just keep making it wrong over and over again. This store should call one of the other stores and learn how to make it correctly.

If there was an option for no stars I would offer no stars. I have been going to this Starbucks since last year in June. Today was the first time anyone ever greeted me as I walked in the door, and she was new there. The coffee is delicious as expected but the employees are rude! I ask for puppacinos every time I go. A couple weeks ago I was told I had to have a ticket for it. I mobile order and it is not an option. So I wait at the register for over 8 min to make that ticket, mind you my drink was done when I got there. The employees were so inconvenienced by this and we’re huffing and puffing to get me my pup cups. I think it’s sad that I will. Is go 5 miles away from my house to use the Starbucks. I drive around the valley for my job and visit many Starbucks throughout the day and everyone is smiling, greets everyone and is helpful. I’m disappointed

I placed a mobile order, got there and the girl took another 10 minutes to do it; drive thru only had one car, there was no line inside. I asked for 4 pumps of peppermint syrup and my drink tasted of nothing but mocha and whipped cream. I drove back, went back inside and told the girl it didn't taste like peppermint at all. Told her I had asked for pumps of peppermint syrup and she didn't know what I was talking about. I explained to her and she said "oh, I did put it tin. You can't taste it?" I said no, she replied "oh, sorry" and turned away. All I wanted was for her to put the 4 pumps of syrup in my drink, didn't need her to make me a new drink but she didn't do for me either or.

I ask for black iced coffee with no classic and they keep giving me black iced coffee with classic sweetener. For some odd reason it's mandatory to put classic sweetener in the iced coffee and not in regular hot coffee which really doesn't make sense to me. I just want black iced coffee but they cant follow simple directions which is kind of irritating because I don't like to complain. Then, when I call to fix the error, whoever is on the other line doesn't want to take accountability and acts like I'm the problem. I will probably be making my own coffee from now on and 1 star because this has happened multiple times and I try to be polite about it but ill just leave the review.

This Starbucks location is my absolute favorite all of the staff are extremely professional and friendly. I am always greeted as I come in(by name) and thats amazing that they remember their customers names and drinks. Allyson,Brian and Megan are very personable and always asks how my morning is, in these times it's hard to find people that care enough/put effort into their job and don't just do the bare minimum. I would highly recommend this establishment, if you love coffee and great customer service. Noone wants lackluster customer service. Thanks again to everyone at the 44th st and Thomas location for making my mornings great!

Excellent service. Ordered coffee and a cheese danish both were delivered hot and quickly. Baristas served up stellar service. Note to Starbucks store is undersized for capacity and needs a bigger parking lot. Drive through blocks access to parking and handicap spaces rendering store inaccessible to handicap patrons.

Personally I absolutely love Starbucks and this location is filled with nothing but wonderful employees who treat you with the utmost respect and we so much courtesy even though it's a homeless neighborhood they don't care and mistreat you like some of the other neighborly buildings around them do... I am glad to say that this location is my main location I go to they know my order right when I walk in and as well do they know my husband order right off the bat as well it's good to have a neighborhood Starbucks that knows you well...

Staff is friendly but the times I’ve visited this location I do not get the size drink I ordered. I ordered a venti frap but they make it into a grande size, realize the mistake and pour it into a venti cup then top it off with whip cream. So I have a big chunk of whip cream on the bottom and top. I understand that it’s a quick fix but you could at least scoop out the whip cream with a lid before pouring it into a grande cup, shoot at least try to hide it. Normally I won’t comment on a mistake cause I get they happen from time to time but this happens every time faithfully.

This store absolutely delivers exceptional customer service. I went to a Starbucks in Target on Baseline Rd and ordered a Drangon Drink and was given a completly different drink. I went to this location and explain the situation and was willing to pay for another drink since I hadn't said anything at the other location and the barista accommodated me with the right drink. Thank you for being a great store will definitely continue to visit this location . Its the little things that makes a difference

For one this place is always taking forever to make your drinks. The managers are passive and rude. They obsess over charging you for the smallest thing. If you're going to charge me for extra cold foam, give an ACTUAL amount of extra cold foam. Our airline gives them business plenty on the daily and they are just and act like nothing is their fault.

Slow service in the cafe. They prioritized mobile orders 1st so I waited almost 10 minutes for 2 drinks in personal cups. My shots were bitter (dead) even though I ordered blonde espresso. Latte had too much foam and wasn't well-swirled. Drip coffee in 2nd tumbler was over-filled even though I asked the register barista to leave enough room to close the lid. There were 6 partners on the floor but they seemed very disorganized.

We went in and weren't spoken to. I said hello and the young lady behind the counter just looked at me. Went over to pick up my drinks that I'd pre-ordered and gentleman at the pickup station literally walked away from me. We stood there looking for our drinks and had to move several bags to get my Danish. Gentleman never even came back over to the area. This drive thru is VERY slow and they cannot handle their volume. Lots of mistakes frequently. I finally just got annoyed enough this morning to leave a review because after waiting in the drive thru for 15 minutes I was handed my coffee wrongly prepared and I just don’t have time to park and go inside for them to fix it. Go one block up to the one on Indian school and 44th. Totally different experience. Sorry guys, but wayyyy too many mistakes for one coffee place these days.

Disappointing experience at 5:15 am on Feb 14, 2021. Asked for 2no foam lattes. One was perfect, the other had foam and wasn’t topped off with milk. I could tell by weight. When I asked the drive-in window associate if they could take a look and top it off, she was very challenging. Said there WAS NO FOAM and FILLED WITH MILK. I have been a Starbucks customer since Seattle 1980. This was not an example of the customer-oriented service I have been accustomed to.

I love how this Starbucks is the closest to me, anyways the service is good like always they let me take my time on what to order and the wait time for the drinks like 1-2 mins depending if there's people infront of me, the workers ALWAYS get my drink right and also they are nice, respectful, friendly and LAST I totally RECOMMEND THIS STARBUCKS on 44th St & Thomas. I used the mobile app to order ahead of time and usually I don't have any problems. I get a Carmel macchiato with almond milk. The one I received today was by far the worst coffee I have ever. The milk was chunky and would not mix with the espresso. The only thing that makes this coffee sweet is the Carmel drizzle and that was not added. I attempted to drink it anyway to see if it was okay but ended up throwing it away completely full. Extremely disappointed.

This is the friendliest Starbucks location I’ve ever been to. My family and I are on vacation. Our flight was VERY late last night. This Starbucks was the first stop of my day and was just a pleasant surprise. I was greeted by 3-4 different baristas. My order was perfect. It was just an ideal start to my day. Thanks guys!

I wouldn't say I disliked this store, it's the only one in the area with going jnside a store. I thought they had helped cut the wait time by putting someone outside for orders, she was very quick getting orders in , but with at least 7 cars in front of us it seemed it took even longer that normal, and we even had to wait at the window...so one of the "pre" order part changed the wait. They are way to slow only benefit is the shade trees

They need to fix there hours. It says they are open until 10pm. Went there a little before 930. Doors were locked. I thought maybe the inside was closed. But when we went through the drive through they said they were closed. We responded back we thought they closed at 10. They ignored us. I understand wanting to go home and being tired. But if your are supposed to be open until a certain that’s not right. It’s a part of having a job.

I absolutely love coming to this location before my commute to work. It gets quite busy here at times and the wait can be lengthy but the wait is definitely worth it; all of the A.M. crew are wonderful and definitely know a thing or two about exemplary customer service, especially the two shift leads I’ve spoken with, Brian and Meghan. As one of the only Starbucks open late in Phoenix, many people, including myself, drive out of their way for a late night coffee at this location. They are often closed before their listed time. I am done wasting my time and gas to get here. Guess they just close up early on a Friday to get on to their social plans. Management should really update their hours if they fluctuate this much.

The most courteous, hospitable, top notch team! Over the last 2-days I went through the drive-thru (‘cuz...ya know...CORONAVIIIIIIIIIIRUS!) and the staff couldn’t have been more kind. From speaker to window, they were the best! Oh...ya...almost forgot, my drink was made to perfection (and, I’d like to believe the staff sprinkled it with their LOVE to make it extraaaaa special!).

I love come here many times and have always gotten recieved good service. I came in yesterday and got horrible service from some lady named cindy. I was waiting for my drink and she was unintentionally rude to her co-worker nearly pushing them out of the way to make a drink and yelling at them. I go to this location EVERYDAY, because I love your product, but I discovered my favorite baistahas been fired. She is the reason I looked forward to going to Starbucks. Insanely wonderful customer service. I will never ever go to Starbucks again, because if you treat your workers like this you are not worth my precious time and money. Bye starbucks. How unfortunate

If it weren't for a specific manager that works there I would have given it one star because that is 1 of the worst Starbucks in the area unfortunately it's the closest to me, But one of the managers always goes out of her way to make sure orders are right and I really appreciate that especially when we are trying to rush in the morning. My husband and I bought like 5 drinks and got a Java chip frappuccino to share. The drink was very watery and there was big pieces of ice in it. Couldn't even take a drink of it because ice kept getting stuck in the straw. My husband took it back and told them, the lady gave him attitude and gave him a am smaller dunno... like Wow!! Never again at this location.

The staff is always so nice to me when I go through drive or inside. And I love that they give me recommendations on flavors for chai tea and cocoa. I can't have coffee but I can get flavorings in what I can drink. And their dragonfruit tea is so refreshing. Sometimes have to wait but it's worth it because everything tastes amazing and the staff are hella nice.

Music was too loud restrooms for filthy to the point of disgusting. Tables were not clean their workers aren't even trying to clean them. Floor in the was not clean period was not what I would expect from Starbucks. Look like it needed new management. Investigated by corporate. Waited 30 minutes for 1 venti iced Americano while everyone walked in and out with 2+ drinks, I was profiled for not being white , my mom asked to use the bathroom code was needed to use it and a worker doesn't knock and walks in on my mom. She talked to cashier and she was ignored. I'm disgusted by this location. Yes all this happened at the same time !

They never told me the price of my drink, they just swiped my card and gave me no receipt. I ordered a frappuccino, and they did not ask if I wanted whipped creme or not. They made an assumption and went with the wrong choice and gave be no whip. When I asked them to fix it, they handed me my drink back, and it was dripping on the sides. Disappointed.

I ordered the "pink drink", I specifically said light ice, the lady handed me my venti cup with nearly full of ice,. I told her, less ice and she took my drink back, only to find out she scooped the ice out and handed me 3 quarter cup of my order with some strawberry stocked in the lid, I guess I got a grande with the venti price, with a dirty lid.

This Starbucks is the slowest drive thru I’ve EVER been to. I waited in line from 2:05- 2:48pm. If there’s an issue with someone’s order(s) or if you are that slow at making drinks then I suggest you tell people to wait out front. Drive thru should never take more than 20 minutes. Especially when you aren’t as busy as usual according to google.

Worst location I’ve ever been to. Music is always blasting, the store will be randomly closed when other locations are open, and worst of all their stock is constantly out. Did not add anything I asked for to my drink. I got regular ice, when I asked for light ice. I got whip, when I asked for no whip. I didn't get any caramel drizzle, and I asked for extra drizzle. The guy who rang me up even repeated my order back to me but still managed to make my drink incorrect.

I know that it's a coffee place but their "sandwiches" are extremely overpriced for something that's just reheated and is as chewy as rubber. You're better off getting a sandwich from a gas station. The fact that they have forgotten to give me my water on all three trips, is the cherry on top.

Asked for a CARAMEL iced coffee with 4 pumps of classic syrup. They gave me a BLACK coffee with 4 pumps classic syrup and caramel syrup??? How was my order that hard to understand never did I ask for caramel syrup I asked for a caramel coffee. I had to go home and add my own creamer

My first time here @ this location. And staff was really helpful with explaining the flavors of the drinks & extras to get the taste/flavor I was looking for. It all came out perfectly! They even heated up my danish for me. Some other locations don't really even bother to.

Everything we love about Starbucks! Tables, chairs, wifi, outlets and clean bathrooms, staff that go above and beyond! Hiring managers good job! The crew was super nice, all with a great attitude. Didn't get their names. But they were working the closing shift of 1/24/17!

Ordered my drink. They couldn't figure it out even though it was a symple substitute of flavored syrup. The cup was covered in caramel sauce so my hands got sticky as soon as I grabbed it and my drink was only 3/4 full. They remade it and the remake was also incorrect.

I come to this Starbucks frequently. The early morning team is so nice and they do a great job! Any other time I come I get great service too. It's a relaxing location and the outdoor seating is on north side of building which means it's in the shade most of the time.

Friendly staff, coffee is good. I use this as a place to chill and work on my computer. Four stars because it is small for a Starbucks and not many places to sit. There are a couple comfy chairs though. There is a drive through if that's what you're looking for.

Always nice! If the drink doesn't taste good, they will give you a new drink with no problem. Unlike other locations. Always clean, and it doesn't take 10 mins for a drink like other locations do.

Very friendly and skilled staff. Popular location so it does get very busy during peak hours, but if you order with the app they are very good at meeting expected time of you avoid the drive thru.

Hands down one of the most efficient and friendliest locations. I stop most mornings around 5:00am and the employees are so nice! Definitely one of my favorite locations in the valley!

Recommend ordering in store, this sbucks has the absolute best people on staff and the drive through is commonly backed up beyond the parking lot to 44th street. Park strategically!
