First time visiting this location (Saturday June 3rd, 2023 in the 11:38am - as recorded on drink) as I came in with a friend who frequents this store. IT DIDN’T GIVE the Starbucks experience I’m use to. I am big on customer service which Starbucks is known for but not completely today. In reference to the cashier this day: No smile upon greeting was offered and no assistance with clarifying my order was provided, she didn’t even ask for my name to put on the order (lol)! I requested for an Oat milk substitute for my Caramel Frappe and later asked for whip cream (as I know whip is dairy, they may have thought I wouldn’t want the topping since I requested for Oat milk) to which cashier responded, “it comes with whip cream.” It felt like a snide remark cause of the the tone in which it was said. Rather she should’ve asked me before I confirmed to still add the whip, “as you’ve requested Oat milk, do you still want the dairy whip cream on top?” The cashier also did not ask if I collected points - when I asked can we collect our points after the payment was made (cause clearly I forgot, however, I believe the onus is on the business to encourage their customers to participate in the brand’s reward system) the response was a nonchalant, “no.” No apology was offered until I mentioned, “you should’ve asked,” at this point I was annoyed with her attitude. Only then was an extremely passive “sorry” was given as the cashier called to the next customer immediately after. Though my first impression interaction was not ideal, the barista that made my friend and I’s order was pleasant. She delivered on the standard service Starbucks is known for which is kind and considerate. This barista went the mile to ask if I still wanted the whip (it was like she read my mind) and I confirmed. Because of her - my one turned into a two star. I should mention, I did peep that the cashier smiled with customer after me but the one after him she was back act her unpleasant facial expression. It REALLY GAVE, she wanted to go home. I don’t know if the restaurant has a survey url on their receipts as I was not offered my receipt, however, I wanted to share my experience (which could very well be a one-off) and hope that this reaches the store to review for improvement. I also want to stress that my friend and I were very nice and respectful and in no way initiated the negative interaction to warrant my experience. I don’t think I’ll be back but as my friend is a regular, I hope this review encourages a more positive experience for her moving forward being that this location is convenient for her.

Typical bad Sunday service. Sunday, June 25, 2023. Me and a guy came into this Statbucks and waited and waited and waited to be served. There were about 5 baristas behind the counter and non of them stopped what they were doing to serve us. After about 5 mins of standing and waiting a barista came to serve us. He looked right past the guy in front of me asked me what I could get. I politely pointed to the guy in front of me (who was kinda of to the side a bit) and said he was here first. The barista didn’t know what to do and asked me again if he could help me and again I pointed to the guy in front of me. The barista said oh and walked away and continued to do what he was doing before. After waiting another 5 mins the same barista came back asked me again if he could help me. I said again that the other guy was here first and to help him first. He said again if he could help me and again I said that guy was her first. That’s when the other guy got upset and said to the barista “ oh you want to serve him”, even though he was there first, and walked out. I’ve never seen such poor and rude service at a Starbucks before. Completely ignoring a customer that was first in line. And on top of all of that, Starbucks being a multimillion dollar company is asking for tips when you pay debit. Like charging $5 plus a drink isn’t enough. The nerve of a multimillion dollar company to ask for a tip is just unbelievable. You guys want a tip, here is a tip. How about you pay your employees a living wage.

I was next in line with my young daughter, it was busy I was patient. We waited some time then an older man came in looked at us and budded in front with cash where the barista greeted him by name and took his order right away. She then took mine after his and I asked her if she realized this man budded in front of me. She said “yea but I wasn’t about to argue with anyone” I told her she should say something and take the customer who was next first otherwise he will keep doing it thinking it’s ok to bud the lines. She ignored me, took my order where she typed it in wrong because I was handed 2 of my 4 drinks and was told here’s your order. When I told them I ordered 4 drinks they couldn’t find it said it wasn’t entered. I then had to wait much longer for my order. Terrible customer service here! It’s not the first time they got my order wrong either. I’m now avoiding this location.

The staff here are amazing, kind and thoughtful. I love that they have outdoor seating all year long,nothing says Canadian like having coffee outside in the cold, if you want to Parking space is always available. One thing that I really do not like is the lighting,it really hurts the eyes as it is sharp piercing brightness. It's not a soft warm comfortable light and the lighting fixtures are very low,right over the tables. It was not like that before. They just recently got renovated.Not all upgrades are a smart move. Space is long and wide,it is great for everyone especially people with Mobility devices, anyone can move around freely. Lets go for coffee!☕☕

This place has a SERIOUS fly problem. And it's been getting worse over the past few weeks! I don't think I've seen so many flies in any food establishment in my life. I am here today sitting beside the wall and I see at least 6 flies on the wall. There's another 2 flies that buzz over me every 5 minutes. I visited the washroom and there were another 8 flies on the wall. There are literally flies sitting beside each other - it's disgusting!! I wish I took photos. This obviously means there is some food behind the counter that these flies are feasting on. I usually visit this place on weekdays at least once a week. I visit this place once every weekday because it's nearby, and will leave another review again if I notice the problem still persists.

Can't believe I haven't written a review for this Starbucks yet! I've been coming here several times a week for a year now. The staff members are wonderful, the kindest human beings ever, and they never fail to leave me with a smile on my face, feeling like the most beloved customer on Earth. Hats off to Cynthia and Gina, who are the best baristas that have ever existed! Orders are never mixed up, even when I mispronounce drinks due to my strong accent. Everything is perfectly made and delicious.

First time to the new location here in Port Credit. I must say that we couldn't wait to have one this side and with a drive-thru as well. Team was awesome my coffee and sandwich was delicious order was already there long before my added 5 or so mins. I gave them and I got a little extra boost from my lil coffee lid note on a miserable day of unwelcomed snowy wintery weather You guys "have an amazing day" as well stay safe and never change your good attitude towards your customers or in general

This team here can go up against any other Starbucks team in any set of challenges and they'd win, every time. Their energy & service whether it be at opening or near closing is always at it's best. I have yet to leave here without a smile and a quality beverage, and that includes trying some of their personal favorites. Thank you all for your contributions to making my mornings as great as they continue to be.

Great new freestanding location. It opened a couple weeks ago and has a drive thru. I found it a little busy but looks like a really nice location. Hopefully I can come back and enjoy a sit down visit once indoor dining is allowed again.

There was bugs/flies everywhere. When you see these bugs in restaurants/coffee shops it just shows there is a problem with cleaning. Definitely not a place to go for expensive coffee if they are having issues with cleanliness
