Please avoid this location at all cost Every morning it’s the same thing with these guys, no one listens and they always get my order wrong. We pay a premium for coffee and we come to Starbucks to avoid the headaches but it seems that this location is just as bad as all the other coffee shops. If you screw up an order don’t ask the costumer to pay for the beverage that you messed up on, it’s customer service to provide compensation if you can’t get an order right, especially after the third morning. They missed my espresso on the side a $3.50 item and said “ well we didn’t charge you so we can charge you now if you want it”. You made the mistake, your employee didn’t comprehend what I was asking for and you now want to make me pay for it? The first time was one thing , the second was another chance to correct the mistake and now here I am writing a review and never stepping foot in this location again. On top of this I’m a regular to this location, just out of pure customer service and maybe saying to yourself “hey, he’s a good customer just give him his espresso “. No , you want me to pay again for a $3.50 item lol Never again, this location needs a shake down and eliminate the management, they obviously haven’t been trained in “customer retention”. I’ve had better service at McDonald’s.

An absolute delight of a location to visit. The staff are so friendly and nice. The person working the till was so nice and helpful as I'm not from here and where I live we don't have Starbucks. While waiting for my drink another two staff members stuck up conversation with me. They complemented my tattoos and I had a great time chatting with them. All in all an amazing staff team. Drink of course we're also amazing. So thank you for making my day in an unfamiliar place so much nicer

Jan. 16/2021: Worst experience ever at this location today. I asked for a Grande Mango Dragonfruit refresher made with water and light ice. They filled the drink maximum with ice. Then they charge me for 2 sandwiches when I only asked for 1. The guy on the speaker was repeating my order completely wrong intentionally, I've never had an issue with any other worker there before. I reach 400 stars every week, I will be avoiding this location and do not recommend it. Maybe its new weekend staff, but not worth the hassle✌️

Look, it's a Starbucks, you know what you're getting. That said, we started each morning of our Toronto vacation here (we stayed right up the road and used the GO train to get to TO), and we were happy to do so. My wife is celiac and found a good quick breakfast in the Egg Bites, and we both indulged in a bit too much Caramel Machiatto goodness. The location is quiet, too; many Starbucks locations in my experience blast the music, but this one did not.

One of the best Starbucks locations that I have visited and continue to use. The staff are ALL amazing and make sure that you feel valued and sometimes like you're the only person in the store. Was in today while their POS system was down. The staff were rock stars handling people that weren't too happy about the situation. They managed it with grace and professionalism.

I have been coming to this location for two weeks during my lunch break and everytime my matcha green tea late is always half full and the mocha frap i order for my husband tastes watery. I frequent Starbucks at other locations and have truely never felt more ripped off then at this location. (I only went back out of good faith things would change... But nope today was the final straw) DONT BOTHER FIND ANOTHER!

I called in for a large take-out order early on Sunday morning, getting helped promptly and easily over the phone. When I arrived, I was greeted warmly and helped by Ishara, Rodrigo and Durdana. All three of them were great - friendly, professional and helpful! They seemed to genuinely value my business and I wouldn't hesitate to go back there.

I don't stop at this Starbucks frequently. When I went in for my order on only the second day, the server remembered my order from the previous day. That's impressive. Most Starbucks are a clone of all the others. The employees make each one unique...whether good or bad. Great crew of employees at this one. I returned every day for the remainder the week.

Very bad customer service. This “man” Leo has major. Majorrrr issues. I thought He was gonna throw something at me. Clearly going through mental health issues which is sad ! He needs to be fired asap. Asked for a simple matcha cold foam and this “person” had an issue. Starbucks needs to get him some help before he Attacks another customer. Decided to change up my lunch choice and headed to Starbucks. Went to drive thru and ordered the Southwest Wrap. Taste was great, shocked that Starbucks made such quality wraps. Ok Starbucks. Free parking in front. Not busy on the weekend. I had some me mechanic work to be done on my car so I had to wait for store to be open so I stopped for coffee. Staff could be more friendly. Didn't wait long for my order. They should offer coffee mugs if I am drinking inside the store. I hate when I get paper cup and I specifically requested mug.

Wifey is addicted to Starbucks and we seem to visit one store or another every few days. Without a doubt, this is the best we've encountered. Our order has never been wrong or delayed and the staff have always been efficient and friendly. Damnit, they got my next order wrong, but they gave me the extra coffee free. It's still the best Starbucks I've visited.

Awesome staff. But the employers are preventing staff from a living wage by not having a tip option on their debit machines. Most ppl don't carry cash and some of us like to tip our service workers.

On 15 November 2021, at around 11:35 am there was thin young white guy with curly hair, what an amazing customer service, like literally I was having a bad day, and he made my day with just an amazing response and laughter. Man that guy deserves to be promoted. Thank you. And if you’re seeing this, keep doing you and a service to humanity.

Currently at this location, staff are giving plenty of attude. Rolling eyes, and even snapping at customers. Never been to this location before. Will not be coming back.... oh and they gave me $40 in $5 bills even though they had a full till. (makes closing count easier for them) sooo disappointed :(

I found refuge from the cold on a late November 2021 morning. I needed a place to hang out while my car was being repaired. I needed to show my Covid vaccination card to sit inside the premises -- no problem. The seating area was fairly empty on that Friday morning. Good coffee and a clean, comfortable environment.

Terrible customer service, there were 5 people working inside just talking to each other, I stood there for about 3 minutes no one bothered to ask what I wanted as a matter of fact no one even looked at me, this is definitely not the Starbucks service we are all used to, id give negative points if i could

I like this location but please god stop asking for people's names in the drive through. This is the only Starbucks that asks your name in the drive through, and they have not ONCE gotten my name right. They make me repeat it back to them and then they give up. I have a very simple name too! So annoying.

Very rude staff doesn’t know how to work at such a place really bad, would never come here back. Angelo doesn’t know how to talk or understand when communicated with.

Clean place, you can order on the app or inside the store. Right now you can't eat and drink inside. Once you get your order you have to leave. There are no tables or chairs outside to have your coffee on. We had to order then we sat in our car. Great coffee and sandwiches.

Nice place . I have visited this coffee shop from 1 year continuously. The only thing they lack sometime their chai tea latte is not hot enough . They should give enough hot chai tea latte which sometime disappoints me.

I have been to this location 3 times and each time their debit machine has been down. The 3rd time I had cash for a gift card for a coworker and they couldn't do that either. One of worst Starbucks
