Excellent customer service provided by Bee, Hanna, Given, Alex, Kirstie, Tyrese, Paula, Rhea, Joseph, & all the staff. Your reigning champions Great atmosphere, outgoing, courteous, pleasant staff. My appreciation to all the staff for all your hard work. Your dedication & commitment is well recognized. I've enjoyed my conversations with the staff. Located inside Indigo, the staff are well organized in directing customers. Maintaining social distancing according to store capacity. I grade them: AAAAA +++++ in my book for going above & beyond my expectations! 10/10 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Pertaining on the time of the day, especially on holidays & weekends it tends to get busy. I’m impressed with their customer service. I have been visited many Starbuck locations while traveling. But there are only two that left remarkable impression on me. This location and the one in Taiwan airport. I have been their regular customer since I work in the mall. One time I accidentally ordered my bf’s drink which I tried to drink but too bitter for me, came back to the store and just asked for extra oat milk but they gave me a new drink. , another time when the system messed up and didn’t show up my orders which I redeemed twice, Michael ( who helped me both of the time) gave me a free drink. As a Starbuck customer since 2014 with the gold card ( i know they don’t use it anymore), I will always come back to this store. You can get a good Starbuck drink from many different locations but the great customer service is rare and I truly appreciate your work.

This location is super busy which is why I use the mobile app for ordering. I came in the alloted time as per the app that said my order would be ready When I got there my drink was made but it was left in the pick up without a lid. Clearly my hot drink was cold by the time I got it. They made the drink right away and because it was left open the whole time and who knows with an open cup what debris could have fallen in especially hair from the workers or others picking up their drink.When I picked up the drink which is obviously a to go order I asked for the lid to be on it the barista ignored me after asking 3 times than on the 4th attempt she said go around the corner and get it yourself. I told her well what's the purpose of a mobile order it obviously means I'd like it to go. Don't think ill be ordering from this location anytime soon.

Placed a mobile order at this location. I timed it so the staff would have ample time to complete my order. Unfortunately what I thought would be max a few minutes delay turned into 20 minutes of me waiting at mobile pickup. I only got my order by calling their attention and showing them my app, and even then they forgot part of my order and had to add that too. Their machines were working fine as other people got their mobile orders. The staff seemed generally unconcerned about guests waiting a long time which was impressive in all the wrong ways. I recommend Starbucks customers to order from the other 2 locations inside Square One as their staff are more thoughtful and proactive in their service, or try the multitude of other cafes available at Square One which all seem to have superior service than this one.

Square one is the heart of Mississauga, you would normally think that Starbucks inside the mall would live up to the expectation of its lovers, people come here to see friends, conduct business meetings, and work on their laptops. but somehow, they decided to make the smallest dining area possible. you would rarely find a place to sit, and it always smells like toilets because the washrooms "which are open to everyone in the mall" are basically inside the dining area. The lonely star in this review is for the staff who work very hard and are super nice, but man, Square one area definitely needs a bigger Starbucks than this one!

I went to the one upstairs near katespade this afternoon and there was one group of people in front of me ordering. When they finished, the girl who cashed them out turned around starting to chat with other employees...i first thought they were busy doing sth but after 3 minutes I realized they were just chatting...I think she just finished her shift but at least you can ask someone else to help me instead of ignoring me...??? After few minutes a guy finally noticed(he was really nice btw) and apologized, helped me with my order...The coffee was nice and quick I just hope I didn't have to stand there awkwardly for 3 minutes....

I went yesterday! I was served by a tall white man (hoping the manager reads this so he can get a good shout out!), and usually talking to servers makes me uncomfortable, because I know their goal is just to get it done as soon as possible & get to the next person. But I was super surprised to feel totally comfortable & the server even asked me about my plans for the day & looked me in the eye like actually was interested & he had time to listen. Same with the girl who made my drink! (A smaller young adult Asian woman - get those positive shoutouts!) Honestly, was very impressed :) thanks for a good experience.

I grabbed this container of food and the eggs inside for hard boiled, but they were so dry and so plain and there was no salt in the package at all which I did not know. And they give you one tiny piece of bread with two little pieces of cheese and a couple of grapes and a couple apple slices and it's a little expensive. But they're Frozen vanilla chai iced frappe is the bomb! It's the best you have to try it it's so good and with whipped cream on top it's even better because they use real whipped cream not like Tim Hortons they use whipped fat at Tim Hortons.

I rarely have a bad experience at Starbucks, but this is one of them. I clearly asked for my iced espresso (quad) in a Venti cup, but when I got it, it was in a grande - and when I mentioned it, the barista was very rude to me and only offered to pour the already made drink into a venti cup- but I wanted it remade correctly.. Pouring it into a venti would completely ruin the aesthetic and it wouldn't be full. Then she said that she had already been nice enough to fill up the grande size drink . I asked for extra oat milk for that exact reason. I am a Starbucks Partner also, and I am NOT impressed!!

This Starbucks location is attached to the Indigo store and across from the UNIQLO. However, during the pandemic (stage 3), this is only allowed entry on the mall corridor side and has closed access to the Indigo store. The Starbucks at the food court is closed as well making this the only location available for your food and beverage needs inside the Mall. The staff are all very friendly and knowledgeable on their products. Some employees take the extra step to help improve efficiency like mobile ordering vs the waiting in line. This store is also very clean and organized and always well stocked.

Customer service is the worst at this location . The barista ignored my customized drink order and did it the way he wished. Every time I visit this location I feel the staff are paying for my drink. I also have to explain my order to the staff more than once because they don't seem to get it. Besides, their store presentation and handling of products is very sloppy and unclean. I don't appreciate their attitude and poor customer service approach. Tip to management: Provide communications training to your employee.

did a mobile pick up order person putting my drink on the counter for pick up was super polite and said i had a cool name she made my day. only suggestion would be to have marked spots to stand in on for mobile pick up order everyone just hovered around so no distancing and if its your first time you are kinda clueless as to whats going in as its not clearly marked what is in store order line and what is the area for pick up and mobile pick ups.

Food tasted yummy. They got my name wrong which caused some confusion. Line was a bit long and my drink took forever. They did serve the food warm, lighting and tables were good. Someone had left a coffee that didn't get cleaned up. Seats with a view, bathrooms, merchandise and easy access to everything. Relaxed vibes, I felt comfortable eating there once I had my order. Chocolate Madeleines and blueberry parfait were really good, I recommend both but the caramel latte was a bit flat.

Located in the mall and attached to Indigo, this Starbucks is convenient, friendly and quick. a great atmosphere in here. After having a coffee, walk around Indigo. Besides books, they have furniture as well. A wee bit busy during peak hours for both store but still a great shopping experience combined! Stay safe out there people!

I just purchased the best iced coffee I've ever had, the service was so personalized, and the order was done carefully as the cashier kindly double checked it. Order a venti size frap on app, then when I pick up my order, they gave a small straw, we ask for a longer one but they sold out. Then we ask them again how do we drink with a short straw like that. They said they can’t do anything, I have to go to another location to get straw, excuse me? . How A coffee shop (drink shop)ran out of straw? It’s like you go to a restaurant and they have no cutlery, use your barehand to eat?

This is one of the starbucks located in Square one mall. It is quite a well designed store, a bit different from the others in a nice way. My experience here has always been pleasant. The baristas are always quick but careful and make orders correctly. There is often a line up on busier days but being that it's inside the mall it is understandable. There are a few sitting spots to relax inside the store.

Came to this location on 2 separate occasions using mobile order. The physical queue when you order at the cashier gets prioritized and served while a mobile order for a simple coffee takes 20 minutes. Unbelievable. Mindlessly standing around waiting and only when I had waited long enough and asked about my mobile order did they finally pay attention. Train your employees to check mobile orders. Jezz...

There is never any dark roast brewed in the morning. Had to settled for medium roast then the server put in so much cream that the coffee was white! When I asked her for more coffee to dilute the cream, she gave me a dirty look!! By the way, there was no one else in the store…. There was no rush! What a great bunch of happy girls working at the front. Its my 3rd day in Canada and I have met plenty of rude and unhappy people but this changed my experience in Canada. Reggie took my order and she was so happy and charming the whole time. She was welcoming everyone who walked in the cafe and creating a good vibe in the cafe. Great location! One of many located inside Square One Shopping Centre. Situated by The Bay, it has a small indoor dining room. Staff are friendly and service is fast. Unlike the other smaller mall locations, this one serves the full Starbucks menu, takes orders via their app, and collect/redeem Starbucks Stars at this location!

Overall love the service I have received from this location. Very good service decent wait times despite the over load of orders. I was absolutely shocked how long this Starbucks location took to make one simple beverage. It took me 35 minutes to get my drink, which is not an exaggeration, and after all that waiting it wasn't made correctly. This mall is far too busy to have a Starbucks this small, which makes the customer experience atrocious.

This store just disgusts me. I ordered a dragonfruit drink, and they game me half a cup of ice in a venti sized drink. I couldn’t check because I was in a rush to leave, and when I found out, it was too late... Go to the one on the second floor, because the one at the food court is an absolute scamming zone.

I came to this place looking to buy bananas as a joke. While they didn’t have that, they quickly made me and two of my friends Frappuccinos. I recommend this location as it has seating inside and out, and isn’t as busy as the food court one (usually) as it is in the high-end wing of the mall.

Lineups are long, full of posers and the coffee is bitter and somewhat awful. The food is generally expensive but tasty. The specialty drinks are damned near addictive, which is the only reason I go -- when my passenger goes into withdrawal and needs a $10 sugar-soy-caramel hit.
