I used Stay Current Limited in Oct 2022, I wanted emergency lighting on 3 levels and an EICR, he and his colleague came and done a very good job. As part of the work I was doing I needed to upgrade my consumer unit (which I was unaware of) but this included replacing my plastic consumer unit to a metal unit with RCD protection as current legislation requires it when renting a property for a HMO I was also advised to include Arc protection as a preventative measure. His knowledge was very good, his service was very good. There was other little bits I asked of him whilst he was there, replace 2 old fans including moving one from one wall to another. He obliged throughout. I personally have no problem recommendation given Marcus for any electrical work you need doing. I’m sure he will remain busy, as good tradespeople are difficult to find. But I’ll be calling him again when I need more work done. Thanks Marcus

I can highly recommend Marcus to do any electrical work for you. I had a problem with the hot water in my house. Messed around by Switch 2. Marcus came to replace the programmer as advised by Switch2. Turns out that wasn’t even the problem. Marcus took it upon himself to call Switch2 while he was here to explain what he had done and the issues he found. Ended up was a Switch2 problem all along that they eventually fixed. Marcus offered to remove the part he installed and refund me if I wanted. Went above his work as electrician. Will definitely use again and have already recommended him to a friend.

Marcus is super knowledge, transparent, reliable, and trustworthy. I recently moved into a flat and thought I needed an electrician. On both occasions I asked Marcus to come out, knowing there would be a fee for this. On both occasions Marcus asked me some questions which he was able to use to diagnose the issue over the phone without needing to come by and without charging me. I hope I never have a real need for an electrician but if I do I will absolutely call Marcus and Stay Current.

We had a stressful issue recently where the electricity downstairs completely stopped working but Marcus was able to come help us very quickly! He was able to come within a few hours of the call and was super helpful and easy to talk to. He gave us a lot of good advice. Marcus was brill. I’m a total dope with electrics and tradesmen so he put up with all my stupid questions! I really liked that he asked for a WhatsApp video of where I wanted the switches and the fusebox etc to save us both a trip to quote the job. I couldn't recommend Marcus more. He arrived within 24 hours of calling, fixed the issue, then took the time to label the fuse board and sort a few smaller jobs - all for a very reasonable price. Finding good trades people is so hard and Marcus is a gem.
