Good to see the park finally with some complete renovations. Play equipment is modern and includes a small 'flying-fox' and accessible swing. There is plenty of seating for parents and carers as well as a covered table. The new plantings are coming along and these should look amazing in a year or so, especially if Council keeps up maintenance. It would be good if there was more to do or look at as it's a huge space with little going on but hopefully Penrith City Council will get to that at a later stage. In the meanwhile, if you live locally and want a park with play equipment for your kids, or somewhere different to take a walk this is perfect. Please note there are no toilets at this park.

I drove my client off there for 2 hours daily outdoor activity. An awesome playground with varieties of choices to play: Balancing, swinging and other equipment such as stair metal bars. A really good open spot around between College Street and Victoria Street in a so close with St Joseph (Catholic) primary school in a very short distance to both Cambridge Park and Kingswood.
Playground
Steamroller Park is located in sandwich between College Street and Victoria Street in Cambridge Park. A really good space for a variety of outdoor activities: Balancing, swinging and other plays for family as well as for persons centred individuals.

Boring nothing left but the poor old steam roller. Lived across the road as a kid and it was a fantastic park to play in. It used to have a fort & swings & picnic table & trees so many trees. No it's a barren park with a few trees a walkway nothing else. So sad.

I loved this park more than anything. I went there since my childhood, and it’s still a great park. The last time I went was this year’s Easter holidays. It was quiet, peaceful and perfect. I wanna come back here again, and every school holidays.

Steamroller park has gotten a great upgrade, a playground fairly friendly for all ages. There's a nice lap path around the playground with a flying fox that's designed to withstand the big kids too, looking at you Dads.

Council bulldozed the park during school holidays then found asbestos when they were getting ready to build the new one so it is currently just a fenced off vacant lot with a rusty old steamroller that smells of urine

A nice little playground. The equipment is new, except for the Steam Roller that gives the park it’s name. I think a bit more could be done with the roller. But nice enough. Didn’t see a toilet.

Nice clean, spacious park but there isn't toilets and there's so much space and no fences. A lot more could be added or done in this much space and for older kids it's not very entertaining.

Plenty of shady trees. Magpies are friendly, singing a song while waiting for gifts of food from our picnic. Kids can't climb on the old steamroller any more. Fenced off.

This is a great park for older primary school aged children. It is hard to access for smaller children, and there are no integrations for differently abled children.

Steamroller park is in the very early stages of a facelift. It is very slowly being revamped (very, very slowly) bit I will update my review once it is complete.

After decades of neglect, the council has revitalised this space. Still it could do with some better shade to protect from the Western Sydney heat

Nice playground in Kingswood, not far from Hungry Jacks Kingswood. You can find flying fox here. Ample street parking.
