I travel for a living. 90% of my time is working on the road. I usually have my clothes cleaned by the hotel dry cleaning service. In this instance I was working at a hotel that wasn’t opened yet, so, no laundry service. I found Stellar with a google search. I called and they said I could bring my laundry by till 9:00. Which was great because I called at 7:30. Most cleaners are closed by then. The later hours was a real convenience. I gave them my business clothes and some jeans and causuals. Showed them the food stains on one of my best business shirts. Asked that my expensive socks be washed and hung dry (I’m sure an inconvenience for them). I prepaid and left. I thought their service was amazingly priced. Using hotel laundry services is usually $70 - $90 a load. Stellar charged me less than $11. Upon pick-up, my clothes were clean and smelled amazing. The stains were out of my favorite shirt and my socks showed no signs of being heat dried. They did everything I asked perfectly and did a great job at an amazing price. If I lived in Nashville, they would be doing my laundry once a week!

Let me tell you how awesome this place is...i just relocated here a week ago and was looking for places to wash after riding around my heart said go here while reviewing the laundromat it's exceptionally clean btw I lost my laundry money so feeling down I was gonna just leave I asked the young lady whose name was Zewdi a question I told her what happened she was so empathetic she actually walked to my car her suggestion to help me look for my money we didn't find it, as we were walking in a gentleman goes hey did u lose something? We were like yea wash money he smiled and said I found it even as I write this review which I know is super long I get teary eyed because when you listen to your heart(gut), instincts, you never know where God may lead you beautiful people at a beautiful place thank u Zewdi and the stranger who returned my money :-).

Every time the man works on Saturdays he hardly works and disappears a lot. Today we showed him a puddle of water and acted like he didn't care. He did get the sign, but had it away from the puddle so someone could have fallen. My husband moved the sign closer to the puddle. The man didn't even try to clean up the different puddles. He just threw towels on them. This man is lazy. We have reported him before and yet he still works here. This place needs better workers. It's been 3 weeks since my last review Today is Dec 4th and Its 7:24 am and the worker who is supposed to open still isn't here. There's already been a few customers who have come and gone because no one is here to open. Get workers who will do their job. The only reason we come to this laundry mat is because it's the closest one to our home , but this is getting ridiculous!!!

I almost didn't want to post a review because I want this place all for myself. ha! I've been to Stellar Laundry at busy and at low traffic times, and it has always simplified my wash day by saving me money and time. They offer cash and coin services, as well as the convenience of paying with a credit/debit card or a reloadable laundry card. If you need to get work done, they also offer reliable wifi for their laundry guests. I used to spend all day washing, spending money on washers and dryers that half-way work. Now, I know my clothes will be cleaned well and dried within a couple of hours in an efficient way... without me spending a ton of money. This place is a great find.

Mrs Zewdi, Welcomes me with a wonderful smile. And made me feel comfortable since it's my first time coming to this laundry room. And you Mrs Zewdi also kept the place clean as I was waiting for my clothes to get done!! (VERY CLEAN ENVIRONMENT) And I had trouble learning the washer and dryer. But Mrs Zwedi, Helped me with a great a GREAT attitude. And the best part is I didn't have to ask her. She seen I was a little confused and assisted me with a GREAT!!! Attitude. Very great place. First laundry room I've come to since I moved to Antioch. Will be coming back to see once again Mrs Zwedi..

This used to be a wonderful place to do laundry. We started coming here when they first opened. It's gone downhill a lot since they first opened. It's dirty alot. Over the past they have gotten rid of the good staff and others quit a lot. It's not right that if you speak more then one language you can get higher pay then someone who just speaks English. It should be based on how hard you work, not the number of languages you speak. Treat all your employees the same and be fair to them ALL !!!!!!!

I go here every now & then, spending a good 1-2 hours to do the wash, dry, & fold myself. It is always kept clean to its best by the very friendly staff & there are drinks & TVS to keep you busy if you stay with your laundry. - I had an emergency & needed the drop off service which I am so thankful for that they were still accepting during Covid. I had to rush & leave for work but they did an exceptional job. Thank you for also giving me back the money found in my laundry batch as well!!!! :)

Dropped off my laundry this morning to be cleaned. Thats was at 8 AM. Was told it would be done by 6pm or I would be contacted if it was done sooner. At 8 pm I decide to drive over to see about my laundry after getting no call and even though the place is open no one is on site working. I waited for an hour, called the number listed on google several time, nothing. I finally left in a terrible mood having wasted time and money. I'll never trust these guys with my laundry again.

I just want to thank Regina sooooo much for helping me with my Laundry the other day. I had ALOT of clothes and I was overwhelmed. She made me feel at ease and helped me with all of it. I am very happy she was there to help. Regina is great at her job and a very wonderful person. This will definitely be my GO TO laundry mat from now on!! You don’t find good customer service like that much anymore. Thanks again Regina!

Clean, fair prices, best laundry in the area, free and fast WiFi. I’m updating the review cause I’ve been using this laundry for the past year and I always pay extra 0.50 cents for “hot water” and for the last 6 times I was checking the water and realized you don’t get any hot water. Same cold water but they charge you anyway. (I’m always at 7 am so It’s not because are too many machines in use).

Watch your stuff!!!! I was putting my stuff in the dyer and my other washer was on one minute and I turned around and ppl are just pulling my stuff out n throwing to get the washer when there was others available. Worker just sit at the counter with their heads down and it was very dirty carts everywhere and dryer sheets this laundromat is goin down hill . use to be nice n clean !!!!!!!!

Zewdi,the attendant i see most every week is a Godsend.She is always asking me if i need anything,checking on me,and today i got a laundry card where i can go online add money and use it without having to get all those coins,and about the specials.I am so glad we have this laundry mat here in antioch..Its clean and comfortable,and Zewdi is amazing!

Zewdi is one of the staff at Stellar Laundry who I befriended when the business first opened. She is kind, helpful, and a genuinely wonderful person to do business with. She keeps the laundromat clean, helps with any questions asked. I've come back and just love reconnecting with her and her service! Thank you for all you do!

I’ve been coming here since I moved to Antioch last year Miss Zewdi has been soo helpful and caring for as long as I’ve known her. She is always up cleaning and if there’s a problem she’s right there to address it. She typically works mornings which is the best time to come. Thanks for all you do.

Change your hours if you are not going to be open at the time you have on your website and on your doors because people have been waiting for a hour already and no one has still got here to open. Y’all have lost many customers today and will continue to do so if you don’t do something about this.

The business was clean and had a lot of different kind of machines to handle any sized loads of laundry. The attendant was friendly and stayed busy the whole time cleaning and helping people. I'm will be in town for a month on business and will be using Stellar several more times before I go!

My boyfriend & I went to this lovely place with no knowledge of how to wash clothes at a laundromat. Ms. Regina was very sweet & helpful. She showed us how to use the machines so that we would spend less but clean more. The establishment was very clean and welcoming. We'll be back!

I like this place. The old lady so nice and friendly I saw her clean the place and make it perfect ، She makes the place like home and she is ready to help everyone, also the Ethiopian lady very friendly . I hope this place stay in a condition and better, thanks

Iv'e been coming to this laundry for almost a year and a half now, Zewdi is always helping me with my clothes. She always has a big smile on her face, and makes the laundry feel like home, Zewdi is always willing to help anyone.

Great place to do your laundry and most importantly it is clean! Ms. Regina is a nice & attentive attendant every time I go in she has the place clean and when I ask for my machine to be cleaned out she helps with no problem.

I liked this place at first until my 3rd visit on a Saturday n it was almost impossible to wash clothes by it being so packed. And ppl were hogging the carts even when they weren't using them. Come only during the week.

Very Clean and friendly staff. Variety of washer and dryer sizes to choose from. Prices are good too. Coin/Visa/MasterCard friendly. Change machine also offers option for bill return not just quarters.

Washing prices are decent but their dryer prices are ridiculous and their getting over. $2.00 for 8 minutes???!!!!!!!! .50 for 7 minutes I will just continue going to my regular place in Donelson

The staff are very nice and helpful. They keep it very clean. It's in a good location. They provide laundry services. Free Wi Fi. And you can pay by card. It's the only place I go.
