I can’t recommend this beautiful boutique jewellers high enough! It’s an absolute ‘must-visit’ for sure every time I am in London, especially as it is centrally located within the stunning Burlington Arcade, which is a joy to behold! From the moment I stepped through the door I was met with a kind, friendly professionalism that is rare to find in London. Welcoming, knowledgeable staff listened to my ideas and together we created the most exquisite bracelet that I will treasure forever. As a perfectionist I can be fairly indecisive, but the manager went above and beyond to ensure I was completely satisfied without any of the pressure to purchase that I had felt in other jewellers. We stumbled across this boutique jewellery store whilst browsing the shops down Burlington Arcade. In the window was the style of ring I had been looking for, for quite sometime. From the moment we walked in to the store the service was fantastic, they were not pushy and let me take my time in making my mind up, even polishing my other ring at no charge, whilst deciding. As we do not live locally they said it was not an issue to arrange delivery as the ring needed to be resized. Unfortunately, when the ring arrived, there was an issue, which was an honest mistake. I immediately telephoned and without any problems they asked me to return it to them and they will rectify the problem. 2 days later the ring was returned and it is perfect, exactly what I wanted! I highly recommend this jewellers for their excellent service and quality of their jewellery.

I came here to repair my 24 carat necklace, definitely do not recommend this place. Poor quality service, the gentlemen at the front desk as very unprofessional and rude to me. The service was very overpriced and the repair wasn't even that great. I had to come here twice because they couldn't repair the necklace properly the first time which wasted me travel money and time. Again, don't come here, I advice you go to Bentley & Skinners for actual professionals and quality services.

From start to finish, everything was superb. It started with me buying a ring for my wife but was pretty unsure what to buy. As soon as you entered you were greeted with kindness. We talked and decided which ring I should buy. Finally, a 5 Carat diamond ring it was. It was also very good service, some champagne and strawberries. 5/5 without a doubt

A lovely boutique and their jewellery is out of this world! Beautiful diamonds and gemstones and they can make anything you would like. Professional and knowledgeable staff who are super helpful and friendly. I always feel so welcome and comfortable when I visit, like I am part of the their family. Cannot recommend enough!

Ive never experience such a poor service in central London in my life. The gentleman at the front desk cannot even provide a warm welcome. I do understand that certain things need to meet a standard of professionalism but also and most importantly is the service to all costumers and not just to a certain.
