I wonder if I’m the only one experiencing this poor service from you guys or its how your process works. I must say the service/ repair process is bad I’m disappointed and utterly disgusted with the way things are going, my watch has been with you guys from May yet I’m not getting any updates i have to always be the one calling yet i was promised not later than a month. I wont be surprised if you tell me you have lost my watch with the poor service you have. That watch has sentimental value but you wont understand cause you people don’t care.

Just walked out of this store after waiting twice for 5 minutes with my son with no help. I was about to buy an anniversary diamond tennis bracelet. I knew what I wanted after viewing online so the deal was done. All I needed was someone to do the transaction. Not even a glance from any of the staff there. Learn some customer service basics when someone walks into your store acknowledge them.

Absolutely disgusting and pathetic service from Verola. Asked for help and was ignored. Asked again and she rudely said she will check for the necklace I wanted. I found it myself I asked to purchase it and she rudely snapped at me saying she's busy. She was standing doing nothing. Lost yourself a good sale because of your abrupt rude disrespectful employee.
