Alhamdullilah I had a great experience buying my first car from Steve's Auto world. Such a great price and to come with FREE 5 years warranty and 1 yr road side assistance for extra peace of mind was the icing on the cake!! Could not find a better price or deal anywhere else. They even offered to deliver if needed. It took me pretty much under 10mins to know this was the car I was buying and I am so pleased I went there. The staff and their customer service was such a different experience to elsewhere, Adam was very helpful and informative and happy to assist but not pushy at all and let me make the decision myself which i appreciated alot. The cars and customer service are of high quality and I cannot fault them at all. Originally very excited and happy with car and service. Now when researching the "Insurance" I have been given when buying the car, I am nervous about the car I have actually purchased. My initial sense of assurance being due to a very comprehensive 5-year service insurance from "WESTERN CARCARE GROUP PTY LTD " I was 'given' on purchase. Now I read the reviews that they ("WESTERN CARCARE GROUP PTY LTD ") are basically fraudsters! with comments online such as "They sell extended warranty but it is only a trap to get your money. Don't go there." I originally gave 5 stars, as was really happy, now not sure... The ownerAdam appeared to be a generous and genuine person. I guess I will have to see at the cars next service. If all good, I will up the review stars, as I said, I was very happy with the person, just not the sound/reviews of the "insurance"

Steves son Adam now runs the place, clean little dealership. Super friendly and does not push for sales, which is a welcome chamge from the norm. Happy to haggle if you are reasonable about prices and encourages you to thoroughly check out his cars. You get left alone while checking the cars, but if you have any questions Adam is super happy to help out. Bought two cars at this place (one was a friends car and one was mine). When i need a new car in the years to come, will definitely be coming back. Adams son does the cleaning and detailing, so its a family business through and through. Parking for about 4 buyers cars and has about 10 cars on his lot. No disability specific parking, but the lot only has steps to get into the office. However note that the lot is not level, so wheelchair use will be difficult.

Thank you very much the car I just bought from you I could not be more pleased with it, I was so pleased to come to a car yard where you are treated like a person not dollar sign. I found Adam and his son Isaack to be the real deal, I asked my questions got a strait answer and then left alone to have a look at the car and then take it for a test drive which took a bout half an hour .when I drove back to the yard hoped out took another walk around the car, talked with my wife about it, we started to walk to the office Adam came out the first thing we noticed was a most genuine smile I shook his hand and we made the deal. I was quite happy with my experience buying a car from these guys. There was no pressure and they were very welcoming. A very hassle-free sale. The only thing I was disappointed with was that I noticed there was a crack in the windshield that was covered up with stickers. Not a major set back in the long run but I very likely would have purchased the car anyway so I felt it was a little dishonest. Regardless, I would still recommend purchasing a car here as the people there are absolutely lovely (they will stay back after hours if you ask so that was very nice!) and the car is in a good condition as they promised.

I bought my used Mazda3 from them in 2016 which I left a review on my old account and I still currently drive it and is still in good condition. Editing my previous review because I will looking for my second car with them and hoping I do find the right one and they also need more recognition * - When I purchased the car it had lowkms including the logbook and it was well cleaned up. Unfortunately I couldn’t remember the salesperson at the time however he and the lady in the office made me feel so welcomed and the process overall was easy. Definitely recommend this dealership.

Bought a 98 Honda CRV from here back in June and have been holding off reviewing until I've had the car for a bit. Took it in for its first major servicing and no problems at all, which means they kept their word when the car was in great shape! I cannot remember the man helping us but he was very helpful and patient as we looked at their selection and made our decision. They were knowledgable with the cars and purchasing was easy!

Bought a 2008 Nissan Xtrail here a month ago. Knew it was a beauty the moment I saw it. Adam (Top bloke - Ask for him by name) let me inspect it without looking over my shoulder for over 20 minutes, then I took it for a 40 minute test drive and it all checked out so I signed on the dotted line. There were no pushy sales tactics, because there was nothing to hide. Car runs like a dream. Great business.
