You go through different salons and we all people we all can accept certain things and be kind and understandable to mistakes or we call it “bad day” but accept absolutely anti-hygienic , chairs covered in a hair from previous people, brushes never cleaned and with sticking out hair from them, really make you feel thick .. your good mood goes so down so quickly that an empty tries from hairdresser to cheer up you just failed., equipment looks very cheap for those sort of prices and place generally doesn’t response to a good quality salon . would never ever recommend this place. -5 star rating for it .

Cameron is fantastic. However, front of house staff was a little rude. They do charge for drinks, and menu prices are not up to date, so beware. The menu states that the sparkling water is £2.50 but I was actually charged £2.60. It took 15 minutes to pay for it because they they kept saying my card was declined, a little embarrassing in front of everyone. It was, in fact, an issue with their system, no apology offered.

1st time visitor. Had long hair all my life, never have I been so happy with it since having Neil cut, colour and deep condition it. My hair now looks so different and has given me a real confidence boost. Cant describe how much hppier I feel and recommend anyone with long hair to go and see Neil, his knowledge is outstanding. As well as fantastic treatments and trims, Neil also gives hair care advice and regimes to make sure you maintain strong and healthy hair. Before I went to Neil I had my hair cut short and layered which I did not like, and I missed my long hair. After many years my hair is now long and healthy again, I would not go to anyone else.

Super friendly and welcoming staff! Throughout the many years I’ve always had unbelievable haircuts, colour and a variety of the other services that Steven Carey Hair has to offer. Steven, Veronica and many of the other staff are always helpful, kind, knowledgeable and work their magic ! Would highly highly recommend! 10/10!

Have been going to the salon for over a decade now and that should say it all. Have used a few of the hairdressers and the quality is consistently excellent. I have long hair and they are never desperate to chop it all off (like other hairdressers) have been in the past. Great, friendly staff all around. Highly recommend.

They are really helpful and friendly, they took me as walk in appointment when I haa issue with my appointment on another salon and special thanks to Jackson! Who is very thorough with his haircuts and will help you understand your hair better. If you are close by definetly visit them it's worth it!

I went to Steven Carey after 35 years of going to Michealjohn, and had a wonderful experience. Brilliant colour - fabulous cut (even my husband noticed) and fun, happy atmosphere. Loved it and will be going back again..and again. Everybody was so friendly and welcoming. My hair has a new BFF!

Warm, welcoming and friendly salon. Superb cut from Neil, who is a long hair specialist. The best cut I've ever had for my long hair. I can't recommend Neil highly enough as he rescued my hair from poor condition. He's an expert who will look after your hair well.

Best hairdressers in London BY FAR! All staff are extremely kind and welcoming. The Steven Carey Salon at The Grosvenor House Hotel has the best blowdries done by Marco and Daniel. I highly recommend them!
