I initially visited this clinic due to the convenience of its location and am very glad I did because the experience was phenomenal. The facility is immaculately clean with a minimalist aesthetic. The front desk staff were very accommodating in scheduling appts. The dental assistants/hygienists are very knowledgeable and experienced; Summer performed my cleaning and was accommodating enough to apply a numbing gel, thorough yet efficient, and allowed for the perfect amount of suctioning and rinsing. Dr Thea is highly skilled, pleasant and compassionate. She took the time to explain each step, was thorough in her examinations, reviewed all X-rays with me and walked me through a treatment plan that simply made sense. She is equipped with *all* the tools that make a dental experience as comfortable as can be, and is committed to ensuring treatment is painless. There is such cohesiveness amongst the staff which leaves you feeling like they have a true understanding of your needs and treatment plan. They also offer the convenience of direct billing which is always appreciated. This place does not feel like all other generic dental office, i left feeling like i wanted to send a thank you note and a bouquet of flowers! Highly recommend

Disclaimer: I’m bad with names so I apologize in advance for forgetting the names of individual staff members in this review. We love our local dentistry. I don’t say this loosely: Dr. Thea and all of the staff members are truly amazing and great with kids. It doesn’t take long to notice their dedication to making visitors feel comfortable and welcomed to a very kind and professional environment. My daughter, who’s six, and I have been at the clinic twice thus far for general checkup, cleanup and fillings. Thea explained the procedures with enthusiasm, patience and in a way that even my daughter understood very well. Seeing before and after photographs adds to the experience. On my second visit, I got some routine work done. The dental hygienist was excellent. Felt like my teeth got the best cleaning service in over a decade. Last but not least, the clinic has some high-tech equipment that I haven’t seen at many other dentistries. It even has a photo studio so visitors (primarily kids?) can get photos taken annually and take previous year’s photos home, if I’m remembering Daniel’s words correctly. He was kind enough to give me a tour.

Embarrassingly, it had been several years since I had visited the dentist due to having babies and the pandemic. Seeing their stunning office while driving by one day, I opted to call and was booked in the following week! When I attended my appt, the office staff were great and understood and handled the entirety of my insurance claim. My cleaning was pain free and fast! And the coolest part was how they took before and after photos so I could actually see what work had been done. I required a filling so they booked me in about a month later for that. Again, pain free and in and out very quickly with no hassle claiming through my insurance. The entire hassle free experience was awesome but I would be remiss if I didn’t highlight their fantastic team. From their receptionist, dental assistant, hygienists and dentists, everyone genuinely seemed concerned with my comfort and overall experience. I can’t say enough positive remarks about this team and look forward to my next visit! If you’re looking for a hassle free and enjoyable dentist visit, look no further!

The Stonebridge Family Dentistry has to be my BEST dentist experience to date. I took my two toddlers for an exam and although I was a little anxious about their first visit to the dentist, I was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable and at ease we were made to feel. Dr. Daniel and Dr. Thea immediately made us feel welcome. They engaged the kids with their friendly and warm attitude and provided fun toys and activities for them. Dr Thea was knowledgable, patient, and kind. She took her time explaining everything and answering all my questions. I could tell that she really cares for each of her patients and is an incredible paediatric dentist. Cybil was a great dental assistant, they were all so lovely. The clinic is beautiful and their team is super compassionate and professional. They made the experience memorable and fun for both the kids and myself. The best dental experience I have ever had! Dr. Thea and her entire team are seriously amazing. I have major anxiety with the dentist and I cannot express how wonderful every single person was at Stonebridge Family Dentistry. They were so accommodating and kind. I had unexpected pain with my wisdom tooth and wrote them in the middle of the night and they responded before their clinic even opened in the morning and they made the time to stay open late for me that day so that I could get some help. Not once did I feel rushed and they took the time to make sure I felt comfortable and were extremely knowledgeable. I feel lucky to be in their care. We discovered Stonebridge Family Dentistry not too long ago, and were referred by a friend. To say the place is good, is an understatement. The office is clean, nice, bright, welcoming. The staff at the front desk seems to always be so happy to be there. And the dental staff, they are out of this world! My daughter had a tooth removed by Dr. Thea and the patience, contention, the kindest that she showed to my girl made the whole process go as smooth as it could be. I really cant say enough good things about the complete experience. Prices are good too, fair in my understanding. I don't have private insurance and Dr. Thea was kind enough to ask for my budget before booking more appointments, and she worked with me regards what is the most important work to be done, and what could wait. I have been looking for a great dentist since I moved to Ottawa and after trying a couple of places, I have found my dentist here at Stonebridge ! Dr. Thea & Marie provided exceptional services. They are knowledgeable, current and have a friendly, warm, welcoming demeanour which puts you at ease right away. This welcome starts with the receptionist who is a pleasure to deal with. The owner took the time to show me around their state of the art (I say ‘art’ purposefully as the faculty is designed creatively and beautifully!) Clinic. I am especially happy about their 3D digital impression wand that works quickly and comfortably… no more gloopy stuff! I’m so happy I found a clinic that puts their patients first. I know my teeth and my family’s teeth are in great hands at Stonebridge!

Visit about 2 weeks ago, overall a great experience. Everyone is nice, great attitude, front desk, assistant, hygienist, doctor, all of them. I am sensitive to the teeth cleaning. Every time for the cleaning I always feel uncomfortable. I was thinking it could be part of scaling. Till I was in this clinic. I was asking questions and concerns. I mentioned the sensitivity and the hygienist, her name is Summer, applied "gel". She was also very careful working on the scaling. It ended up I was falling sleep on the process, a totally comfortable experience....... The doctor also spent quite a while of time to ask my health history, provided a lot of information, and and answer questions..... The best dental experience ever! Thanks

It was the first time for my 5 yrs old in a dental office, and she had such a great time, Dr Thea made the whole process so smooth, and the little one was encouraged to take care of her teeth. My mom doesn't speak English, and all staff took care of her while I was away, and explained everything clearly and thoroughly in the language she speaks. A very good experience. I had my cavity and a contact poorly done twice before until finally fixed by Dr Thea here. I remember this procedure being very uncomfortable with previous dentists, and having sensitivity in the tooth weeks after. Not mentioning having to have the job re-done because the contract wasn't done right and the food kept getting stuck between my teeth. Dr Thea was very gentle and thorough about the job. It was 50% less painful than I expected. No sensitivity at all, and the contract is perfect. Great dentistry overall, and they help with billing too.

This dental is a fantastic dental clinic, very professional and elegant while dealing with clients. This place is fantastic. They bring customer/patient services to another level. After my appointment this morning I met Daniel (one of the dentists), and he gave me a tour of the beautiful and immaculate facility. During my appointment I was given a very detailed analysis of my oral health which I deeply appreciated. These folks, from the dentists, hygienists and the front staff, are truly fabulous and I hope they do well. I’m so happy and grateful to have found such amazing dentists right here in my neighborhood.

Excellent practice with fantastic, experienced dentists. Detail-oriented with great focus on young families. The office does not feel like medical/dental space. It is airy and bright, very minimalistic and open concept. They are very knowledgeable and technically precise which I appreciate. They do all of this with a great kindness and empathy. I would highly recommend them as someone who has moved my family over from another practice after 20 years and had high expectations. They have exceeded them greatly!

I brought my mom here for an emergency check up. They did a very good job treating her gum disease it would have been worse had they not treat it as early as they could and they did their best to accommodate us. The highly specialized dentists working in this clinic are the best we have met here in Canada. Aside from their great skills that they have, they are very personable too. The whole team at Stonebridge dentistry made my 2.5 year olds visit as smooth as it could possibly be. Dr.Daniel was so welcoming and kind from the minute we walked through the door. Dr. Thea was AMAZING and managed to get my incredibly shy toddler to sit and follow instructions, which is really hard to acheive! I feel at home In this clinic. This is a family business. Dr Thea is a fabulous doctor who always cares about my feelings and explains every step. I feel comfortable in progress and after. Dr Danial is a gentle person who patiently introduced children's dental benefits to me. I especially like the interior design of the clinic, it's kids friendly, and it is filled with sunshine. Great experience and amazing staff! Everyone is so kind. They work hard to make sure you are comfortable. They have designed a space that is not only beautiful architecturally but welcoming and comforting as well. I had new x-rays taken and a cleaning. The whole appointment went very smoothly and everything was explained to me as it was happening. Dr. Thea & Dr. Daniel are incredible. I felt like I was being taken care of by family.

They also use high-quality tools: for instance, the ultrasonic scaler they have isn't as loud as most other dentists I've been to, which is a very welcome step up. This was my best dentist experience. I went for a check up, x rays, cleaning and polish which I usually find uncomfortable, but these guys use quality tools and I wasn’t in any discomfort! Brought daughter there twice, and the experience was excellent. Dr. Thea is incredibly considerate and passionate. She took the time to detail everything about my daughter's dental condition and the recommended treatments. It is absolutely the best dental clinic I have ever visited. From the dentists to the hynginist, they care for my well being rather than money gouging. They know their stuff and took care all my needs. I normally do not like the dental visits, but this clinic changed my perception, and I brought my wife and my 2 daughters here as well.
