I recently had a great experience with Stone Creek Arizona Roofing. After getting several quotes to replace the underlayment and fix problem areas on my roof I ended up going with Stone Creek Roofing. Our house was built in 2000 and the roof was 23 years old. My initial interaction with Jerry R. who inspected my roof and provided the sales information I felt like was the most professional presentation and layout of the plan to address the problems of my roof. Some of the before pictures will show one area of greatest areas of concern where there was a huge Gap that when our house was built the roofers did not install a water barrier or a Valle in the crevice of the roof. This created a leak going down the inside of my walls. Stone Creek put an adhesive water barrier with the underlayment as well as the metal valley going all the way up to the ridge of the roof line. In addition to the normal tear and replacement process they replaced the very thin asphalt felt with a GAF 40-year underlayment replaced all the battens replaced any bad wood and replaced all of the vent appliances and repainted them. We are very pleased with how the bird stops and the metal drip edges over the wood fascia boards turned out. I had the great pleasure of working with Sarah and Sydney who were the Project Coordinators responsible for purchasing the materials and setting up the schedule for the project. Sydney and Sarah kept in constant contact with me and answered all of my questions during the project timeline and ensured that my concerns were addressed. They are honestly the nicest folks at Stone Creek Roofing. Overall, I'm very pleased with how the work was done. The communication during the course of the project and the final closure of all of the paperwork. We hated it to see Sarah drive off in her truck. Stone Creek Arizona has a great workmanship guarantee of 10 years and the underlayment I chose has a warranty of 40 years. From here on out I will be using Stone Creek Arizona for my roofing needs. One other thing to note about this company is that they are GAF Elite Certified, which means you will get the best quality for the money that you're paying to invest in your roof. If you're looking to have work done on your roof or to replace your roof I would include Stone Creek Arizona in your list of companies to review and provide an estimate for your next project.

Last year we had a bad wind storm in north Phoenix. The house wasn't damaged, but our shop out back got hit pretty bad. We had great insurance and they offered to repair the roof. I got so busy taking care of my mother, and work! A few months later...... Here comes another storm and the house takes no damage again because of the solar panels. But his time the shop roof needs to replaced and has to be done on the same claim because I hadn't gotten it repaired! After four different company's came and looked and each one I checked out I sent packing being the protective son. I found Stronecreek online. I have been involved in IT for over 29 years since the internet launched in 1993. So I was pretty sold after checking out the reviews to see if they was legit or not. But I was running out of time on the insurance claim and now worried. From the time they picked up the phone till the roof was done 11 stars out of 10. After getting an initial inspection from a different roofing company for our damaged roof that occurred from a strong wind storm, I went online to search for a second opinion. Found StoneCreek Roofing and chose them due to the high reviews; I’m ecstatic that I did! They were very professional throughout the entire process. Jim and Sarah are truly awesome, knowledgeable and trustworthy! We were primarily in direct communication with both of them from start to finish and they were always quick to respond. Even when our AC unexpectedly stopped working (a minor issue that occurred during the roof installation), they were quick to handle things by sending someone out who fixed the problem. If I ever had any questions, I could trust Jim to always answer them. StoneCreek was understanding when it came to payments and hurdles/waits with insurance. I spoke to Carrie from the billing department who was also very nice. Our new roof looks fantastic! We highly recommend this company!!

I had a 22 year old roof and was concerned about possible damage due to monsoons and other rain. I called stonecreek and they got back to me shortly to set up an inspection. They had a price with warranty that was better then the other 5 companies I talked to. I had the pleasure of working with Jerry, he was amazing and always quick to respond when I had a question. The workers were fast and professional and finished in 2 days. They replaced my roofs underlayment and well as some broken tiles and concrete. It's such a relief to have it done and they even had financing which was very helpful. Makes this your first and only call.

I have mixed feelings about leaving this review. I picked this company because they had great reviews. At the beginning everything was going smoothly. Then it took 3 weeks to schedule getting someone to my property. Once the work was complete I was provided 3 partial photos of the work done. Something didn’t look correct and I let them know. Luckily, because they kept pressuring me to pay the last portion of the bill. Something in fact wasn’t correct and it took 3 weeks to address. Then I was specifically asked to give a 5 star review so they can make a higher commission.

Great service, and prompt as can be! We needed our roof replaced after a few storms and overall just needed to be updated. A girl came out after hours to discuss the options. We even walked the neighborhood to compare how the shingles would look. The contract was short and simple and they really took care of everything with the insurance. The insurance initially only approved the front of the house but they worked out a deal to get it fully replaced. Once the check was issued they came by and followed up. I'm happy with the process and customer service I received.

I was very impressed with the overall experience from getting the estimate to the final review. Jim was always right there if we had a question or concern and the women in the office were friendly and helpful in making sure my requests were met. The crew that roofed our home were right on time and completed the job within the quoted time and cleaned up really well - even though the temperature at the time was 118! I would definitely recommend this company to anybody.

Stone creek Roofing Company was not the least expensive bid but was selected as they were the most comprehensive bid. The fact that excellence of the completed project was paramount, rather than a mediocre job at a lesser price, was the reason for selecting Stonecreek. The project was completed on time and in a professional way. I’m happy with the results, though it hasn’t been tested by a nasty storm.
