Our roof was 15years old and it was pretty well worn "AZ heat isn't kind to roofs" we also either needed it repaired or replaced to comply with our insurance companies rules "just bought the house". I had gotten 9 different quotes from different roofing companies, all of them "to me and what I've experienced in the past" were way too high, "so much for some of those online sites where you get multiple quotes" TSM came recommended by another contractor as one of their favorite roofers to use, so I gave them a call. They came out, spent plenty of time on the roof inspecting it and when they got the quote back to me I was shocked "in a good way", it was inline with what I had figured it should cost and way cheaper than the other "licensed roofers", the only one that came in about the same price was unlicensed and uninsured, "nope, our insurance states anyone working on the roof must be licensed or they will not cover it or any damage inside caused by storms or water leakage" The day of the job the crew arrived on time "supplies had been delivered the day before", and started working. I had figured it would be a full day job but they had 8 people working and everyone was coordinated with what their specific job was and all worked together perfectly. And to my "and my wife's" amazement they finished in 3.5hrs, flat, simply amazing, and the job was perfectly done. Now this wasn't a super small job it was around 2k sqft "including our shed, which we also had done". After everything was completed they cleaned up the whole area and you would have never noticed they had done anything unless you looked up at the roof. So if you are looking for a very fair and honest company "that is licensed" , that also backs their work with a 10year labor warranty this is the company you want to get, I would have absolutely no problem having them do more work for me in the future.

We were introduced to TSM when we noticed our neighbor having their roof replaced and were impressed at the efficiency and care taken in the installation. We encountered damage from high winds to our roof here in Phoenix and tried for weeks and weeks with the "big" roofers in the valley that could not be bothered with our little home. I walked over and met Tyler who was overseeing the progress on the job and gave me his card. We then endured a lengthy battle with the insurance company to receive a proper settlement to replace the roof that was damaged and only five years old. TSM was instrumental in helping resolve the issues with the insurance company showing proper procedures, missing damage fixes and manufacturer recommendations which resulted in getting a proper settlement. Within a day of the settlement, we receiving information and provided choices of roofing color and materials which I selected online and a day later it was delivered and placed on the roof and the following day our roof was replaced. Our roof was installed today, the crew arrived promptly when planned, put tarps on the ground all around the house and removed the old roof and replaced necessary facia, underlayment and installed the new roof all in under 7 hours, leaving our yards clean and the beautiful and warranted roof complete. I am not someone who gives a recommendation lightly but I could not in good conscious not provide the recommendation for a company that went above and beyond throughout the processes without any guarantee of getting the job, gave a competitive quote and performed above expectation. If you have a roofing need, TSM is the company to call.

I called a few places before TSM after a bad wind storm blew shingles off my roof up here in New River. The other companies had long wait times or did not get back to me. TSM came out THAT NIGHT and tarped up the roof where needed. yay, Conrad! They also did a great job replacing my roof on an insurance claim. State Farm was refusing to replace and was insistent on a repair. The only problem was that the shingles on my roof were no longer being made. TSM had to go back and forth with State Farm for several MONTHS to prove that the only fix was a replacement. At one point State Farm said they found a shingle that would be suitable for a repair. Well, it was the right color but that was about it. The size did not match, so it would have left gaps in the roofing, which State Farm then wanted TSM Roofing to patch by cutting up little strips of shingles. Unbelievable! Instead of just giving up Sheldon got up on my roof and made a video for the insurance adjuster to show and explain why this was not an option. TSM roofing went above and beyond to get my roof replaced and did an outstanding job. Many companies would have walked away rather than dealing with roadblocks that State Farm put up in order to not pay out on the claim. Conrad and Sheldon did a super job from the start. TSM used high quality Owens Corning shingles and my roof looks absolutely fantastic. The job was done in less than a day, with ample workers. TSM has a wonderful and knowledgeable team that provides prompt assistance and fantastic, friendly customer service. Do not hesitate to reach out to them if you need a new roof.

After the Oct 2022 hail-storm here in Scottsdale, our roof really took a beating. My husband contacted three different roofing contractors as per insurance instruction, but didn't have that 100% level of confidence that he likes to have. Before we moved into our home we knew our patio roof needed to be replaced so, I contacted TSM for a quote. Out of the 5-10 different companies I tried to reach in the NW Phoenix area, TSM was the only one to return my inquiry request and phone call. TSM roofing did an amazing job from start to finish. I contacted 3 companies to quote my 3.000 square foot roof. Tyler was the first to come out and give me a quote. When I compared all 3 quotes using the exact same materials Tyler’s TSM quote was significantly lower than the other two companies. Not only did the crew arrive on time to start the job but they had 8 or 9 guys on the job and and knocked it out in 2 and a half days. Two of my neighbors commented to me that their roofing contractor took a full week and they only had 3 or 4 guys on their crew. The foreman of the crew took pictures and showed me two areas where the wood was bad and needed to be replaced. I also had several broken tiles that were replaced. At the end of each day the crew cleaned up the area around the house. The office staff, Courtney and Carolyn were a pleasure to work with as well. I had a few estimates for the Roof and not one of them was offering the Owens Corning shingles. I navigated the Owens Corning website and from a long list of certified contractors I chose TSM Roofing. I called the TSM Office and that same day I spoke to Sheldon. Sheldon educated me on the type of roof my house had. A unique roof that was no longer available and there was no way it could be repaired because there are no shingles in the market compatible with it. Sheldon went back and forth with Allstate and a couple of adjusters for 4 months encountering several roadblocks. He was patient and did not give up. He, then, decided to go on the roof and shot a video to show Allstate why a repair was not suitable and reasonable. Finally, a new adjuster understood the situation and approved the replacement of the roof. Sheldon and TSM went above and beyond to get my roof replaced and did an outstanding job. It only took them 2 days to complete the roof and it looks superb. If you are in need for a new roof, I urge you to reach out to TSM. Tyler was knowledgeable, professional and reassuring through the long 8 month process to get our roof replaced. He dealt with the insurance company and all the ins and outs to accomplish full roof replacement when insurance company only wanted to replace 1/4 of the roof. My original shingles were either on backorder for an indeterminate time frame or not available plus not up to building code in AZ. He stuck it out with us, filing all the necessary paperwork, multiple emails, phone calls and home visits plus keeping us updated and reassured that the process would not fail us. Communication was imperative through this ordeal. When finally approved, Tyler bent over backwards to get the roof installed in 2 weeks. Everytime the AZ rains occurred, they were out the next day to tarp the roof where needed. If rain/winds were predicted they would try to tarp ahead of the weather. They replaced the plywood that was water damaged plus the fascia boards that were well past their age. I would highly recommend TSM roofing for your roofing needs. Tyler was fantastic!.

The wind storm of October 2022 did some pretty good damage to the shingles on the north side of my roof. I called TSM Roofing, by chance, as they were close to where I live. Our roof suffered some wind damage that peeled up a good sized portion of one corner, maybe 6x8 feet. The insurance adjuster came out and agreed to a roof replacement due to age/heat damage. The roof was only 12 years old and the heat damage was most likely due to inadequate attic ventilation. TSM was my 1st call as they are local and had good ratings. Sheldon came out to inspect the damage and he provided me with an explanation of what to expect from the insurance company and timeline of repairs if I should choose TSM. I left him to do his inspection and when I returned I found he had removed the damaged portion of the shingles and installed a temp patch at no charge. That was enough for me to go with TSM. We got a more energy efficient shingle than previously installed, upgraded our attic ventilation and most importantly (to the wife) got a better color all at the same time. I couldn't be happier with their service and highly recommend TSM.

We had a bad storm in our area (Dewey, AZ). Our roof had damage. We called several roofing companies to get inspections and estimates. Dustin Denmark came out and inspected to roof. He was knowledgeable, personable and honest. He took pictures of the damage. He found that along with the visual damage, there was underlying damage to most of the roof. He went the extra mile to document everything, He tarped the roof to avoid further damage. He met with the insurance adjuster and they inspected to roof together. The adjuster authorized a roof replacement. We were so happy as we had heard that many residents were only getting repairs. The roofs in our subdivision were rumored to have been put on in a substandard manner. The work was schedule and completed in a timely manner. He supplied all pertinent information with shingle choices brochures, explained about GAF shingles being the best product to use for any roof. These guys are great. My first experience with my roof, was quick, easy and painless. They were done in a few hours, cleaned up way better than the previous company, and even replaced some rotted wood I didnt expect them to replace. My mom needed her roof replaced and dealing with her insurance company has been an exercise in futility; being given the runaround at every step. TSM has kept pushing them to the point they finally agreed to a full roof replacement - but still refused certain things like lifting the ac/evap coolers and so on. TSM has way more patience than me - I wanted to drag allstate through the courts weeks ago - but does look like they - TSM - will get allstate to pay up in the end. Highly recommend TSM, and Conrad and Sheldon are great guys to work with. Allstate, not so much.

Absolutely as good as one can expect. From initial quotes to cleanup, all very professional and top notch. My 50 square roof is complex with many gables and valleys. TSM accommodated my special requests without issue. With 20 roofers, job was easily completed in one day - amazing! Their clean-up was perfect as were noteworthy features like new vent covers that were repainted to match shingles. Though not based in Payson, their quote was significantly lower than local firms. From the very beginning TSM was friendly, informative and attentive to my wishes. They were patient waiting for a previous building inspection to be finished and then promptly set a date for roof installation. On the day of installation a crew of 13 people arrived on time and covered the ground around the house to protect plants and patio. My roof looks SO AWESOME! I cant say enough about how much I love the work that was done. The entire crew was nice and polite. The entire crew was courteous to my elderly father which was VERY IMPORTANT to me and after every one left my satellite was no longer working which caused my dad severe anxiety and Sheldon came over, got on the roof and calibrated it with my older son so my dad could relax. I’ve never had a new roof done before and imagined a mess and it taking days. Not only was the crew really nice but they were like magical elves getting the job done. I swear I could almost hear them singing “whistle while we work”. Our house is on a steep hill and they managed to have debri catching tarps. They were done by 2:00 that day and it looks perfect. TSM Roofing did a great job on my home repair. Dustin took a lot of before & after pictures so we could be sure of what was repaired. Everyone was very friendly. We had a little trouble communicating the official repair date and I wasn’t informed the new tiles wouldn’t match the existing ones, but other than that the work looks solid.
