I really like this Jewel it has what I need and everyone is very friendly and patient. Some customers refuse to follow store guidance. Jewel has outlined arrows in the aisles on the floor to make shopping safer and easier during the covid-19 pandemic. Selfish customers are only thinking about themselves and not their fellow man. Also, the mall itself has a variety os stores and take out restaurants, a bank, and a senior medical center. If you want the mall to last throw away your used latex gloves, return your carts to the cart bins, put your trash in the garbage cans and drive in the direction of the arrows in the parking lot. Its not hard to be courteous and respectful.

Me and my daughter were followed around the whole entire store. Even when we went to the restroom, one of the security guards had the nerve to go open the door. I will never return to this site. Even left everything I was going to purchase because I turned around for assistance and the same security officer was whispering in the helpers ear. I had enough and walked out and went to 94th Ashland where I normally go.

It's been years since I've been to this mall but I enjoyed them all I forgot how interesting and employment it was just a nice place to find a lot of things I want to look at Tucky Fried Chicken and they sold me some bad chicken which cause my stomach to get upset it was old chicken that they serve me and it made me sick it was too greasy when was the original and I didn't like it

I love the cells and all of the cashiers are very pleasant that's a good thing a lot of stores some of the cashiers be a little bit mean but I understand because you have a lot of mean customers but the majority of the time that I go there they have decent sales and I just love all of their cashiers they're pleasant to me because I'm pleasant to them

The hot food counter is trash they are always out of fries and chicken. The line is always long it's just terrible service when you go over to the hot food and I'm not a fan I don't usually shop at this jewels for numerous reasons but when I do go it's for hot food or maybe some liquor and I've had bad experiences on both visits

Variety of stores. DeeDee's is one of my favorites to find gifts and household items. They have a lot of items from toys to crafts, clothes and shoes. Perfumes and just gifts and items for many occasions. There is a large, nicely priced Beauty Supply, Clothing Store and restaurants. Mostly carry outs due to COVID.

A nice little plaza with a lot of nice stores. They have some restaurants that's really good like seashells. The food is so delicious, and their customer service is top tier. They have clothing stores, nail shop, and a beauty supply store. Great place to go for something quick, or just to shop around.

Went to the Ashley Stewart location on 95 in Stoney Island in that mall. Beautiful remodeled store and super nice staff even ✔️ their backroom to find the size of some pants that were on the floor but not in my size well the lady manager came back with my size in her hands. Now that's serious service

I’ve always enjoyed Stony Plaza Dental customer treatment, the professionalism that is shown throughout the total facility. From the Doctors to the staff are very efficient in all of the things they assist with the customers. Thank you so much for being the great people that you are!

Jewels is TOO PRICEY !!! It's the only grocery store there. NOT good NOT fair to lower income consumers. Soon to be even MORE low/limited income ppl moving to new senior complex across the street. These ppl need to be STOPPED!!! Contact me I'll help drive them the hell OUT!

Got charged for 2x for item & another item wasn't put in my bags. All this occurred at Jewels. But they did rectify the problem without any fuss or issue. It was a mild inconvenience for me. Still really like shopping there. Every now & then mistakes happen.

Employees move like molasses. They curse and swear in front of kids and seniors. They yell and shout at each other. They don't care about customer service at this location at all. The Management has lost all control of the employees at this location.

Went to DD DISCOUNTS store. THEY HAD EVERYTHING FOR YOUR HOME AND FAMILY. I bought beautiful poinsettia silk plants and Christmas pillows for my sofa. I bought a Christmas outdoor rug too. You better get there soon before everything is gone!

Don't do breakfast at lunch time. Microwaved hashbrowns and biscuits. Scrambled eggs were done to perfection. The waitstaff, Barbara, was pleasant and efficient. I will go back again at breakfast time and have fresh potatoes and biscuits.

I took a friend to pick up a few items at Jewel. The parking lot was clean not trashy is some parking lots tend to be. apparently the store wasn't crowded because they were in and out in less than an hour. I did not go inside Jewel.

I went to BJ's market to get some dressing and cabbage too be honest it wasn't good at all. The dressing was bland tasting and the cabbage has too much vinegar in it. I try to support the business hoping that somethings will taste

I'm not crazy about this Forman Mills, even though they have a decent amount of choices and good customer service., the area is not inviting. The parking lot stays dirty which in turn makes the front of the entrance dirty.

The plaza itself is very well maintained even though it is in prime placement to get all sorts of "blow-through" garbage being on 95th and Stony. They have their own security. So if it s needed? They are quick to respond.

They didn't have my keto rye bread, hot dog buns or hamburger buns. This is the third time I visited that store. They carry some keto bread. I always find a better variety of the keto breads at State and Roosevelt.

We went to BJ's Market on Mother's Day eve. Although the portions got smaller the food was good. The greens needed more seasoning and the sweet potatoes were a little too mushy. We still enjoyed our meals.

The staff was welcoming, and made me feel comfortable. Treatment plan affordable and fair. I haven't been the dentist in over 6 years. Overall, I was pleased with my service. I found my new dentist.

Only went to Jewels Food Store as usual not stocked fruit looks old no-one to assist in locating anything not happy with always having to go outside my community for better service and food..

Went to BJ's and they never disappoint food was delicious. I hadn't been to this area in 2 years and I didn't know it was inside the plaza I'll be going back soon sorry no pic but next time

I had to go to the footlocker there to exchange a pair of Timberland boots that I ordered online and the young man that was behind the counter (Pierre) was very polite and accommodating.

Customer service is bad . Cashier who rang me up was very rude. Their stocking thier products is really bad. Half the items were damaged and smashed into cooler or on the shelves.

Clean and well maintained, but service is slow and NOT friendly at the meat counter. Sale prices are good, especially for meats and produce. Checkout is fast too, no long lines.

Been here on occasion. Nice spot. My last visit was at KFC. I've been to Ashley Stewart and Jewel Food Store before. Want to get to Footlocker and BJ's Market and Bakery soon.

Grocery shopping the line inside wasn't too long for the time of day. The cashier's strive to get each customer out as fast as they can. A nice place to shop before noon!!!

Go there on Fridays for the $10 chicken wing bucket but more than a couple of times. The chicken wasn't ready or no chicken wings at all. When they have it, it's all good.

Went to the beauty Supply house soon as I went in I had help immediately I was looking for a certain color of 10 inch hair the lady help me find what I was looking for

I went to have a tooth extraction and the whole team was wonderful. The Doctor and his crew were kind, trustworthy, and made sure I was feeling alright the whole time.

The store shelves in that Jewel-Osco are finally beginning to be restocked. The store is clean and they do have security inside and outside so you'll feel safe.

The isles can get very crowded between 4-7pm, but for some inexplicable reason the self check out lane never has a long line. This is why I gave it 5 stars....

Stony Island plaza Jewel's is the best. They are always well stocked, however during the after work rush, they need to open more cashier checkout registers.

I have only gone to Jewel. The time I go most of the stores are closed. But I can say Jewel is very neat , clean and staff has been very helpful and polite.

The KFC was very helpful with their menu choices, fully explained. The upsell was minimal and the service was extremely quick and the food was piping hot.

Athleico physical therapy has been great! From the front desk to the therapist. They all work well together and make ruff experience not so bad.

Did some shopping at the Jewel store. Was able to find everything I was looking for. Fruit was wonderful, especially the pineapple chunks.

I shop here because it's in my neighbor the strip mall has a variety of stores it's clean, convenient & also safe just from my perspective

Located at major intersections, good parking, fast food, car wash near. Traffic congestion always an issue especially at the rushhours.

Fully stocked and fast checkout normally, flowers are amazingly fresh and will brighten up anyone's day, great prices on them, always!

It’s efficient because Walmart on Doty doesn’t NEVER have anything and they are so clean here. I love the jewel’s, Boston Market, etc

Always long lines, run out of meat quickly, cashiers not friendly, don't speak or say what you're total is. Self check is better.

The Jewel has some good choices for lunch in the deli area (good chicken soup). Decent sales on adult beverages
